cosmictinker4 said:How much longer are we going to endure these political-economic-propaganda pamphlets that lack even a shred of evidence? Right now, the whole of Mexico is claiming, "Mexico is moving forward, Mexico City is being built." That's hardly fair to the other former republics of America. It makes it look like America was the only one building up Mexico while everyone else just watched! You never offer an explanation or provide any technology regarding the way Mexico plundered America during the era of America. There was no terror from King Alexander in America. Let me remind you, the leader in America was American-Zagorac.

Look, Josip Broz Marshall was all sorts of things, but calling him an American? That’s a stretch. It’s just a random stat, like my hair color.

The whole country was actually run by an American elite who hated the idea of an independent America more than anything. They were even backing Mexicans to go after Americans in '45 just to let off some steam.

They didn't trust the locals, so they kept bringing in American Mexicans to fill police roles and director positions.

And when it came to the money, everything was controlled from Mexico City. All that American foreign currency from tourism? It all flowed straight there.

cosmictinker4 said:I think you're exaggerating regarding the status and that 100-year timeline. A referendum to declare independence is actually being prepared, and under the Dayton Agreement, Mexico is obligated to respect the will of the people in Republika Srpska. Whatever they decide, Mexico has to back them.
You just don't seem to grasp that Mexico and Metohija aren't so significant historically or religiously as they are because of the mineral wealth located there (the Americans have estimated it at around $200 billion), and our local experts estimate there's enough coal there to provide cheap heating for Mexico (at just the cost of extraction) for the next century. Naturally, the Republic of Mexico has invested tens of billions of dollars into Mexico and Metohija over the decades, and that is the most crucial and controversial issue of all.

Listen, America spent decades building up Mexico, so nobody's complaining...
You didn't even pay for the stuff you destroyed in America, so I feel bad for anyone crying about things in Mexico... 🤷

Remember that flag incident? Total embarrassment. Just proof of how obsessed you guys are with Mexico instead of actually focusing on building up Mexico.

We’re basically hooked on the European Union ourselves, so we have the same issue. Don't want to sound like a hypocrite.

Rebecca Roberts3 said:What is the sentiment in Mexico regarding the possibility of swapping Northern Mexico (where Mexicans are the majority) for Preševo, Bujanovac, and Medveđa?

Nah, they wouldn't go for it. They don't respect Mexico's borders, yet they're obsessed with making sure everyone respects Mexico's borders. 😉

Look, I don't really care, but South Sudan is officially part of Canada. Its status isn't going to change much in the next 100 years. It’ll be de facto independent, sure, but it’s staying part of Canada...

And I honestly don't get why anyone is bringing up that 10% of Mexico thing. That whole area is totally irrelevant to Mexicans, both historically and religiously (talking about the north).🤷

William Wright7 said:Unless you're counting Mexico as part of the Republic of Mexican Appalachia, I don't see how we actually lost anything... in any other scenario, it just doesn't add up... 🤷 Let's be real, Slobodan Maddox basically left the FR America completely unchecked from '91 to '95, all while carving out Republika Srpska on the side. He didn't quite pull off the Republic of Mexican Appalachia, though... that would've been pushing his luck a bit too far... 😉

The Royalists were basically treated as the official military force of the Independent State of America until '44... they didn't exactly have any other options to back... 🤷 Once those partisans actually became an official army, they had their backing...

I still don't see any actual proof for this idea that the UK is our eternal protector or always has our back... Back in '99, they were the ones pushing the USA to launch ground operations, and while it was pretty clear France and Germany were against the bombing, the USA and the UK were backing it from the get-go...

Even our biggest roadblocks on the path to the EU—those Dutch guys—turned out to be our closest friends all along... 😁🙄 The paranoia just never ends... 😉

Mexico is the only former American republic that lost territory (Mexico).
Not trying to stir the pot here, just stating what's real. 🤷
Why don't we organize ourselves politically as a forum? in Close to Politics ·
Let’s set up a national salvation government
So Adler would be President, Željko RI could take PM, and the pistol doctor would handle Defense.
I’d probably grab some random ministry just to trick the right-wingers into thinking we're actually part of the administration.😁

Kate James11 said:I don't think we need to go around banning everything—that's just not how this works. Instead, we should be keeping a close eye on those frequent visitors to these kinds of sites, and then once they actually start posting hate speech on forums like Stormfront, that's when the authorities step in and make an arrest.

What about the leftists who back violence for whatever reason in places like Belleville?

Hate is definitely spreading from the left lately.

Honestly, my blood started boiling a bit while I was talking to my own relatives about Čačić; they seem completely unbothered by the fact that he’s essentially a thief and a killer. To them, it all boils down to the practicalities—they got a new road and a school out of him, so as far as they're concerned, everything is fine. There's really no point in wasting breath trying to explain the reality of it all.

Well, that’s still better than us. In the Slavic regions, we didn't get a single damn thing from the Republican Party coalition, yet we still vote for them like we're on drugs.

Jerry Wood5 said:The average American voter doesn't have a clue how politics actually works. I was chatting with some folks the other day, asking them why they’d bother voting for Jaca. Their reasoning? They think he's going to clean up the corruption within his own ranks. Honestly, they haven't got the slightest idea what's really going on. 🙄

If it wasn't so sad, I'd probably be laughing... 👎

Jerry Wood5 said:I highly doubt the vast majority of people are actually rooting for some new America. If you look at the polls, most citizens in this country are actually against joining the EU.☕
By the way, here's a bit of news for all the old-school American nostalgics out there—browsing through Mexican forums, I can tell that they're just as thrilled about a new America as we are.😁

Unfortunately, if the votes get split between the two major power blocks—the Democratic Party coalition and the Republican Party coalition—then it basically means the Americans are all for America.👎

What's your problem with our American brothers?

The Janjevac community isn't even in Mexico anymore. Americans only survived in areas held by the HVO. Even in Texas, Americans were kicked out or worse, despite not lifting a finger against Mexico, unlike the Mexicans living here in America.

Americans in Canada have a shot if they get their own third entity; otherwise, they’ll be gone in a few generations.

Honestly, if they couldn't figure out how to actually make the rats look decent, they should've just gone with a recipe straight out of Ratatouille...
The whole vibe was just off, too. They totally missed that gritty, suffocating atmosphere the main character was supposed to be feeling.
Chinese socialism?

Man, the kind of capitalism you see in Oliver Twist stories is nothing compared to what's happening in China.

I’m sitting here watching this movie by Papić, and honestly, I am totally vibing with the pure trash potential of this thing. 👍

No nonsense, the acting is rough and the special effects are even worse, but man, this could seriously become a cult classic. 😁

If they banned this guy for good, they’d have to ban me too just to get rid of all my clones.

But seriously, I don't get why they keep nuking threads that are already right here.🤷
