It’s clear Red Bull is still the fastest on track, but now Ferrari has wedged themselves right between them and McLaren.

But seriously, how bad do you have to be to let the Italians dictate your strategic progress? 🙏

really bad😬

What can you do? They’ve got the fastest car on the grid, but they're absolutely clueless, and now they’ve even lucked into this massive stroke of fortune ☕
and if they blow this one, we should all just collectively quit racing and move to tractor pulling, because missing this would be an absolute disaster.🤦

🙏 Ferrari is basically handing the title to those geniuses over at Red Bull Racing 🙏

honestly, this is actually great news for Red Bull, mostly for Vettel😁ž

If Massa and Alonso keep consistently finishing ahead of Webber like this, we're done😁

McLaren is toast🤣

if the standings stay like this:

Vettel 25
Alonso 18
Massa 15
Webber 12
Button 10😁
Hamilton 8

here's the table:

01 Lewis Hamilton 153
02 Sebastian Vettel 146
03 Jenson Button 143
04 Mark Webber 140
05 Fernando Alonso 116

one more race like Canada and the McLaren duo is history. My only fear is Massa or Webber screwing something up.😢

I am definitely on board with this🤣

With Mark Webber right behind Felipe Massa🤣 it won't end well if you take him out🤣

And I’m half expecting another mediocre start from Ferraria😁

Funny thing is, I was expecting a solid run from Williams, but honestly, seeing them perform this well wasn't even on my radar.👍

Why are there zero Americans in Formula 1?😲

Massa isn't ready for retirement; he belongs in a museum 😂

Robert Kubica was faster in the installation lap 🤣

Senna was faster than Massa 🙏

Classic Massa 🤣

If you're looking for it, it's basically predictable 😬😛

So nothing is actually unexpected. 🤣🤣🤣

It’s basically a showdown between Webber and himself. 🤣

He’s just constantly on edge and snapping at everyone. He knows he's running out of time—it's now or never if he wants a shot at the title. That realization is eating him alive, and honestly, who can blame him? 🤷

But I doubt anyone else inside Red Bull actually gives a damn about what's happening to Webber right now. 🤣

When Michael Lee4 starts a thread, I just expect a Red Bull win. 🤣

Now it's Sebastian Vettel's turn. 😁

I was actually worried that miserable Vespasian would come along and ruin the whole thread. 🙂

Almost every time Vettel messes things up, 😬 Red Bull suffers a complete meltdown and their whole system falls apart. 🤣

This season:
Turkey V-Ret, W-3
China V-6, W-8
😱

Last year:
Belgium V-3, W-9
Valencia V-Ret, W-9
Barcelona V-4, W-3
Bahrain V-2, W-11
Turkey V-3, W-2

Red Bull's best result out of all these races was 2nd and 3rd at VN Turkey 2009; everything else is either mediocre or a total disaster. 😳
Zero wins for Red Bull when Vespasian opens a thread—it's 100% guaranteed by the stats. 🤣

Vespasian, you absolute menace, please never start another race thread again. 🙂

Arthur Doyle70 said:The KERS belongs to Mercedes. Is that not obvious enough? 🤷

Mercedes built a KERS system specifically tuned for their own engines...☕

Honestly, how many people from Mercedes actually work at Mercedes GP right now? And more importantly, how many of them even understand how to package that KERS inside the chassis or how it actually messes with the car's performance?🤷

Mass was a champion for a few seconds there🙂 😁
Webber’s never gonna get there, not even by a second. He might stay in the fight, but he's definitely going to screw something up eventually.☕

So yeah, Mass is the better driver. Sure, Webber is way faster in qualifying, but in actual races? He's got too much of a hot head. It's hard to see him succeeding when he'll just blow up the whole team if things don't go his way. Mass won't do that.

Don't get me wrong—Webber isn't the one causing the chaos at Red Bull. That's mostly on Mathezzic, Marko, and Horner, in that order. But Webber is right on their heels. Meanwhile, Vettel is clearly drowning in this mess; he looks totally lost.

Roger Wright94 said:Don't even go there! I wouldn't trade Mass for 10,000 Webbers.
There you have it. Take him home.

Why not? Honestly, I'm all for Webber moving to Ferrari.😈

Joshua Newman2 said:Maybe he’s writing it down, maybe not—honestly, it doesn't matter. Mass is clearly not on Alonso's level, so this issue won't even be a thing. Honestly, the best move would be to swap Webber and Mass for next year. Make Vettel the lead driver, and let Ferrari rely on that chassis to clinch the Constructors' Championship.

Wow, look at you being a genius. Such deep thoughts. 😬

That's exactly why Mass stayed so quiet and played nice when Alonso squeezed him out of the pit lane. He knew right then that Alonso was going to outshine him in the long run, even if he didn't want to admit it at the moment.😉

Mass is the No2 driver. He's always been, and he knows it. That's why he keeps his mouth shut.☕

Joshua Newman2 said:Mark is talking nonsense. He acted all objective right after the Vettel and Webber crash, and now he's back at it. If they were actually big shots, they would've just told Webber he was the number two driver and moved on. They were banking on Vettel being good enough that they wouldn't have to go that route (just like they don't have to at Ferrari or Renault). To their surprise, Vettel isn't just "not good enough" this season—he's flat-out not better. Now they're in a perfect spot to figure out their next move: do they stick to the mantra of having two drivers who can race each other while finding sneaky ways to show what they really think, or do they just grab a Brazilian for that second seat?

🤣🤣🤣

Come on, Joshua Newman2, stop hating😂

You could bet your life that Alonso insisted his contract explicitly states he's the number one driver.☕

http://www.planet-f1.com/news/3213/6...ng-Conspiracy-

Knowing Webber's personality, it wouldn't even surprise me if someone paid the mechanics at Red Bull to "forget" a few bolts on Vettel's car every now and then.😬

But hey, Mark is just adding fuel to the fire here.😬 🤣

Honestly though, I totally agree with him—except he should've just said that he and Horner are idiots and they're the ones who caused this mess.😬

He also stupidly forgot that the wing was actually taken off Webber's car, and Mr. Chris Trump didn't even bother to give Webber a heads-up.🙄

And check out these top-tier comments below:🤣

USA won against Germany. I think Red Bull should just use an octopus to predict which driver gets the parts.

And the "I have absolutely no clue what I'm talking about" award goes to... Mr. Helmut!

Roger Wright94 said:It’s not like you’re an idiot; there's no reason to trust Ferrari. That whole squad is just a circus of incompetent clowns pretending they know how to run a racing team.
And here I thought you were a serious person, acting like Charlie is some kind of North Star.

Look, believing them is a joke. 🤣
As for trusting Charlie? He’s probably just as shady as the rest of them, if not worse.😂

At this point, it's just a matter of figuring out who's lying more.

If both sides are full of it, I'm pretty much 100% sure.

Arthur Doyle70 said:Mercedes...☕

Regarding the setup, both McLaren and Mercedes have plenty of experience since they ran the system all last season...☕

The real question is whether they'll stick to the old system or roll out a new one. If it’s the same, then basically both teams already have all the 2009 intel. Plus, considering Fry—the guy who designed the MP4/24—moved over to Ferrari, he probably carried all those KERS secrets straight to his gray matter. I’m expecting a total KERS renaissance next year.🤣 🤣 ....

why on earth would you think the Mercedes crew has any real insight here?🤷
I mean, it's basically Brawn—well, the ex-Honda crew and their people. I highly doubt some corporate suits from Mercedes were hanging around the McLaren garage taking sketches of the KERS blueprints.🤷
