Just show up and see for yourself, you definitely won't regret it 🎉
Same here. I almost bailed on my first outing, but I sucked it up and went anyway. Now, I'm pretty much here every single time.
At Lone Hearts, they show up in groups of 20 or 25 just to hang out, so yeah, it’s totally overwhelming. 😁 Around here, you're lucky if you get 10 people tops.
So... we're hanging out this Wednesday, June 3rd. Let's meet up at 4:00 PM right in front of the statue in downtown Chicago. From there, we'll just head wherever the vibe takes us.
Just a heads-up, the next day is a holiday, so you'll have plenty of time to get all your errands and stuff done. 🙂
You can actually overclock a non-K processor; you just need to know what you're doing. I recently saw two buddies of mine overclocking their non-K chips right in the BIOS.
Look, even a Pentium / Celeron (Duo Core) isn't all that bad. I’m running a G1840 right now and it's a total workhorse. I get through just about everything on it. Personally, I think an Intel Duo Core Best Buy is the way to go—you just can't beat that value for the money. Some people swear the AMD Six Core is the king of budget builds, but I'm not buying it. Honestly? Celerons are awesome. Especially the 1820 or the 1840.
Honestly, I’ve done just about everything there is to do with Intel. Even on my old G1840, I can run Bandicam to record Grid Autosport without any lag or stuttering. I do all sorts of stuff with this Intel dual-core. But man, I really want to give an AMD processor a shot. Intel is a proven thing—it’s never let me down. AMD is... well, I don't really know what to expect.
