I just know the mods will totally appreciate the hustle.😁>
Between hitting the gym, trying to live that healthy lifestyle, eating right...
it’d be pretty smart if you guys just tossed those protein powders in the trash.
(According to some recent studies, having way too much protein in your diet actually bumps up the risk for things like cancer, heart attacks, diabetes, and osteoporosis.)
There you go.
Wait, where is this even coming from? Is this some kind of New Year's resolution thing? 🤣
Muscle mass comes from a mix of protein, carbs, and fats combined with training.
The way I see your "new findings" playing out is like this:
Basically, you're saying if I eat too much chicken, turkey, low-fat cottage cheese, or tuna, I'm gonna get cancer.
Okay, look, I'll give you this—nothing is good in extreme excess, I totally agree on that.
So yeah, I'm with you that slamming way too much protein, amino acids, or fats isn't exactly great for you.
And we all know it can wreck your liver; honestly, they teach you that stuff back in elementary school.
But seriously, do you even know what proteins and amino acids actually *are*?
