Most of the time, I actually feel quite comfortable in the crisp cold. Honestly, half of what you wrote sounds completely foreign to me. On the flip side, summer practically kills me... I've actually ended up in the ER more than once during the hotter months. I can't stand intense sunlight, I can't handle the heat, and the humidity? Don't even get me started. My only lifeline is air conditioning and staying glued to an AC unit. Stepping outside is pure agony. So, there you have it... see how it goes. I haven't found a solution yet, other than moving somewhere where the temperature never climbs above 68 degrees.
Good grief, I am your complete opposite. My dream would be to just migrate somewhere near the Equator every single winter... 😁
Alright, does anyone actually have some sensible advice to offer? For instance, how some people—and yes, they definitely exist—decide to head out at night half-naked... if they were feeling as freezing as I am, it wouldn't even cross their minds, because they’d realize pretty quickly that they were about to die of hypothermia.

Great, I don't drink wine anyway, but I'm constantly sipping on seltzer...😁 And why exactly is that considered bad? 😁 What am I supposed to switch to instead of hard seltzers? That stuff is way too expensive... 🙄
A friend of my sister’s is heading to an autogenic training session, and apparently, they told her that people who constantly have ice-cold hands or feet are just overthinkers 😳 🙄
So what am I supposed to do now—just stop thinking? 😕 😁 It’s physically impossible... I basically have a movie projector running in my head 24/7 😁
Meanwhile, the number one album was: unknown :nelose:
Looking back at birthdays on January 28th: 1927 - Ronnie Scott—that jazz legend who owned those iconic New York and Chicago jazz clubs (RIP) 1968 - Sarah McLachlan 1968 - DJ Muggs—real name Lawrence Muggerud; the producer behind Cypress Hill 1977 - Joseph Fatone from *NSYNC 😱 1980 - Nickolas Carter from the Backstreet Boys 😱 -> same day, same year... 😱 😁

Just take some Advil—it helps with circulation. (The high-milligram kind...)
I used to pop Advil all the time, though I've cut back lately... I try not to overdo the pills, especially Advil since it really wreaks havoc on your stomach.

Look, the reality is that your circulation isn't going to change... if it's poor, it's just poor. There really isn't a fix. The only thing that happens is that occasionally—when you're working out, or having sex, or 😁 dancing, or whatever else—it might temporarily kick into gear... but then it fades, and once the "poor circulation" settles back in, everything goes right back to how it was before.

I actually managed to fix my poor circulation through breathing exercises... much like most other minor nonsense I deal with... 😁
You claim you're "active," yet you spend your time doing nothing but tedious breathing exercises😁 I ended up quitting yoga after two months because it was just too monotonous and boring. My laziness finally caught up with me... 😁

Poor circulation is a real pain in the ass for me too...
Whenever I’m actually sticking to a regular workout routine, things seem to improve—but the second I let my training slip for even a few days, I'm right back where I started.
My feet are perpetually freezing; honestly, nothing ever feels warm enough...😬
I fully intend to "force" myself into some sort of athletic activity—mostly just so my spine doesn't give out from all this stiffness—but that probably won't happen until after the New Year 😁
Is there any way to finally put an end to the reality that, year after year, I find it increasingly impossible to endure the winter season, the freezing temperatures, and everything else that comes with it? The truth is - I've dealt with poor circulation my entire life... - Back when I was a kid, I used to actually faint because I'd get so cold while playing outside. - Playing in the snow was always more of a dream than a reality—mostly because my fingers would throb with pain afterward. - Wearing gloves only helps about 20% of the time... - Even when I bundle up in layers upon layers of clothing, I’m still shivering. - My head feels like it’s just going to "fall off" in the cold—honestly, why do some people seem perfectly fine without even needing a hat? 😕 - Maybe I'm underweight—I think I'm around 105 pounds right now—but it's not like I've lost weight or anything... in fact, I've actually gained a little bit lately. - I have asthma, and when I was a child, my mom would practically bake me in my room at 95-105°F just to make sure I didn't catch anything since I was "so sensitive."🙄 - I don't really do much physical activity, and my job is strictly sedentary. And so on. What are your thoughts?
Bands that emerged during the 80s always seemed to be teetering on the edge of becoming total commercial trash... Luckily, The Beatles managed to stay cool 😎
My take is that Diesel offers an incredibly wide spectrum of cuts, sizing, and even lengths. I’ve personally never owned any Diesel pieces—they do cost a pretty penny, after all—but my sister mentioned they are exceptionally high quality... she also noted that once you actually find your size, you can pick the specific length you need, which means you don't have to deal with the hassle of getting them tailored.
(Now I just find myself hoping everything I've said here is actually true 😁)
By the way, there’s a Diesel boutique over in the Upper East Side that carries some of their older collections... you can find those jeans there for about half the usual price.🙂
