I'm going to track it down because there's no way it isn't on the internet somewhere!

Go get it! 😠

Honestly, there aren't many big concerts around here, so we end up rushing to see a massive act like Arcade Fire just because they're famous, even if we don't actually listen to them that much. They're huge names, though, so you know...
plus, this is America 🙄

Aunt Liza, of course 😁

I reached out to the director of this documentary a while back to see if I could buy a copy. He told me it’s not for sale... 😠

Nobody really knew about it except for a small inner circle. Even the cover charge was standard—nothing crazy expensive...
Some group was celebrating something... apparently Giles is a friend of theirs, so he showed up and played a few tracks. Bogović was there, too. As for the backing band, they were some group from overseas that I’ve never even heard of.
They played about 6 or 7 songs... all the big hits. 😉

Giles played a few old hits at Applebee's about two or three months back... I just showed up for a regular Saturday listening session and ended up getting a full concert instead.😁

Prog-rock? Honestly, I think labeling them that way is a bit unfair. It’s too restrictive. They are so much more than just one genre.
It might not hit quite like their debut, but you really need to give this one a fair shot. It takes a little while to actually "click"... but if you stay patient, it definitely pays off.🙂

Billy Joel has been blowing up again lately, so I figured I’d throw this topic out there.😬

And here I was thinking that guy had kicked the bucket a long time ago...
No need to get worked up right away 😬
Kyle Jackson54 said:It’s really not that tragic. Look, a friend of mine is living on minimum wage, making about $700. Is he really expected to drop more than 10% of his paycheck just to see a band he loves? Who’s going to cover his rent and utilities then? Let’s stop attacking people who are students living in a different city or anyone working a low-income job. I truly wish him the best. But before taking desperate measures, maybe try getting lucky with some sweepstakes or giveaways first.

I think you're exaggerating a bit here. If I want to see a certain band that badly, I can definitely swing those $83 without it being a disaster. 😉
I'll just skip the cigarettes for 20 days, stay in, and skip my daily coffee or beer runs. I doubt most guys aren't already spending at least part of their money on little luxuries anyway...

City life is mostly just for show nowadays. Plus, there isn't even a jukebox anymore. 😉

crimsonmason8 said:Djizz...😲 if that's the vibe, I'm definitely skipping it. I'd much rather find something a bit more laid back... just a chill crowd and maybe some jukebox music. That sounds more my speed. I think I'll just swing by Routea and see what the deal is for myself... 🙂🙂

You're going to love Routea. No doubt about it. 😉

Honestly, I think you guys are looking in all the wrong places. You should try checking out Hemingway instead; you might actually enjoy it 🙄

A hole that's "heavy"? I have no idea what you're talking about. 🤷

You've got the wrong stuff in this category. Routea and Railroad don't belong here at all. They aren't even close.
