Barack Obama is just some polished, high-society poser.
He grew up as the golden boy from a privileged family—if you can call it that.
And by "golden," I mean red.

Paul Kern12 said:I find myself wondering if you actually read your own posts. You complain about insults directed at the Ukrainian President, yet in the very next breath, you refer to the Russian President as a "fuhrer" and a fascist...
Regarding those comparisons between the "war" in Ukraine and the American Civil War, that subject has already been extensively debated. In my view, those two events simply cannot be compared for far too many reasons, and anyone attempting to draw those parallels is likely just trolling.

Here’s how I see democracy working:
- Every single person on this forum should have the right to pull comparisons they think strengthen their point
during a debate.
- And everyone else should have the right to tear those comparisons apart to bolster their own arguments.

Labeling one side or the other as "trolling" is just anti-democratic.
Banning certain viewpoints is straight-up censorship.

Whether or not a comparison actually makes sense—that’s what the discussion itself is for.
At least, that’s how it ought to be.

I’m throwing an idea out to the moderators regarding the Ukraine thread:
"No comparisons allowed whatsoever."

As stupid as this rule sounds—and let's be honest, it is—it isn't any dumber than the current ban on comparing Maddox's aggression to Putin's aggression.

The pro-Russian crowd here can say whatever they want—labeling Ukrainians as fascists, Americans as Nazis, or NATO as terrorists—but God forbid anyone compares Putin's invasion of Ukraine to Maddox's aggression against us.

So, hey, why don't we just take censorship one step further?
Might as well go all the way...

Of course, there’s a much more logical, democratic, and frankly simpler solution the mods could implement right now.
Just scrap this ridiculous rule and move on...

And really, why does this even need to be a debate in the first place..?
It’s like telling a group of people they aren't allowed to use the letter "e."
Everything is perfectly clear to everyone here, isn't it...?

I didn't want to force the issue, but here we go...
Today, this post crawled out of Mark Bennett36's workshop on Reddit:

Mark Bennett36 said:Look, you clearly have no clue—you're just talking trash for pay. It’s obvious from the way you're blathering about him having more wealth than the Queen.

He lives in an apartment that was transferred to him by some elderly folks. And oh yeah, the biggest chunk of property was "brought in" by his wife, who comes from a wealthy family.

But sure, he's richer than the British Queen. That just shows how little you people care about actual facts. ☕

http://www.reddit.com/showpost.php?p=5...postcount=1521

This is post number 29 (the bold part is the gist), alongside the previous 28 posts in this thread—all of which I think deserve a strike...

I'm calling on the mods to weigh in on these posts so the rest of us know what's actually allowed in the "Politics" sub-forum...

If the mods decide these posts follow the rules, then fine—we'll accept their decision, and at least the criteria will be clear. In that case, this kind of writing becomes acceptable to everyone...

On the other hand, if the mods think this isn't an acceptable way to communicate, then they need to make that clear and the user in question needs to face the consequences...

Charles Fox10 said:Nothing weird is going on here—it's just that we have two incredibly heated topics flying around right now, and honestly, we can't be everywhere at once from midnight to noon. That’s why we emphasize this—I’ve been jumping into specific threads, but please, just report, ignore, and keep the conversation moving. It’ll make things easier for everyone.

Charles Fox10, seriously, this isn't personal.
In my intro, I mentioned that moderation in the Politics section is totally fine... but I think you guys might have let Student Union slip through the cracks...
I provided links to posts as evidence—and there are actually quite a few (around thirty)...
Some have been reported but haven't faced any consequences yet—but hey, you can't catch everything, so I figured I'd lend a hand here...😁

Let's be real: Student Union is basically posting the same exact type of content, the same catchphrases, and the same insults on a daily basis. It's a little strange that this frequently misses the moderator radar... and frankly, it leads to arguments, warnings, and other users getting banned.
We're only human, and people react to provocation, even when we know it goes against the forum rules...

