🤔 So, wait—are we seriously claiming that when Schumacher left Benetton for Ferrari as a two-time world champ (just like Alonso), he wasn't actually the best driver because he was driving a total junker? Give me a break.
Barrichello got disqualified because he pulled out of the pits while the red light was still on. Total mess. Nakajima, Bourdais, and Kimi all moved up a spot, which means Kimi actually managed to snag a point.
Nakajima is getting slapped with a 10-place grid penalty for the Malaysian Grand Prix after he went head-to-head with Kubica.
Nelsinho claimed some car slammed into him right at the start, which totally trashed his mood and eventually led to him dropping out of the race altogether...

Wait, so what happened to their driver winning the championship last year? And that was right after "legendary" Schumacher failed to pull it off two years running, right?
But man, regarding General Motors... They picked up Alonso so late in the game that they're basically just spinning their wheels trying to figure things out right now...
I really hope they stumble onto something that works soon...
Their race pace looks decent... though a little more raw speed wouldn't hurt...
The real killer, though, is that traction when they're trying to power out of the corners...
Honestly, I think they're struggling with traction through the entire turn😁
Did you catch that apex speed data for those two turns? Alonso was lagging behind Hamilton by over 10km/h.
Lewis Hamilton spent basically the whole race dancing right on the edge. He was kicking up a massive cloud of dust coming out of the corners, and honestly, the only thing I'm bummed about is that we couldn't get a clear look at the whole situation when Kimi and Heikki blew past.
By the way, the directors for this race were absolute trash. You've got cars fighting it out on track, and instead, they show us Barrichello just grinding through a 10-second penalty.🙂
Kimi’s having rotten luck again... and honestly, I really expected more from Alonso and Renault. I mean, he was right all along when he said they'd just be fighting to scrape into Q3... fingers crossed they show some actual life during the race.
Hamilton was his usual self, and that car looks solid. But man, Robert Kubica caught me totally off guard. Like, seriously. Maybe Thiessen was just talking out of his ass before the season started. Then again, if Kimi’s car had been behaving and if Massa wasn't being such a total amateur like he usually is, maybe Kubica wouldn't have even grabbed 2nd.
So, what you're saying is if a team is stuck with a total piece of junk engine by March 31st, 2008, they’re just screwed with that same garbage for the next decade?!
