😁 I honestly wish you'd check in more often. 🙂
Anyway, back to the topic at hand: Does anyone else notice when they lose 6 or 7 pounds?
To me, it’s nothing. It doesn't mean a thing until I've dropped at least 10 or 12 pounds and can actually feel my clothes starting to hang loose on me. 🤔
Roger Smith6 said:I have a quick question: If I go for a run every single night (say 3.1 miles), get home, shower, sit down in front of the TV and... man, the hunger hits me hard!!! I end up eating two slices of bread with two slices of deli meat and three tomatoes. So, here's the deal: I did my run, but then I eat a full meal around 11 or midnight. Does that actually make sense? Is running and then eating right before bed even worth it? Because honestly, the late-night cravings hit me like a truck.
If you're trying to bulk up, then grabbing a snack after your workout is totally fine—you can even toss in a glass of milk for the calcium. 😉
The other issue is how healthy it actually is to go to sleep with a stuffed stomach.
Since I fall into the same category of late-night binge eaters, don't take that last part as a judgment. 😳

You people have no idea what kind of obstacles you run into when you're trying to help someone like that.
😢
Kenneth Hernandez67, you’ve broken through a barrier—a massive wall of family privacy. Get this: even the people who want to support you get intimidated. At the end of the day, it's FAMILY.
On top of all that—everything I do—I'm working in a country where seeing a psychologist is still treated like a taboo subject. 🙄
Believe me—nobody would blame you if you just threw in the towel... 😢
But I can see you're a fighter.🙂 You've started an avalanche, but just remember: you're doing this for his own good. 🙂
Kenneth Hernandez67 said:Oh, sure... my patients were just dying to wait... like, I spend a year keeping a guy locked up in a psychiatric ward, burning through massive amounts of money every single month, only for him to end up right back where he started. 🙄
Seriously, this totally set me off!!!
Kenneth Hernandez67, don't let them get to you! Forget about the people who care more about "what the neighbors will think." 🙄
They claim a single Red Bull packs the same punch as six or seven cups of regular coffee. Either way, Red Bull definitely takes the lead.
I downed one can and halfway through I started wondering how anyone can actually stomach that garbage. Honestly, I haven't tasted anything worse in my entire life.
Roger Hall15 said:If it’s an unknown dog—meaning you can't get it checked out, quarantined, or whatever else—then obviously it doesn't matter. But they asked me exactly where it happened, so I had to describe the whole situation in detail. 🙄
Give me a break, don't roll your eyes immediately—it was just funny!😁 It sounded like one of those: "Everything is fine, but CHICAGO... there aren't even sick dogs there. It's a major metropolis..." 😁
If you had just said the dog wasn't from your neighborhood, fine—you generally know the situation in your own area—but the way this came out was just ridiculous. 😉
Sorry, I didn't mean to mock you, I just thought it was funny. 🙂
The rules: no alcohol, no sparkling water, and absolutely no sugary drinks. If you decide to drink, wait at least 24 hours after finishing the diet first.
If you end up losing more than 15 pounds, take a week-long break.
Personally, this isn't for me. First off, I’m not a big meat eater, and I can't survive without pasta.
Second—the soup is pretty intense, and I have a sensitive stomach.
I managed to lose 10 pounds in five days, but I felt like absolute garbage.
My mom loves it, though. She’s lost over 20 pounds a few different times (and she didn't even follow all the rules—she kept sweetening her coffee and drinking soda).
Anyway, this diet is mostly recommended for heart patients prepping for surgery.

So, researchers are out here telling us that every single smoker is just destined to kick the bucket. 😁 A hundred people die from secondhand smoke. 😁 😁
Honestly, if we all stopped smoking, everyone would basically live forever. Plus, let's face it—there are already way too many of us on this polluted little planet, especially with all the cigarette smoke clogging up the air.

My mom actually lost 30 pounds on this diet (though she did it in waves). And the best part? That fat stayed gone.
She talked me into trying it last week, but I tapped out after five days. It’s just not my thing... though I have to say, that soup is incredible. I’m definitely planning on making it more often. 🙂
I’m still hitting the pavement, staying active, walking a ton, and trying to eat clean...
The scale is fine, but I notice the difference more in my clothes. 🙂 These pants don't feel tight anymore!
Wishing everyone huge success—catch you all next time!
Look, this Law isn't being passed because of you Non-smokers; it's driven by something much more sinister.
By the time you actually realize what's happening, this trend will have shifted, and some other regulation will hit you personally, and then you'll be back here whining about that instead..
I'm out of this thread before someone manages to trigger my cancer cells.
I have zero interest in dealing with primitives....
