Oh, really?.....Why don't you come clean, little bird 😁...what exactly is your business in the spiritual realm?

Sun said:What exactly do you want me to reveal? If you are looking for some grand, sweeping conspiracy or a hidden truth tucked away in the shadows, you might find that reality is far less cinematic than you imagine. Are you prepared for the weight of what you're asking? Most people claim they want the truth, but when it's finally laid bare before them, they recoil. They prefer the comfort of their illusions over the cold, hard facts. So, I ask you: are you truly seeking enlightenment, or are you merely chasing a thrill? Specify your inquiry, and we shall see if the answer is worth the pursuit. 🙏 How exactly does one deal with them?

Good grief... how on earth am I supposed to frame this without sounding like a complete degenerate or a villain? It’s a bit of a dilemma, especially since, in my actual day-to-day life, I am a perfectly mild-mannered, decent person—honestly, as gentle as a lamb.
To put it simply—and I say this with all due respect to the situation—I am giving them exactly what they don't need at that particular moment. 😈

Sun said:And what exactly am I supposed to make of these "disturbing messages"? What kind of unsettling nonsense are we talking about here?😲

The sheer volume of messages designed solely to inflate egos is becoming an absolute nuisance. It’s a constant disturbance to my mental peace—a peace that is already incredibly difficult to maintain given the endless swarm of little Devils walking around out there. 😉

Have those devilish creatures finally decided to leave you alone, or am I going to have to step in myself? 🙂

Damned snakes... they've crawled out of their holes and are bombarding me with these unsettling messages. Honestly, though, I've dealt with enough of their kind to know exactly how to get rid of them. 😁

Good grief, I’m actually popular... I’m currently being swarmed by writers, but I'll get through this little phase. 😁

Gaudrath said:Since when have there ever been deadlines in magic? Mind if I ask what branch you actually practice?

Deadlines exist if you're trying to align your work with planetary positions or, at the very least, the lunar cycles.

As for a specific direction? There isn't one... I just do what I feel will work, much like the chaotic practitioners.

Gaudrath said:And as for beautiful women... oh, absolutely! 😁

Don't worry about it.... most of them have an innate instinct to hunt you down once they see you're on the right track. 😉
And usually, it's the ones who don't understand a single thing about what you do.

And what direction are we even heading in here?

Is this some kind of mystical summoning, a bat-themed culinary craze, or perhaps something involving shapeshifters? 😁

swiftcobra15 said:As I have already stated, God has manifested Himself in approximately six billion different instances.
The Devil has done the same. They always move in tandem; you need two to dance the tango.
😁

Mmm... your logic is fundamentally flawed. That would imply there are twelve billion of us, unless you believe both God and the Devil reside within a single human being? But if that were the case, why would we even need a pair? Hmm...

Regardless... please... I am asking for a concrete example rather than this vague, abstract philosophizing.

For instance, when you are working on your little magic spells, have you ever noticed that they never seem to manifest on time, or even within any semblance of a reasonable timeframe?

Let’s be realistic: angels are dangerous beings, just like unicorns and faeries.😉

putnica said:You know those moments when someone attacks or accuses you for absolutely no reason? Those situations where their aggression triggers something in you, and even though you know there’s zero basis for it, everything inside you is just screaming. You have to force yourself to stay composed, be the adult in the room, 😎 and just de-escalate—wait for the storm to pass. That is my biggest struggle: managing that internal explosion.

And let’s face it, those provocations can be incredibly draining. Sometimes they leave you so fed up with everyone that your only desire is to hide away with a box of chocolates and binge on horror movies or gritty noir films.

Perhaps the ultimate solution is to simply stop interacting with people altogether. It wouldn't be surprising if most great thinkers or historical figures spent the vast majority of their lives in solitude.

However, that creates a whole new dilemma: how do you ever reintegrate into society when you've forgotten how to function in the real world?😁

I suspect there might be a similar thread over on the Religion subreddit, though I imagine the pagan perspectives there would be quite different. 😉

Tell me: what interesting form does Satan take when he attempts to lead you astray from your spiritual path?

For instance, just yesterday, he manifested in the form of a brand-new digital satellite receiver. I acquired it perfectly legally for about $110—it was essentially a refurbished unit offered at half price due to a minor technical glitch that had already been fixed, and they even threw in the antenna and installation for free.

It will be a monumental temptation not to turn on the television.

Or consider the recent arrival of an old friend you haven't seen in years, appearing right as you are deep into your spiritual practice; you find yourself reluctantly leaving your meditation to go out and drink in the name of "the good old days," thereby abandoning weeks of disciplined work...

But his most frequent incarnation is that of an attractive woman with a stunning physique, appearing precisely at the moment you are nearing the end of your practice, completely oblivious to the spiritual discipline you are undertaking...

In what guise does Satan appear to you, and do you truly possess the strength to resist such things?

There is certainly nothing wrong with following one's intuition, particularly if it has served you well in the past.

However, I am of the opinion that it is often wiser to simply cut your losses and redirect your focus elsewhere. There are far more profound mysteries in this world truly worthy of our mental energy.

Heaven knows, I much prefer the idea that we’re actually talking about the serpent energy—the Kundalini—which is said to lie dormant within a person, coiled precisely three and a half times. The very act of uncoiling represents a sudden surge of awareness and the awakening of that primal force, which is how one ultimately attains true mastery.

There it is... I know, I know... I spend far too much time reading into these things and drawing my own conclusions...😁

When you're dealing with these kinds of tall tales, you really have to pay attention to the subtle details hidden beneath the surface.

