Saw VI: Thoughts? in Movies ·
Saw VI was actually incredible, I’m seriously counting down the days until the next one...🙂

I see this thread is basically an investment discussion, so maybe someone can point me in the right direction since I don't know the first thing about this stuff... where should I put $4,000 or $5,000? Is that actually a decent amount to start with, or is it just peanuts?🙂
Best movies of 2010? in Movies ·
With a cast that stacked, there's no way this isn't going to be a massive hit... It’s basically a given at this point, especially with The Avengers leading the charge.

Anthony Smith3 said:Well, it really depends on how you look at it. If you compare him to his rival, Seagal, Van Damme actually made significantly fewer movies over the last nine years, but the quality was way higher. For instance, "Replicant" was actually a pretty solid B-movie for direct-to-video... both in terms of production and acting (playing the villain and a clone with the mindset of a ten-year-old is definitely a tough ask for an action star). I’d especially highlight "In Hell," a prison drama where Van Damme was outstanding, and the action—especially the fights—was kept in the background. Then there’s "Wake of Death," which, despite being a B-movie, is a dark and violent flick that feels like a cool HK-style production. And I have to mention "Until Death," where, if you ask me, Van Damme gave the best performance of his entire career until he reached the level of JCVD...
So... I'm just going back through all these headlines again...👍

P.S. Universal Soldier : Regeneration is just plain bad...😁Well, if anyone actually enjoys this stuff, be my guest... hehe👍😁

Yeah, it finally dropped, but honestly? It’s a total joke of a version...

Every single time I took a sip of a drink, that sensation would flare up again, though eventually, it just sort of subsided on its own.
I guess I’m just wondering if anyone here has dealt with something similar, or if anyone might have a clue what's actually going on.
Thanks in advance.😉

well, I guess this is exactly what we're talking about here...

I just really hope this isn't anything dangerous...

It was about time he finally got back in front of a camera for something new...🙂

Wait, hold on, is he actually filming some biopic now? It's called JCVD, right?

I suspect it’s a lung issue.

It works for me too, breathing slow, because if I try to take a huge gulp of air, the pain just hits way harder...

It happens when a chest muscle gets pinched between two ribs, creating that exact sensation...
I've never heard of it being heart pain...😉

How exactly does a muscle get pinched between ribs? To me, it makes way more sense that it's a nerve, just like what the other guy was saying.

Wait, did Van Damme die at the end of the first movie? I honestly can't remember...🙂>

Well, this is just great...🙄He always thinks he’s on the left side...🙂

I don't get it... based on the trailer, how is van Damme coming back to life if he was already alive at the end of the second movie? Or did he die and I just don't remember...🤔

I honestly thought I was having a mild heart attack when that pain hit me.

Is that actually dangerous?
Aches and pains everywhere... in Health ·
Alright, I’ll try to be as specific as possible, though even I’m not entirely sure how to describe this...

So, for a few years now—maybe three times a year or so—I get this sharp, stabbing sensation right in my chest area. It's on my right side, roughly where my heart would be, and out of nowhere, it just starts poking at me. I have to stay completely still and calm until it passes, but honestly, I can't tell if it's actually my heart or just some muscle strain in my chest. It hurts, but it's manageable; the thing is, if I try to take a deep breath while it's happening, the stinging gets way worse, and the same goes for if I try to lift my left arm. This happens maybe 3 or 4 times a year, and each episode lasts anywhere from one to three minutes, but I'm just stuck wondering if it's muscular or cardiac... I really need to ask my doctor about it, but has anyone else dealt with anything similar?🙂