In my opinion, Student Union is being given way too much leeway, and it’s time to put a stop to it...
Rules and guidelines: A look at user Studentka's posts in Feedback & Suggestions ·
And one more thing—the moderators over on the Politics board don't actually have the tools to verify if the same person is posting under the names Studenko and McAucliffe.

The issue isn't just about having two accounts—I've got two myself—it's the fact that someone is bypassing bans and jumping between different handles within the same thread..
Everyone on the forum knows (and I’d bet the mods know too) that Studenko and McAucliffe are the same person, but apparently, there's no way to "prove" it..

Anyway, can someone from the Administration please look into this...

Charles Fox10 said:Believe it or not, this guy isn't actually staying on topic in the thread titled "Tomislav Karamarko, President of the Republican Party (Part III)"—just like he isn't staying on topic when he asks whether the man is some kind of clone or who the original is.

That isn't even the point—yet somehow it’s been brought up in at least six out of the last ten posts. You might not believe me, but honestly, the principle is always the same: if someone drops an inappropriate post, just report it and move on. Ignore them.

Look, most people just refuse to follow those simple instructions—it’s frustrating. Because they can't be bothered, topics that shouldn't even be controversial end up blowing up in our faces. That's why we have to step in and moderate based on the Rule PDF regarding politics, specifically this one:

If you want to know who got banned from this thread, go ahead and check for yourselves—I'm not running a detective agency here. As for everything else, that's up to the administration.

Look, Charles Fox10, I’m not even the main target here—yet somehow I’m still getting slapped with labels like "mercenary," "troll," or "spammer"—even though I only drop maybe one post a day.

And it’s not just me—I’m not the only one calling out Student Union's little forum trolls.
He just goes on and on like that to anyone who dares to disagree with him.
Look, you get it...
Hey everyone!!!

How many deserved warnings, temporary bans, or even a permanent ban would any other user get if they spent every single day posting the exact same thing?
Charles Fox10, you’re nothing but a paid shill, a troll, a spammer, and a total flame warrior...
How much???

The user Studentak has posted around fifty of these kinds of threads—and that’s not even counting the ones they deleted...

It’s honestly wild—for instance, you’ve got Marasovac getting a permanent ban, while Student Union just runs wild day after day without facing any consequences at all.
From that point of view, there’s something seriously off going on in American politics...
What on earth is going on???

Student Union said:Minkenovac, what on earth are you talking about? Confess your obsessions to a psychiatrist. To the heroes of the American Civil War. You’re just spitting venom because someone paid you to. You can bring along whoever you’re talking about, too. That's all. You're gonna have to go find someone from the Midwest or something. Who’s actually going to understand that dialect of yours once you start talking about Vuk?

Student Union said:And the trolling just keeps on going. It’s only because they started asking where the confirmation is regarding whether Dejan Jović actually has access to classified info—and if he even passed his security clearance—that this all blew up. So, here is how a conversation with the guys on duty at the Republican Party headquarters goes down: First off, they're just trolling with stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand—typical. They throw out their little "vision" of how things work—and just like that, it becomes absolute truth. No questions asked, no fact-checking required. It’s instant dogma.
So, did Dejan Jović actually fail his security clearance? Because if you look at the facts, he already passed it—so you were lying there. If he's cleared, then where exactly is the proof that he has access to state secrets?
Is the trolling and the constant dodging of actual questions ever going to end? Is there any way to cover up for this Republican operative who failed his background checks but somehow still managed to land the job? Seriously.
☕

Student Union said:Now you're just being a straight-up jerk and trolling for the sake of it.So, did Dejan Jović actually fail his security clearance? Does he really have access to classified intel? Let’s stop dancing around the issue and get specific here—what exactly shows that Dejan Jović has access to those secrets?

