Actually, it’s spot on.

When I caught that virus, my wife was totally fine to head straight into work without needing to quarantine, all thanks to being vaccinated.
The only catch was she had to wear a mask while she was indoors at the office.

And yeah, that was following the exact instructions from the CDC official who reached out after my test came back positive.

A group of women traveled all the way from Orljava to protest because they haven't seen a paycheck in three months, and this guy starts rambling about how much he "understands" them and respects their right to protest—while simultaneously implying there wasn't actually any valid reason for them to be out there in the first place.
These women are working hard and haven't been paid for a quarter of a year, yet he acts like he can't wrap his head around why they're upset.

The real issue is that everyone’s living under one roof, so the rest of the family—the ones without any symptoms—basically just had to go about their business all week while waiting on those test results.

In that one week alone, they could've spread the virus a hundred times over...

I really came to terms yesterday with just how completely pointless this whole self-isolation thing is.
My wife has been showing symptoms since last Saturday.
She went to get tested, got the results back yesterday morning, and yep—positive.
Then yesterday, some contact tracer calls up and decides the entire family needs to quarantine.
That means my wife, my brother-in-law, his wife, and both their kids.
We’re stuck until December 1st.
So, they spend three days in isolation, but the fact that they were out at work or heading to campus all last week apparently doesn't matter one bit, right?