I found myself genuinely intrigued by one specific thing: why on earth do magicians always insist on having their sleeves rolled up?

I conduct my own evening service.

It involves all sorts of eccentric gestures, peculiar attire, reading books that have absolutely nothing to do with reality, and staying far away from society at large.

My thanks.👍

Well... it's quite simple... you want "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly," or are you hunting for some high-brow art film? 😁

Norris said:That is precisely my point, and it is what I have been writing about this entire time, yet you choose to mock me... only to turn around and write the exact same thing?

Mocking you? Well, let’s be honest... everyone interprets things through their own lens.

It seems to me we have been saying the same thing for days. From what I have gathered, your position is that mere desire or faith in a goal is enough to manifest it. My contention, however, remains unchanged: faith or desire alone cannot produce results. Real change only occurs when there is a fundamental shift in one's character, driven by a genuine commitment to the process rather than just a longing for the outcome.

Let me put it this way: you seem to believe that if we simply fixate on the destination, we will eventually arrive. I argue that one must focus entirely on the journey itself. The goal is merely a byproduct of the path taken; therefore, isn't it illogical to obsess over the destination while ignoring the work required to get there?

Alexander Hall said:I suppose my previous point could have been interpreted that way if I hadn't been quite so imprecise in my wording.

Regrettably, that is a personal shortcoming of mine; I have a tendency to take everything people say or write at face value.

Alexander Hall said:Regarding the rest of your advice, it is very well organized.
🙂 Does such a thing reveal a person who has already undergone change, healing, or true awareness?

I have certainly changed, though I am far from healed, and "aware"? Hardly. In fact, I suspect achieving that level of clarity might be nearly impossible within this particular social circle.

All I have managed to observe is the fundamental principle that specific actions inevitably yield specific consequences.

Alexander Hall said:I’m off duty today and soaking up this gorgeous, sunny morning. I hope you get to enjoy it too, Ryan Wilson2. [/B]

I am on the clock, and the harsh glare of the Sun is quite bothersome to my eyes. 😎

Nevertheless, I appreciate the kind sentiment. 😉

Alexander Hall said:The title "What you believe, manifests,"
should really be changed to "Whatever you truly desire, you can achieve."

Based on my own lived experience with these concepts, I can say with absolute certainty that the original premise is flawed—at least from where I'm standing.

You will inevitably attract circumstances and people who are "tuned" to your specific personality. If you change yourself—if you heal, if you gain true self-awareness—your personality will begin to attract different events and people, whether you consciously intend for it to happen or not.

Mere desire alone changes nothing. It is quite like what has been beautifully articulated here:

"With pure will, an unclouded purpose, and freed from the obsession with results, every path is perfect."

Norris said:First of all, I never specified a timeline. Of course this isn't going to happen overnight. It would require years of dedicated labor—months for certain aspects—because the point isn't merely to harbor a thought.

It would certainly be prudent to mention a timeframe alongside such endeavors, simply so people aren't led astray by false expectations.

Norris said:If people could stop foaming at the mouth for a moment, perhaps they might actually contemplate the underlying philosophy. The question remains: why is it that some individuals are thriving, healthy, and pursuing careers they love, while others remain eternal victims, mired in poverty and illness? It leads to the conclusion that God is unjust, because He grants everything to some while leaving others with nothing.

Ultimately, it seems you are merely constructing human mental frameworks to justify the existence of God, because otherwise, His actions become incomprehensible. Perhaps it is all mere coincidence—just as it is a cosmic coincidence that our Sun happens to be located in this specific sector of the galaxy rather than some other region where it would be swallowed by a black hole.

Norris said:But when we reflect on it—what is common to ALL human beings?—we arrive at an answer: everything else can be taken from you, but you alone decide what you believe and how you think. Perhaps that is the TOOL God gave to us all, and whoever learns to wield it will find salvation.

That aligns perfectly with the old adage: every man is the architect of his own fortune.

This implies that God fulfilled His purpose once He provided us with that tool. He provided it, and then He departed. If everyone is truly the architect of their own fortune, then where on earth is this God supposed to be? 😉

Norris said:Essentially, if you go through life believing everything is difficult and people are inherently malicious, that is precisely the reality you will experience. However, if you choose to embrace positive thinking—believing life is smooth and people are good—that becomes your reality. In either scenario, the choice rests entirely with you, and God supports your decision.

Oh, please... give me a break. Am I supposed to just march into Iraq with nothing but "positive vibes" and expect everyone to be wonderful? Please. If I step in to save someone from being mugged, do you honestly think they’re going to thank me for my "beautiful mindset" while they're busy attacking me? It's absurd.

Norris said:Of course, your past experiences may have "taught" you that life is an uphill battle—but at any given moment, you can decide to believe in goodness, love, and so on, thereby fundamentally changing your life for the better.

That is a logical paradox. You cannot simply decide at any whim to believe in the good; if you actually possessed a will and a spirit sufficiently disciplined to achieve that state, you wouldn't even need to make such a conscious decision.

Thoughts are restless; they race, they sprint, they retreat, and they hide, all while taking a heavy toll on one's physical health. It takes years of dedicated work to master them, to gain control over your concentration, and to find peace within both body and mind. Furthermore, it takes years of practice before "good" thoughts become spontaneous rather than being forced upon oneself. If you are merely forcing positive thoughts, you are simply suppressing the negative ones, and those suppressed thoughts will inevitably find their way out of the subconscious—if not as intrusive thoughts, then as physical illness.

What you are suggesting might pass in some superficial weekend spirituality seminar, but it holds no weight in actual practice.
