Man, 🤣
Today’s presser with the big bosses:
Paul Hembrey, Christian Horner, Ross Brawn, Stefano Domenicali 🙏🤣
That was just the first act... now we’re looking at two disasters followed by one decent run.😁
Who exactly is he aiming at?

Don't hit the blue guys, don't hit the blue guys😬🤣
Rain is good, good 👋😁

Just listen to what Jergović is rambling about this time 😂

Basically, the new Concorde hasn't been signed (and the Concorde regulates everything), but the old one expired on December 31, 2012... which means there are technically zero regulations in place, so you can't penalize anyone based on a rule that isn't even active 😁

Bottom line: test as much as you want and do whatever you feel like 😍
Word is Red Bull is heading to Canada loaded with EBD, fresh engine maps, flexible wings, TC, V8 turbos, etc.
Mark Webber is somehow 69 seconds per lap faster than Lojzek and the rest of the crew... the only rule is he shouldn't overtake Kimi Räikkönen or Sebastian Vettel... or so Marko told him 🙂😬🤣

Here’s the full radio chatter from Vettel after that blistering lap...

The FIA clearly censored part of the broadcast.😂

Qinghua’s holding a slim lead, with Karun Chandhok right behind him...😬
Looking at who's actually on the grid right now, Perez is pulling away convincingly. Maldonado is in second, and Grosjean is sitting in third, though he's fighting tooth and nail to move up regardless of the chaos.😬

Tell him, Jenson 😬

Honestly, this Jenson Button guy gets funnier by the second with all his "wisdom" about everyone else on the grid...
Maybe he should clean up his own backyard before wandering around judging others.😁

Btw, the footage of the crash just dropped.

Marussia seems to love playing ping-pong with Pastor Maldonado...

Alex Fowler5 said:No way. Brawn GP was three times better than Red Bull Racing, and honestly, Red Bull Racing isn't ever going to touch a team as good as Brawn GP.

Exactly.😁
I don't disagree, but then you have to ask where Ferrari fits into all this...
Brawn No1, RBR No2... then I guess it's McLaren, then Williams, then Renault, then🤣

All things considered, Ferrari probably lands somewhere around sixth or seventh on that list.😁

The only thing that's totally skewed is that "top tier" ranking—it really only counts if they were there from the very start.

Alex Fowler5 said:That doesn't change the fact that they were operating at 100% efficiency, both behind the wheel and on the pit wall. It made them three times better than Red Bull Racing.

They were definitely better than Red Bull Racing, too.😢
That season was brutal...
The only time Vettel actually lost a title fight while driving for Red Bull Racing...

But hey, you learn from your mistakes.😁
F1 Monaco GP - May 26, 2013 in Formula 1 ·
Give me a break...😁
Anyway, how many titles does Fiat actually have under their belt, and what's their overall track record?😁

But back to the point....

Damn that Scuderia Ferrari🙂
Looking at the data now, I've got plenty to complain about. If it wasn't for Scuderia Ferrari, Vettel would've almost certainly been in the lead after that first pit stop.😳
He was only 22 seconds behind Rosberg when he pulled out of the pits.😳
Red Bull Racing nailed the two fastest pit stops with Webber and Vettel—they were literally a full second faster than Mercedes...
And Vettel didn't even get a chance to set a fast lap after exiting the pits; if he had, he probably would've taken the lead.

And honestly, looking back, that’s largely why Alonso lost ground too...
He’s always been at his best during those entry and exit laps, which Scuderia Ferrari basically killed for him.
If that hadn't happened, who knows? Maybe he could've jumped one or even two drivers ahead. Everyone was bunched up, and a fast entry/exit combined with a quick pit stop could have easily gained him a couple of positions.
Funny enough, Alonso and Kimi Räikkönen had the very next fastest pit stops.😳

Alex Fowler5 said:What kind of stats does Brawn even have by those standards?

Brawn GP doesn't have any... so yeah, Brawn GP and "the future" are two completely different things.😁
F1 Monaco GP - May 26, 2013 in Formula 1 ·
It’s such a damn shame testing was banned from 1980 to 2000, otherwise they might actually have a few more titles under their belt...😁
It wasn't even the testing ban that hurt Ferrari; it was what it did to Michael Schumacher...

And honestly, what do you think bringing testing back would even do? It would just give Sebastian Vettel and Adrian Newey an even bigger chance to screw over Ferrari and Fernando Alonso.😍>
You’re completely missing the point. This isn't about Ferrari or Pirelli.😁

This is all about the relationship between Dietrich Mateschitz > Bernie Ecclestone > Pirelli.😁
Bottom line: you guys are doomed...just watch the tire manufacturer 😬...

EDIT:
Jason Campbell70 said:the most successful team in Formula 1 history

Titles won...
Ferrari:
Driver titles - 23.81%
Constructors' titles - 25.40 %

Red Bull Racing:
Driver titles - 37.50 %
Constructors' titles - 37.50 %

And by the end of this season, it'll be:
Red Bull Racing:
Driver titles - 44.44 %😍
Constructors' titles - 44.44 %😍

It’s not about who got hit... it’s about who came out on top. 😉

The reality is, once testing starts back up, the big dogs are going to be Ferrari, Red Bull, Mercedes, and maybe McLaren—assuming Michael doesn't bury them first.
As for the rest of the grid? They'll just be out there for a joyride, basically like Marussia, trailing miles behind those top four.

Like I said...
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/107746

Check this out. Now Pirelli is actually begging for mid-season testing, otherwise they might just have to pack up and leave Formula 1 entirely.😁

All in all, I’m starting to think this whole thing is just a manufactured farce. Wouldn't it be better if they just brought back testing?☕

Do you guys remember 🤣😁

Yeah, but he also claimed Mercedes would be absolute garbage. That was back when I predicted Vettel would be fighting Hamilton and Rosberg for the title before he even dealt with Button and Perez.🤣

Richard Vaughn62 said:So who's actually to blame for that massive gap? Is it him or the guys on the pit wall? Honestly, even that 6-second window is way too much considering how long it takes them to actually pull off a change.

Both of them...🤣

1. They told him to leave a 6-second gap, which is pretty vague nonsense since a pit stop takes about 3 seconds. A 3-second gap would've been plenty.

2. He went and left an 11-second gap just to be safe.😁

The whole thing is a mess because, all in all, Lewis was the one they should have brought in on lap 30, and Rosberg on lap 31...
Everything would've worked out perfectly.
Even if the Red Bull Racing cars had caught up to Hamilton, he could've slowed down enough for Rosberg to grab a coffee and still get back before him.😁
But nope, they couldn't pass him anyway thanks to the SC.😂

Instead, they decided to go for that double stack on lap 31. What a joke.😍

All in all, I guess Rosberg was more worried about testing than actually winning the race...
Was there really no one among those big-shot bosses capable of making a sensible decision?🤣

Jason Campbell70 said:Alonso was absolutely crushing it.

And Hamilton? Just a victim of bad strategy and a poorly timed SC.
Nothing more, nothing less.

Basically, you just need a miracle to pull that off...

I don't get why everyone is obsessed with Hamilton... Sky Sports had a great breakdown earlier explaining he was just told to build a 6-second gap... which is honestly stupid since 3 seconds is plenty these days. But even crazier, he actually built an 11-second gap over Rosberg...
all in all, two mistakes in one.

It’s also wild that Mercedes even tried to squeeze in that extra lap when it was obvious an SC was coming and they were just sitting ducks...
They had two laps where they could have pitted, but instead, they tried to cram both drivers into that later, much riskier window...
