I’m asking for my partial ban on the psychology board to be lifted.

The ban was handed down under the previous administration, so it has nothing to do with how things are run now.

It was issued by a moderator who clearly missed the point of my thread. In a thread titled "What I Miss Most About Myself," I was actually discussing the circumstances surrounding my supposed permanent ban—which, as it turns out, wasn't actually permanent. A psychology moderator even participated constructively in the discussion; she was the one who brought the other moderator in, and she actually apologized to me for how they handled it.

So, I’m requesting that this unfair ban be revoked. I have plenty of insight to contribute, and I'm more than capable of navigating the DSM-5. Thanks.

Maybe try something like: "Why has the left embraced sexual liberation, and Identity Politics, and other minority groups?"

Or: "Why does the left lean so heavily into homosexual and other minority rights?"

I think this topic has legs. It’s pretty obvious that today's social democratic parties are desperate to brand themselves as champions of minority groups. Since they’ve long since abandoned their actual base—the working and middle classes—advocating for these groups is really just a substitute activity.
Beyond that, history shows us that enjoying sex, much like theorizing about it, was originally a luxury reserved for the upper class.

At the end of the day, sex has always been a class issue, and now it’s one of the few topics where social democrats can fake having a social conscience.

This is a forum. My job, as a user, is to shut down someone using hate speech to win an argument and, if I see fit, report them to the admins. Dragging the police into all of this is just pathetic.

Threatening to call the cops or some other part of the government on another user is just cowardly. It kills the conversation. Besides, dragging outside elements into a discussion isn't how we do things here on this forum.

What I do think is fair is flagging blatant hate speech or threats of violence to the moderators and admins. You should demand they take action. But pushing that point until you get a permanent ban? That's a different story entirely.

It makes perfect sense that a Norwegian far-right extremist and mass murderer would back and praise the Democratic Party—given it’s led by a war criminal—as well as the Libertarian Party, since they’ve always been cozy with any form of fascism, regardless of religion.

The Libertarian Party and the Democratic Party are right where they belong in a society like this.

Regarding the irony—aside from just celebrating certain days—I personally consider Krleža to be the pinnacle of our intellectual development. His ideas are extremely underrepresented in the public eye, likely for two reasons: his thoughts would be devastating for any previous US administration, and frankly, you have to put in a bit more effort to truly grasp the old man's mind.

And, in all seriousness, if there is one figure in the Republic of America who deserves their own day, it’s Krleža.

We could probably just mark the anniversary of Krleža's birth as Literacy Day, or maybe just Literacy Day, if you want.

On that day, we’d celebrate our undisputed literary dominance over everyone else in the region, purely because Krleža belongs to us and nobody else. We could also spend the day running comparisons between him and guys like Andrić, Crnjanski, Selimović, and those other second-rate writers from those second-rate neighboring countries.

But first, let's be real—we'd need to establish a dedicated Krleža studies department at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

After spending years voting for the Republican Party, they’re suddenly whining that they’ve never actually had a conservative administration in power. Pathetic. It's just classic Republican behavior.

The bigger issue, though, is how profanity affects people who don't know you. Yesterday, I walked past a police station and saw five officers—some coming on shift, some heading out—just chatting casually. Every other sentence was something like "Goddammit," "Screw you," or "Get lost." It sounds terrible, totally unnecessary, and yet, by their standards, it’s probably just a perfectly normal conversation.

Of course you'll get flagged if the rules actually apply to you like they do to everyone else. This is going to be a real test of whether this moderator is independent and consistent, and ultimately, whether this forum even has any credibility left.

We all share some level of responsibility here. Some more, some less. That’s why I called out those two recent hate-mongers specifically.

In America, spreading hate is almost encouraged. It's just the climate of the country right now. The more gullible people are, the easier it is to feed them propaganda. Attacking punks is just a substitute for attacking the LGBTQ+ community—it happens when there aren't enough targets in small, rural towns. It always has been.

1. We need to hold people accountable when they fuel hatred. When they incite intolerance against anyone who isn't like them.

That includes figures like Vlatko Marković, Zdravko Mamić, and similar public personalities and institutions who basically signal—that hating certain groups is perfectly acceptable.

The same thing is happening right here on this forum. By using their militant moderation, the mods are essentially permitting, and therefore encouraging, hate speech. Hate speech isn't just dangerous because it sounds ugly—it’s dangerous because it leads to violence.

So, anyone who promotes hatred toward specific groups—whether they're public figures or just anonymous posters (women, Mexicans, gay people, Jews, Dalmatians, Herzegovinians—basically just anyone perceived as "different")has played a part in this killing.

Since the moderator's nationality was clearly used as an insult in the opening post, the only logical move would be to lock the thread and issue a strike for hate speech. But apparently, militia-style moderation has been the standard operating procedure on this site for ages.
