The Beatles are alright... I'm most into that first EP—you know, that trashy production, just two instruments 🙂, killer vocals.
I just downloaded the album and it didn't really stick with me as fast as the EP did.
The only thing I don't get is all the hype, or how they managed to become so massive after dropping a tiny fifteen-minute EP. But hey, this new NYC scene is definitely a breath of fresh air 🙂

Lately, whenever I get worked up or deal with a bit of stress, I get this weird shaking sensation—my hands start trembling slightly, I feel off, my body feels weak, and my heart starts racing. Sometimes it just hits out of nowhere too; right now, for instance, I’m feeling restless for no real reason, my heart is pounding, and I feel a little weak, though not as much as usual.
What's going on here? Is this a physical issue or is it all in my head?

Exactly... I see not buying original CDs as a lack of respect for the artist—which, legally speaking, it is. It feels greasy to me. I don't want to be cheap about this kind of stuff. If I want certain music, I’m not going to pinch $50 just to save a buck by asking someone to burn a disc for me. There’s zero excitement in that. Nothing beats taking some cash, heading down to a real record store, browsing the aisles, chatting with the staff, grabbing the disc, coming home, and finally playing it—pure bliss. Downloading things from the web? Total waste of time. It's cold, hollow, and there's no effort involved when everything is handed to you on a silver platter with one click. What’s the point? You hit the nail on the head regarding those self-proclaimed "connoisseurs."

Let's break this down.
I love physical CDs more than anything, let's get that straight.

So why am I downloading stuff online?
First: I can't always find what I'm looking for in local shops.
Second: I don't have an unlimited budget to buy every single thing I want. Is that really that hard to grasp?

And why do I burn discs from friends?
Same reasons, plus I'm not an idiot. If I have the chance to burn a high-quality audio CD, why wouldn't I?
If I end up loving an album, I'll make the trip to the store.
Though honestly, I probably won't find it there anyway. 🙂

As for that "greasy" feeling or the idea that I'm robbing my favorite band—that's complete nonsense.

The reality is I actually *have* to be careful with my spending here—I can't dump every cent I earn into music.
Look, I love music dearly 🙂 and that's why I make do. Just like most people.

Don't get me wrong, I still have my rituals of hitting up the record store and buying discs. It's just that I can only afford to do that maybe once a month.
