The exact same thing happened to me last month. It’s the first time in four years I actually missed a pill and forgot I’d taken it. But honestly, how do you even not realize you skipped one? Aren't they clearly marked by the week? I missed one during the second week and just kept taking the rest until the pack was empty. We were using condoms anyway, so no big deal. I took my usual seven-day break and started the next pack right on schedule. Maybe I should have skipped the break entirely, but whatever. That’s what I did.
If anyone actually wants the recipe, here’s the basic version:
5 kg sugar 5 L water 50 elderberry blossoms 100 g citric acid
But this is how I did it:
12.5 L water 12 kg sugar 200 g citric acid 0.5 kg lemons 1 kg oranges About 200 elderberry blossoms
The process: - Poured water over the blossoms, added the acid, lemon slices, and orange slices. Let it sit for 24 hours. - Strained it, added the sugar, and let it sit for another 24 hours, stirring occasionally (kept it in a dark spot covered with a cloth). - Finally, canned two batches and poured them into glass bottles. Store in a dark place.
p.s. It's only been sitting with the sugar for about 2 hours, but the flavor is already great. Hoping it tastes even better tomorrow when I finally bottle it.

I already finished one big batch, and honestly—I’m getting ready to head back out and pick more today. I’ve been counting down the days all year just waiting for them to finally bloom.
Can you share the recipe you use for elderberry juice? I made a test batch last year and it was great, but I lost the recipe, so now I'm back to square one.
Planning on making some today, so if you could drop the recipe, that would be awesome.

If you don't specify what that "unlucky" payment is actually for—like a specific month or year—they can just categorize it however they want on their end, and from an accounting standpoint, it’s perfectly legitimate.
But we set up the installment plan specifically because the banker advised us to—to avoid exactly this kind of mess. Honestly, it doesn't matter. This bank has plenty of other issues too.
Take their little "one-year loan" deal, for example. You aren't required to make monthly payments; you just have to pay the full amount by the end of the year. Then, if your paycheck hits your account a day late one month, they suddenly decide your "loan" is canceled and demand you come in to renegotiate the entire payout immediately.
Here’s my experience from today. rapidcobra72 and I took out an auto loan through Hypo for four years. Right at the start, we paid one installment ahead of schedule—basically extra money sitting there for no reason.
We have seven installments left until it's paid off. Since our paycheck is running late this month, and we always pay on the very last day of the month, rapidcobra72 went down to the bank to ask if it would be alright to settle the payment in about 5 to 10 days. He got a "lovely" response: sure, no problem, but they'll charge us late fees for that "delay." rapidcobra72 tried explaining that it isn't actually a delay since we already have one extra payment on file. We even received a statement for last year a few days ago showing that extra installment, but the teller wouldn't hear a word of it.
Eventually, her colleague from the next window stepped over to take a look, and he admitted he didn't see the issue and that we were right. But she immediately jumped back in, noting that we’d still be late on the payment, and told us she was giving us a deadline of April 10th—if we don't pay by then, interest starts accruing. I have to wonder: how does she even have the authority to decide that? She's just a regular teller. I can't wait to finish these last seven payments and say goodbye to Hypo.
I’ve been on Trinovum for four years now. Before this, I was stuck with Yasmin and the side effects were brutal—blood pressure hitting 160/105, headaches that felt like a sledgehammer, weight gain... you name it. My doctor wouldn't budge on switching my prescription, so I decided to switch doctors instead. My current OBGYN actually ran the tests and put me on Trinovum. I gained about 10 pounds in the first couple of months, but that was it. No other side effects, no issues whatsoever.
Andrew Wright74 said:So, they rolled out this new way to log into Online banking. Now, you put in your old login and password, some new info pops up, and then—on that same page—it asks you to log back in. If you happen to miss copying down those new details, you’re basically stuck. Because once you try to type them in to get back in, this stupid system forces you into a password change screen that (get this!) demands you enter your current password AND a new one...
Now, say you didn't write down that password you just got. You can't finish the process, so obviously, you try starting over from scratch, hoping the new login and password will pop up again. But nope... it won't show the new password anymore. Instead, it just says the password has already been changed and won't display it ever again!!!
Wait, how the heck was it changed if I couldn't even finish the steps and canceled the whole thing?!?
I call the bank, explain the mess, and they tell me to just come into a local branch... Like, seriously? This is clearly a bug in your software. Just reset my password so I can start over! But no, they can't do it. They tell me to send an email and they'll "see what they can do." So I send the email, call them back, and get the exact same runaround. I even asked to speak to the Chief Information Officer at JPMorgan Chase, but they claimed they couldn't give me that info. I actually threatened to take them to the press since a CIO's name is public info, and only then did they finally give it to me. Honestly, the whole thing is just pathetic and super messy!
And how is that being rude? It’s clearly stated in your contract: if you lose your password or security token, you have to show up at a local branch. Honestly, it’s on you for not writing down the password. How were you planning on changing it if you couldn't even remember it in the first place? Everywhere else, you have to enter the old password before setting a new one. Why would it be any different here?
Quick question about making a transfer to someone else's checking account at a different bank: Is the format basically bank routing number followed by the recipient's account number? And should I leave the model and reference number fields blank? I'm hoping I set this up right and don't lose my $333. This was my first time sending money directly to someone's personal account here in the States.🤷 If anyone actually knows how this works, let me know.

Hmm. It worked for me last night right after I gave you the answer, but this morning it’s a whole different story. Now it’s asking me for my old username and password again—specifically the one with the letters 🤷
Edward Barrett58 said:I’m running into a bit of a snag. I was trying to set up my online banking for the first time, but I can't seem to get past the login screen. Every time I try to enter my username and password, the system only recognizes numbers and completely ignores any letters I type. My keyboard seems to be working fine otherwise, I'm using Internet Explorer 7, and I've already made sure my cookies are enabled.😢
Look next to the login area for "New Login Credentials." Click that, enter your old info, and you'll get a new username and password that are strictly numeric. Basically, your username will be your birthdate plus a few extra digits, and the password will just be numbers. You can always change it to whatever you want once you're actually logged in.

It’s really not a big deal. I know a married woman who was trying to conceive, and after two failed attempts, she looks at me all worried and goes, "How am I supposed to get pregnant if 'it' all just leaks out?" 😂😂😂😂
My advice? Lay on your head right after sex to help everything stay put.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