Student posted his first thread in the Politics section back on May 30th, and since then—in less than two months—he’s already churned out 253 posts. He’s racked up a mountain of warnings and has been banned twice, yet he just keeps going with the exact same routine: constant provocation and insults. Honestly, if you're foolish enough to actually engage him in a debate, you might as well expect a warning or a ban coming your way.

Just so we’re all on the same page—I’ve got plenty more posts that could be linked here, and I’ll be dropping them in day after day as they come up.
I’m kicking off this thread because today, a certain Student Union member—who clearly thinks they're untouchable—offered me an invitation to open this discussion following my opponent's long-winded and overly "articulated" post:

I don't get why everyone is acting like this is some massive, world-altering scandal—it’s just typical political maneuvering. Honestly, if you look at how things actually work in Washington, this isn't even surprising. People love to jump on these trends because it makes them feel informed, but most of it is just noise. We see this same pattern over and over again with every administration—everyone gets outraged, a few headlines are written, and then we move on to the next thing before anything actually changes. It’s exhausting, really.

After all that—the bans, the warnings, everyone getting kicked off the boards—it seems like Student Union is still sliding through with basically zero resistance.
He always stirs the pot on purpose—then acts all surprised when other people end up taking the heat for his nonsense. It’s a joke.
It’s just plain unfair—especially since they go out of their way to tear apart any decent argument made by someone who actually disagrees with them.

Look, I won't beat around the bush—do you think those linked posts actually deserved a warning? And if they did, should they have been hit with a few bans given how much they kept spamming the same stuff over and over? Or is everything being handled strictly by the rule pdf?

Every single debate helps tighten up the forum's rules and standards—so honestly, answering this simple question would probably clear up a lot of confusion for everyone...

When you start peddling nonsense like this—I mean, seriously—who is actually going to want to join your team? You can't build a high-quality crew if this is the standard you're setting.
Is this really a proven failure from the Sanader era that Karamarko is still clinging to?
Njavro, Dalicka, Suker?

Student Union said:Just a question here—not looking to start a fight with the moderators.
Shouldn't people be warned against playing pretend? You know—insinuating you're someone you actually aren't. It’s a bad look. They’re constantly time-framing and baiting—it's just relentless provocation at this point. Is it just me, or is everyone suddenly jumping onto every single thread at once?
Isn't that actually a violation of the forum rules?
Let’s be real—I know that for some people, getting paid to post on forums is literally the only way they can scrape together a living.Look, I’ve had it—allowing these absolute traitors to insult anyone who dares to ask if they actually grasp the consequences of their "savior" ideas is just too much. They spout these half-baked theories like they're gospel, despite having zero facts to back them up. It's honestly exhausting.
So, we keep hearing all this big talk about "streamlining the bureaucracy"—which sounds great on paper—but nobody ever actually tells us where the surplus staff is going to end up. ☕
It’s the exact same thing with Pilatus—he just wraps his trolling in this "polite," sophisticated little package. He spends his time baiting people in the most subtle, obnoxious way possible, basically just screwing with everyone's heads to make them look like idiots. It's infuriating.
Seriously, when is the moderation ever going to allow this kind of stuff? When is someone actually going to start cracking down on this constant smear campaign? People are out here tossing around pamphlets that have absolutely zero connection to reality—it's pure nonsense. And after that, there's just a predictable wave of insults aimed at anyone who dares to question whether these things are actually accurate—or heaven forbid, asks if they’re even justifiable or practical in the first place.☕

Student Union said:Of course that’s fine with them—it’s the only way they can actually line their pockets.. Student Union said:Excuse me? What is this paid Young Republicans troll even talking about? Did he panic because there isn't a single shred of truth behind the lies he's peddling for those bandits?
Who, exactly, did I threaten, and when?
Even though I find myself agreeing with traitors, provocateurs, and yes—lapdogs who sell out party memos as absolute truth—it’s honestly better not to engage. To people like that, even the concept of being a gentleman is too much to ask. ☕
Actually, the best way to see who someone really is is through this quoted post, where they just lie and plant fake info, simply because they have zero facts to back up their claims.
From what I can tell, they do this to other users on here too. Take user Corleone, for example.
And now this person wants to lecture us on "arguments" and "tolerance" and whatever else. Why is this kind of unhinged flaming allowed to happen so freely within Tomislav Karamarko's circle of traitors?☕

