I actually have a copy of AutoCAD v8 that I could get over to you—upload it or whatever works best.
And honestly, I might be able to track down some other tools too—things like iRAS, iRASB, Triforma, or Descartes Geographics... though I really need to double-check what we officially own and have licensed versus what was just downloaded from the web first.
Of course, I can't hand over anything that’s strictly licensed—higher powers, you know how it is.
Anyway, shoot me a private message and we can figure out the details...
Austin Evans says Sergio Marchionne: Good luck to you... 🙂 I really hope—just once—you finally see a McLaren cross that finish line... maybe even in the top three... 😉
I find myself agreeing with everything our moderator just said. 😁
Following the eMule law—I managed to grab AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map, Raster Design, and CorelDRAW at 4:00 AM. Everything was full ISO files, nothing ripped.
Elizabeth Hughes says Montezemolo: Good grief... what kind of nonsense are you spouting? Do you honestly think he keeps track of—or even understands—the technical specifics behind Ford's engineering? 😛
I suppose he might try to swipe a CD, a thumb drive, or even an old floppy disk on his way out—assuming he actually knows what any of it is for.
Then again, maybe he’ll just slip up and walk off with Todt's stash of adult films. 😁
Elizabeth Hughes says Montezemolo: I’m honestly skeptical—Microsoft isn't really the type to just show up for points. For him, it's entirely about what the car can do.
I didn't mean he'd score points just by driving, either—though I suppose he might offer them some technical solutions from Ferrari.
The drivers have been pushed so far to the sidelines in this whole saga—it honestly feels like it doesn't even matter who is behind the wheel anymore.
If you took Microsoft and put them in Minardi, then swapped NASA into a Ferrari, that Ferrari would still be taking home the championship—and maybe Minardi would finally scrape together a single point.
Elizabeth Hughes regarding Montezemolo: What’s the point of managing such a massive budget if you can't actually spend it effectively? Where has McLaren been since 1999? Just look back at last year—that absolute disaster when they unveiled the new car.
Let it slide...
Actually, I think it just proves the man knows exactly how to handle those funds.
1/8 goes to the drivers 1/8 goes to the car 1/8 goes to the mechanics 5/8 goes straight to Joe
Elizabeth Hughes quoting Montezemolo: So, Dennis is sitting on a gold mine?! 😲 😁
Let me try to be a bit clearer—though I have a feeling you might still come for me anyway.
Joe is essentially in charge of a budget exceeding $100 million. If you were in those shoes, would you ever just walk away? Personally, I’d leave—but only if the severance package was massive.
Ruljo, over at www.mclaren.com they have something similar to our betting setup—though it’s a bit more polished, with much better prizes, if you're into that sort of thing.
David Coulthard and Michael Schumacher headed out for a trip into the desert. Once night fell, they set up their tent and settled in for the night. At some point, David wakes up to find Michael gone—and there's this frantic noise coming from outside. He peeks out, only to see a massive, aggressive lion chasing Michael right around the tent.
"Pick up the pace, Michael! It's right on your heels!" an agitated David shouts. "Don't sweat it, man—I'll have him lapped in three turns," Michael fires back.
