Well, I finally tracked it down myself.

Whenever I log into the app to check my balance, I always head straight over to cards, but under transactions, there’s absolutely nothing showing up. It's weird—my standard USD checking account shows zero activity, yet strangely enough, my foreign currency account actually has data there.🤔

I eventually found everything by logging into online banking, then navigating through balances and activity.

Why am I not seeing transactions that I know for a fact are there?

Literally none of them. It just keeps telling me no transactions found.😕

It’s always been a bit glitchy, I guess, but now I’m honestly just fed up—I can't even see my own deposits.

I honestly feel like it's a total invasion of privacy.

Same here.
Actually, I guess it depends on who it is. If I’m comfortable enough with the person, then it isn't really an issue.

But with family? No way. Not in front of them.

I’ve honestly never run into that particular issue myself.

It’s pretty straightforward, really—I just take a second to actually think about whether I truly need the item before I hit "buy."😁

Everything you're chasing—all that idealized perfection—it’s fleeting. I mean, anyone who’s actually been in a serious relationship here in the States could tell you that much.
And honestly, you can't really build a whole sense of purpose around something that shifts like that.

People drift in and out of your life, and at the end of the day, the only person you’re truly stuck with is yourself.

For everything else—like business calls or dealing with other people—just get straight to the point... like, "Hi, this is Mary, I'm looking for Jack, hope you're doing well... I'm calling about this specific thing, could we possibly do this or that... thanks, bye."
Besides, email totally rules for stuff like that anyway...

Well, I guess that’s exactly where the issue lies. Most of those tricky, complicated conversations are precisely the ones that *need* to stay formal. Talking to friends in a relaxed setting? No problem there—but the high-stakes stuff is a different story.
Rebecca Reed3 said:Alright, so for those of you who are terrified of jumping on a phone call—and acting like meeting in person is somehow the only other option—do you get just as nauseous from sending a simple text?

Not at all. Actually, that’s even better.😁
I keep running into these annoying glitches and awkwardness whenever I have to talk on the phone—honestly, it’s one of the main reasons I can't stand it.

But then again, I suppose it makes sense that these issues pop up; it almost feels weird if they *didn't* happen to someone. I mean, when you're actually sitting across from someone in person, you have that direct, face-to-face connection—which, let's be real, leaves way less room for things to get totally misread.
Discomfort with physical touch in Psychology & Therapy ·
I seem to have this specific issue exclusively when it comes to people I don't particularly vibe with—you know, folks who aren't really my type or just aren't part of my inner circle.

Take certain relatives, for instance—people I barely know and honestly, I don't have anything against them, per se.

But then there are those types of people where physical touch is just... totally normal to them, even with total strangers. For me? Not so much. Unless there’s some kind of genuine, personal connection first, it just feels incredibly awkward.

I’m much more comfortable sitting at a table with my food on a proper plate; that’s how things should be when you actually have the chance to relax and enjoy a meal in peace. Speaking of which, I actually find myself loving solo dining—which I suppose makes me an outlier compared to most people? Don't get me wrong, I enjoy socializing plenty, but when I sit down to eat by myself, there's this genuine sense of bliss that just washes over me.🤔

I honestly find it mind-blowing that anyone actually enjoys eating in a group. Especially when people won't stop talking while you're trying to eat.🤦

They've probably just been conditioned to think that's the "proper" way to do it.

Honestly, just eating straight out of the pot is way more practical.🤣

There’s less dirty dishes to deal with—you don't have to bother carrying everything back and forth from the table, either.

And look, I guess your old man isn't the only one with these kinds of habits.

Most of them—the ones who aren't actually working the streets—don't have some grand "logical reason" for what they do. It’s just that what they currently have isn't enough, so they start playing the game to chase a higher standard of living.

There’s nothing illogical about it, really.
A woman will do everything in her power to stay with him and refuse to walk away, mostly because she simply can't bear to let go of her golden goose.

So, he provides the financial lifeline, and she provides the intimacy?

It’s not about sympathy—it’s a transaction. There's actually a specific term for that kind of arrangement.

Whether you dig it or not, that's just her moral compass, and honestly, I don't see why anyone would try to force her to change it.

Look, if someone’s lifestyle hits a wall with my personal values, I just walk away. It isn't my job to play life coach or fix people. They can live however they want.

I have a quick question about this virtual assistant—or whatever they're calling it these days🙄 regarding that monthly subscription fee $10.
If the bank account linked to the service doesn't actually have any funds in it—meaning there's nothing to pull from—will the charge just automatically hit my other account?
Or does the first one just end up going into the negative?