Using crimsonjackal63's posts as an example

On Reddit on politics, people bring up the rules all the time because debates get pretty heated and messy.
Moderation isn't easy—and just to be clear, this isn't a standard attack on the moderators, who generally do a solid job keeping things running here.

The issue is that sometimes the guidelines feel a bit vague, leaving users wondering where they actually stand.
You hear the word "rules" constantly, and there’s a reason for that—clearer boundaries mean better discussions and fewer rule violations.

Like I said, things usually work fine, except during those threads about Tomislav Karamarko. There's always this one specific user who just exists to provoke, insult, and drag everyone else into pointless arguments...

That user is crimsonjackal63.
The mods give him the occasional warning or some negative points, but most of the time, they just delete his posts—even though, by the book, they really should be handing out formal warnings.
My biggest gripe is crimsonjackal63's unpunished and unflagged posts, which I’m going to lay out right here. I’d like the Moderators, Administrators, Supermoderators, etc., to take a look and weigh in.

Look, maybe I'm being subjective—maybe I'm wrong—but in my opinion, every single post following this deserves a warning for insults and provocation.

In every post, I've bolded instances of typical unpunished insults, thread spamming, repeated provocation, and intentional baiting of other users:
crimsonjackal63 said:Yeah, that's me. Since you guys are only capable of talking through trolling and baiting. Like when people ask why certain Republican Party members with criminal records or indictments haven't been kicked out. It's common knowledge, yet provocateurs just spam the thread with cheap trolling. ☕
Verbal offenses are nasty, aren't they?
That's what happens when you have to defend a former Secretary of State who didn't lift a finger in his department—unless we're talking about hiring cronies. It's just like how things "work" in the US Congress. ☕
And no, I'm not the topic here. ☕

crimsonjackal63 said:Anyway, you're just posting pathetic nonsense because you don't have any actual arguments. ☕
And now that you've been caught peddling party-line garbage, the excuses start flying. America needs a new government, but that certainly won't be the economic team from the Ivo Sanader era, which Tomislav Karamarko tries to pass off as his own despite their proven failure.
No matter how many mercenaries write about how Karamarko's crew wasn't in charge. ☕

Charles Fox10 said:That’s completely wrong—honestly, how many times do we have to debunk this before it sticks?

Consider the thread moved, albeit with a slightly adjusted title, since those gentlemen were essentially kicked out.

Cuka, you’re off base here.
We’ve danced around this before, so let’s just get into it:

01) When you hit the main page of the Forum, "POLITICS" is in all caps, while NEAR POLITICS is in lowercase.
02) The "Near Politics" section basically evolved from the "Madhouse" section—you just have to accept the fact that most users still see it that way today.
03) In this context, if something is "near" something else, it means it's close, but not quite there, right?...
04) The whole debate surrounding the trials of Perković and Mustač is a massive topic—for both the left and the right. It touches on everything: the past, the present, the future... it's all intertwined. This could actually be the catalyst for some much-needed ideological reconciliation in America. The verdict is going to ripple through every single layer of American life—political, social, economic, ideological, historical, you name it.
05) Just remember, Cuka, that period when news coverage was basically blacked out during the trials of our generals at The Hague... That specific thread was a literal light in the dark during that media blackout.
If I were in charge of handing out awards, I’d give the Forum a well-deserved trophy just for this thread.
Honestly, some of the best writing ever posted on this Forum came from that discussion...
The trials of Perković and Mustač carry a different kind of weight, but for many of us, they belong under POLITICS, not tucked away in NEAR POLITICS...

