There’s no point in reporting posts since the underlying message is obvious:
"We have to let our own people vent their frustrations so our voice stays loud and clear, regardless of how many low-brow, primitive insults they throw around in the process."
Our job is to protect this community from insults, which is what we do. As for the bottom-feeders who are tearing this country and society apart, we aren't about to protect them.
So, we have these entries that went unpunished—the thread author:

Since Mr. Jurcic isn't a member of this forum, he doesn't count as an insult to the users, so we have no grounds to penalize our fellow member.

And then there will be arguments about how moderation is more lenient during games. 🙄
Just like the previous example—people get heated, and obviously, they say all sorts of things during a game. It's not pleasant to read, honestly, but it doesn't get penalized either.
This is how one moderator puts it:

The colleague is just human, and given everything that came before, you can't really blame him.
Furthermore:

Again... not our concern.
I reported this post, but nothing happens:
I'll say it again—it isn't our job to protect someone who isn't even a member here. I’m going to check in with the admins regarding this whole business of mentioning a former member.
Basically, there's more where that came from, and it's all pretty obvious. The mods will just ban anyone whose opinion clashes with their own, while letting their buddies get away with being "edgy."
So, if you actually value your sanity, I’d suggest staying far away from that PDF from now on. ☕
Look, anyone interested in that PDF knows emotions run high—especially after stuff like what happened yesterday. Nobody watches a Lakers game expecting a quiet night at the theater, and we aren't going to demand the forum stays that polite during game time either. Unfortunately, we can't please everyone.
