Personally, I wouldn't want to gamble on whether that time machine actually works...😳

Maybe try buying a time machine—then you might actually get somewhere...👋

Honestly, it’s probably for the best that they moved it. 😁

Well, look at all this negativity—just pure gloom and doom!
He had one mishap once, but considering how many shows they've played and just how much pyrotechnics they've "burned through" over the years...
Leg and foot cramps: Any advice? in Health ·
So, I’ve been taking magnesium for just under a week now, and yesterday during my yoga session, I actually managed to drop into a kneeling position—well, sitting back on my heels—without any issues at all.
Granted, there was a bit of initial cramping at first, but that subsided pretty quickly... 🙂

I’m just crossing my fingers that things stay this way.

I thought that film was absolutely superb.
It’s visually stunning—truly a feast for the eyes.
And Jodie... well, she's predictably captivating, almost to an overwhelming degree. 🙂

silentowl43 said:...she told me it could be caused by asthma or breathing issues—basically, if I had any kind of allergic reaction to something growing nearby...😕 I don't know, it sounds a bit strange to me, but... well, that's what she said.

😕 This is the first time I'm hearing this theory, though it actually makes sense given my situation—I deal with asthma, chronic breathing issues, and I'm pretty much allergic to everything under the sun.

Kevin White5 said:Just how intense are these cramps of yours?
And what’s the actual range of motion when they hit?
How long have you been dealing with this, exactly?

Also, have you actually checked if your footwear is the culprit?
Is it the material of your shoes—or maybe your pants?

Does the sensation linger indefinitely, or does it eventually subside?

Good grief, I'm starting to bore myself with all these questions...

Anyway, hugs
(though perhaps a handsome massage therapist would be the best solution for this... hehe😉

The cramping in my feet—specifically around the toes—is quite intense if I stay in a certain position that triggers it (like that wobbling movement during yoga I mentioned earlier).
As for my shoes, they're mostly comfortable; I haven't worn pointed heels or anything like that in ages.
Regarding my clothes, my jeans are tight, obviously, but I generally prefer my other pants to be loose and comfortable.
By the way, my circulation in my legs is pretty poor to begin with.
Does it last constantly? Well, a cramp might pop up every other day or so.

Was it šumeći, Natural Wealth, or perhaps something else entirely...
How much are we talking per day—and what's the actual routine...

We really need to get out and party more... 😁 😁 😁
Besides, I heard someone mention increasing magnesium intake might help reduce those cramps—though I can't say I'm entirely sure how reliable that advice actually is...

You're clearly just making things up at this point just to trick me into going out... 😬

I've heard about the magnesium thing as well, but has anyone here actually found it effective?

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I’m dealing with constant cramping in my feet—it doesn't matter what I'm doing, really. It hits me while walking, changing clothes, working out, you name it...
I recently decided to take up yoga, but the moment I have to kneel—or rather, sit back on my heels—the cramps kick in immediately and 😱

Not to mention those "fiery awakenings" in the middle of the night when a cramp decides to seize my calves... 😠

Any help would be appreciated. 😢

Well—you could always just toss a little sugar in there, couldn't you? 😁
By the way, personally, I find espresso a hundred times more disgusting and bitter; I can't stand the stuff.

And I don't drink it with milk either—truth be told, I can't even stand milk. 😁

Lisa Wilson49 said:I’m really hoping, boldeagle3, that this was meant as a compliment to Lenny...

Look, let's not go too hard on Metallica—they are absolute giants in their own right, arguably even bigger than Lenny in terms of sheer scale. The only real difference is that their niche is a bit more specific, and I doubt they're actually any less "radio-friendly" to the masses than he is.

To me, this sounds more like a nod to Lenny's legendary career over the years.
As for this recent stuff? It just doesn't click for me... I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around it.
The same goes for Metallica, if you ask me.
Regardless, I'd still love to catch both Lenny and Metallica live, no matter what...

Honestly, I’ll just hand you the Best of collection to listen to—and for heaven's sake, memorize every single track—before the show starts. That way, when he inevitably begins playing all those new songs, you might actually be able to stomach whatever it is he’s "doing" these days.

As for what is actually going on with this guy and his latest "artistic direction" (have you seen the new music video?)... I'm still completely lost myself...
OK. 🙂