Threats are strictly off-limits here—period. As for the penalties, we’re talking anything from a slap on the wrist to a permanent ban, depending entirely on the context of what was said and how the debate was going. Honestly, it might even come down to whatever's written in the official PDF guidelines.

On one hand, I’m seeing nothing but straight-up insults—and on the other, actual physical threats. It's getting ridiculous.
To make things easier to follow, I'm going to drop both posts here so you can see how the whole debate actually went down.
I can't even begin to wrap my head around this—it’s just absolute nonsense. Honestly, at this point, you have to wonder if anyone is actually paying attention or if we're all just collectively sleepwalking through this. It's ridiculous. kaže:

I'm still waiting to see if anyone actually has a coherent thought about this—it feels like we’re just circling the drain at this point. Honestly, most of the commentary lately has been nothing but noise. I'll be interested to see if anyone brings anything real to the table, or if it's just more of the same empty chatter.McAuliffe Check out the post.

I’ll be waiting right here to show you exactly how a guy with over 40 years of experience handles dental work.If you still have those people around—the ones sending stuff back home to their parents who are likely still hoarding their old Communist Party membership cards somewhere—then maybe it’s time for some serious re-education. Since you clearly missed out on being raised right the first time around...

Karamarkov held the reins just as firmly as Sanader did—and people like you are living proof of that.

You can pass whatever laws you want or push whatever agenda you like—it won't change a thing. At the end of the day, you’re still exactly who you were before.

The first post got a red card—and no, I didn't delete it.

Charles Fox10 said:Where’s the issue? That post was flagged, and so was the one right before it—which you guys all went nuts about—but strangely enough, nobody bothered to quote it here. Interesting. Just keeping things quiet while posts get wiped...

The post preceding the controversial one was immediately and rightfully flagged for insults—something any regular user could see clearly.
That’s why it wasn't specifically called out here.

However, the actual problematic post was deleted instantly, leaving everyone guessing whether it was just flagged or gone for good...
Charles Fox10, you claim that deleted post was also flagged, so I'll take your word for it...

But that's not really the point.
Let me restate the offending post:
McAuliffe said:Look at this post
"Man, feel free to hit me up in the DMs—I'm happy to oblige—so you can see how a 40-year-old guy handles his business, assuming you still have teeth left to show. I'll send you back to your parents, who are probably still clutching their old Democratic Party membership cards, since you clearly missed out on a decent upbringing the first time around..."

The establishment types—the ones following the likes of Karamarkov or Sanader—have always been in control, and people like you are living proof...

Go ahead and act out all you want; you're still going to be exactly who you are.

I’m wondering—are there actually any measurable criteria to determine what kind of penalty a post like this deserves?

In the real world, a report like this would bring the police straight to your door... but in the virtual world of an online forum, does a physical threat result in a simple flag, a warning, a month-long ban, or a permanent lockout?

Let's clear this up so we can set a precedent. It'd be good if users knew in advance whether a threat of violence earns them a slap on the wrist while they continue insulting people, or if it's going to cost them much more dearly.

Thanks in advance.

it’s just like your little ranking system of who’s a "great" forum member and who isn't. The great ones get banned without any actual reasoning—just pure conspiracy theories—while everyone else just gets a warning...

honestly, it feels like we're back in kindergarten...

Physical threats against anyone aren't a joke... right?

You mention lawyers...😂but what are you doing here then? You're acting just like an uninvited lawyer, defending someone... aren't you?

That's all I've got to say—I'll leave it to the mods to weigh in...

The threat wasn't directed at me...

Anyway, this particular user is pretty well known for attacking people personally—but honestly, it doesn't bother me much since being insulting is usually just a cheap substitute for having actual arguments.

On the flip side, though—making direct threats toward anyone... yeah, that definitely bothers me.
Is that weird to say, or what?
