unlike some people 🙄
P. S. so, for those of you who absolutely love reading between the lines, now is your chance, but don't go taking this literally because that would be just typical 😁
Noah Vaughn3 said:What's up with this... what even is this?? Honestly, you all really need to learn how to be a little more humble... seriously... And even if nimblestag31 actually said that... I mean, seriously, who cares?...
Look, once you guys start getting a little too full of yourselves with that kind of attitude, maybe then I'll admit I was wrong... if you actually learned a thing or two about being humble...
Look, like I’ve already said a million times, I really don't think anyone should be acting all humble and submissive... and honestly, seeing that nimblestag31 is on the same page as me just proves my point. Seriously, though, can we please stop grouping us all together in one giant bucket? Just one request! Because let's be real, there are plenty of people out there actually doing their jobs with total integrity and none of this nonsense...
😉
Noah Vaughn3 said:but that’s exactly where you guys mess it up, you always twist things and take them completely differently than how they were actually said... she just mentioned that some people have never even heard of being humble, she didn't say everyone *has* to act like that, I honestly don't see where that's even implied, and if you decided to interpret it exactly how YOU wanted to, there's nothing I can do about that
...
in this world, everyone just interprets things however they feel like anyway
take that movie Joan of Arc, for example—she finds a cat and, man, I don't even know, it's like God put that there for her, that's just how she saw it, but what actually happened or how it really landed... it doesn't even matter anymore...
it's the exact same thing with this
Ashley Moore8 said:Man, I really should have listened when people told me not to waste my breath arguing with idiots (is it always a losing battle when you stoop down to their level?) or that if you touch literal garbage, you're just gonna end up smelling even worse...
I guess I didn't take that advice this time, I'll admit it. 😢

Ashley Moore8 said:Ugh, Monica, just seriously, fuck off! 🙄
Look, when I go see a doctor, I start with my primary care physician, get my referral, and then head to the hospital where I see whoever is on duty—and honestly, I have zero issues dealing with a "regular" attending physician (clearly unlike you, obviously))
The absolute idiots who think they can grease some professor's palms—especially one who hasn't even touched an operating table in years because they're too busy chasing research grants—are just straight-up morons.
I do my job for a paycheck, period. I would never offer a bribe to anyone (and I certainly don't ask for them), and if someone actually tried to solicit one from me, I'd report them to the FBI immediately. That’s what we call having actual morals, though I doubt you could even wrap your head around that concept... 🙄
Anyway, enough already 👋—you're being such a drag.
Ashley Moore8 said:it's just part of "our" culture and the mindset where people feel like they absolutely have to tip off a doctor, a teacher, or a priest 🙄
if we actually wanted to stop bribery, on the flip side, if someone gets caught taking a bribe, they should lose their professional license, get a longer prison sentence, and have all that dirty money seized immediately... then maybe we'd see some actual order around here pretty fast...
The thing is, people are just plain stupidand honestly think that if they grease the palms of some professor or whatever, they’ll get VIP treatment at the hospital, yeah right, as if 🙄
(usually the doctor on duty just "handles" them instead 😛)
nimblestag31 said:sure, there are definitely folks out there who respect their doctors, but man, believe me, there are tons of people who act incredibly rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason at all, and I bet they haven't even heard the word "humility" in their entire lives...
nimblestag31 said:hm yeah, how does a future doctor even dare to be sarcastic
Noah Vaughn3 I can't even begin to tell you how much this whole situation is driving me up the wall... honestly, I've been sitting here staring at my screen just fuming because people seriously don't get it... they just don't get it at all...
Man, if technology actually hits that point where they start swapping out real people for robots... we’re basically screwed. We won't even have a choice in the matter, and honestly, I don't care what anyone has to say about it. It'll be like, oh, a glitch happened? Just toss the whole thing in the trash and move on to the next one... screw that. Everything feels so messed up lately. It makes me feel like once I finally wrap up my work, if I can somehow track down a pathology report or find some proof of what went wrong, they'll just brush me off. No matter what you do for them, they're just happy and satisfied with their little machines... it’s absolutely ridiculous... 😬

And regarding that whole thing about me separating doctors from every other profession... man, it happens to me all the time out there. People are always like, "Oh, you're studying medicine? You think you're part of some elite class, huh?" I mean, seriously... either people act like this or they try to suck up to me—or even worse, the ones who absolutely despise me from the bottom of their hearts
.
urbansurfer5 said:Yeah, Elena Miro definitely has some solid options if you're looking for more curves. Even H&M has a great selection for larger sizes—I think they go up to 16 or 18, maybe even higher—and honestly, the stuff is actually pretty trendy and cute.
