So, tonight around 10:23 PM—the scroll wheel just gave up on me. I tried everything, seriously, but nothing worked. 😢 After more than four years of highs, lows, laughs, and total internet meltdowns, my loyal little sidekick is officially gone. It was basically my right hand.
I'll always cherish the good times we had. From landing those insane headshot M-M-M-MONSTER KILLS in Unreal, to surfing through questionable sites, all the way to spamming skills in Guild Wars.
Now I'm just standing here at a crossroads, wondering if I can ever actually find a replacement. Is it even possible to swap out something as freaking awesome as this mouse? I don't know... I'm just numb. 😢
Alex Patel96 said:What does "progress" actually mean? Does it even matter if every single solution just spawns three more headaches? We find a cure for one disease, and suddenly we're staring down a whole new set of medical crises. Every step forward seems to drag a new mess behind it, demanding yet another fix. Chasing progress feels like a total Sisyphus task.
Plus, most of this "advancement" just tackles side issues. Meanwhile, humanity has been struggling with the same fundamental problems since the dawn of time. Sure, we have cars, electricity, and high-speed internet—we'll probably have wild tech in fifty years—but at our core, humans haven't changed a bit since the days of Jesus Christ. No matter how much the world evolves, bad things still happen constantly, all over the map. And let’s be real: it’s usually because of us.
Which basically means we're sprinting in the completely wrong direction. 😁
Let’s just pretend for a second that I actually know. 😁 It really comes down to keeping the forum clean and organized—you know, for the sake of clarity? Plus, there's the whole culture aspect to consider... basically, practicing decent Netiquette.

Maybe we should award 50 points for thread hijacking and just tell them to start their own discussion? I mean, isn't that how decent forums handle it?
Jerry Martin19 said:Basically, the whole point of giving someone constructive criticism is to make them stop and think—you know?—to wonder if they’re actually in the wrong or maybe just being a bit too harsh with others, even if they won't admit it to the group.
ROFL
Trust me, you're gonna see that happen—not really. 🤣 😂
P.S. Props for the effort, seriously, but we can find all this stuff online anyway. Like this article right here, for example.
