Regarding that Thymu-Skin product they’ve been aggressively pushing during those late-night infomercials on the local news networks lately—has anyone actually gone out and purchased it? I find myself wondering if anyone here has had any direct experience with the stuff, and more importantly, whether the results lived up to the rather lofty claims being broadcasted to the masses every evening.

Richard Hernandez13 said:Ha, ha... he actually wrote 'Golden Berry,' I didn't even catch that at first. 😁

Anyway, I don't have any strong feelings on the matter, briskmarlin59.

And you, Richard Hernandez13, wrote "Carlito's Way" when what you really meant was Carlito's Way-too-much-laughing-at-his-own-jokes version. 🙂 🙂

In my estimation, the *Aliens* franchise stands as a remarkably solid collection of films when viewed as a whole. To be perfectly candid, the first two installments are nothing short of masterpieces—truly among the finest examples of science fiction ever put to celluloid, especially considering they were produced during that golden era spanning the late seventies and early eighties. However, if I am being honest, the final two entries in the series don't quite hold up to that same standard; they are somewhat lesser works in comparison.

I’ve been hunting for it myself without any luck. Which video rental shop—say, somewhere in New York City—would actually carry it?

No, you're all just talking nonsense.

Pure nonsense, honestly. 🙂

this year we had our volunteers staying over at the local Senior Center (which was completely empty, obviously, 😉), just about 300 yards from the main town square.

so it turns out 😢

I’ve heard two different versions of the story—some say it was fully insured and others swear it wasn't—so in the end, I decided to pass on the whole thing just because of the accommodation uncertainty. Well, I suppose I'll just have to sort that mess out next year. 🙂

Are you absolutely certain that they actually provide guaranteed housing for the volunteers? I have my doubts, to be quite honest...
Anyway, on a completely different note, I was just reflecting on my recent trip and I have to say—it was nothing short of spectacular 🙂

And finally, I find myself wondering—where on earth am I actually supposed to go to pick these up?
Personally, even though I don’t suffer from any specific allergies to aspartame or similar additives, I find myself feeling absolutely wretched all day long after just two sips of Diet Coke.

And whenever I’m dealing with that kind of malaise, accompanied by those ridiculous, uncontrollable bouts of burping, I make it a point to check the label on whatever I just consumed—and what do I find? Good old fashioned phenylalanine.

The solution is simple: I don't touch anything containing artificial sweeteners. Period.
