I have to jump in here :jumps in: but unfortunately, as far as I know, the rules state that if a moderator (and just one is enough) refuses to allow a partial download from a PDF they oversee, then neither rustydrifter10 nor anyone else—except maybe Anderlon, I think 🤔—can pull off a partial download. If they try, that mod is just going to end up having a massive fallout with that user.
And honestly, that’s fine, except when you're dealing with a mod who lacks any sense of objectivity and blocks partial downloads for purely personal reasons (no, I am seriously not referring to jadetiger962; I don't know his work that well).
What I just can't wrap my head around is that categorical "no" after five years. I mean, five years... good grief, I had two kids in those five years. Seriously, five years 🙂

That token was supposed to be activated alongside the account—you can't just trigger it after the fact. If the system is telling you it isn't under contract, head down to your local Chase branch tomorrow so they can get that squared away for you

The core issue was communication (among other things)—something I’m operating under the assumption has improved. I know mine has over the last five years, and I’m certain yours has too. To be blunt, I’m sure a huge number of users have evolved how they communicate compared to how they did five years ago.

There’s really no need to dwell on it, especially since my question isn't just about this one instance, but about various bans that have dragged on for years.

Sure, I agree there are "irreparable" cases (which I assume are the minority), but I don't think ZMM falls into that category. Personally, I feel that after five years, a person should be given a chance to see where things go. Especially since the "mistake" of a partial ban can be fixed with a single mouse click.
