I’ve been using Camtasia myself, but I hit a massive wall whenever I try to record gameplay. My computer starts chugging hard, the game itself lags out, and the final video looks absolutely terrible.👎

Does anyone know of a program that can handle high-quality recording without absolutely murdering my CPU and RAM?😳 😳

Thanks in advance!

I actually went in for a contact lens exam last month at the Bilić Vision clinic over on Cass Avenue. Dr. Grgić took care of me, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the new lenses, the service, or the whole exam process. The exam cost me $133, but it was totally worth it because my high myopia required a specialized retinal scan. I think a standard exam for just glasses usually runs about $33. The staff there were super friendly, and they have a great website at

I agree that this is meant to be a place for fun, but sometimes it gives off this vibe like you're stuck in some strict boarding school—it’s actually a little intimidating. And honestly? I'm a bit of a scaredy-cat.🙂
And why does everything always have to be an obstacle course? Why can't we just look past all the nonsense we see—all the bad decisions people have made—and actually try to fix things? You know, for the sake of the individual, or even just for the greater good of everyone involved.
They wouldn't take even a single step toward making the world a better place—not if their lives depended on it.

Not even close,🙂 😁not tired at all.

Look, helping people is great... but if you can see it's just not working... why kill yourself over it?😎

A strict school? Please—rules exist everywhere.

I’m not saying you should go overboard with everything, but I mean when someone is clearly and intentionally trying to stir up trouble—just plain old drama... it’s really not worth getting worked up over that nonsense.

I’ve read through everything 🙂

Look, I’ve been hanging around this site for a while now 🙄

Obviously, you’re going to find both the good and the bad, but that’s just how life works... except here, everyone has an open line to everyone else...

You can't really see someone's true emotions through a post, no matter how many emojis they throw in there. It leads to those awkward moments where someone gets offended because they think they're being attacked, when really, they just missed the irony...

Think of this as your primary spot for kicking back—it's meant for downtime, not a classroom setting...

So just have fun and enjoy yourself. If you stumble onto something great, celebrate it. If something sucks, just brush it off and move on...
Taxol experiences in Health ·
My mom is about to start Taxol therapy. I’m trying to get a better idea of how the treatment is actually administered and what the recovery process looks like—specifically regarding things like nausea or pain levels.

Thanks in advance for any insight!

Bilirubin levels in Health ·
Let me share a little bit of what I know about this...
bilirubin 1 and bilirubin 2 are actually bile pigments. Bilirubin is produced in the liver, the spleen, and the bone marrow. From there, the liver excretes it as a bile pigment along with other components of bile. Several things can cause your bilirubin levels to spike, such as fasting, intense physical exertion, exhaustion, infections, alcohol consumption, or certain medications. It can also be caused by a hereditary condition known as Gilbert syndrome. Honestly, the best move is to sit down with your doctor and get a specific list of medications you should probably avoid.

I hope this helps someone out...🙂

I fixed it 🙂 should be good now...🤔
High cholesterol levels - any advice? in Health ·

Schmorlov's hernia in Health ·
Hi everyone!
I’d really appreciate some insight on my situation.
A few days ago, I felt a twinge in my lower back while jumping into a pool. I went to see a doctor, and after getting an X-ray, it turns out I have a minor Schmorl's lesion on the upper endplate of my L-3 vertebra.
Since I play basketball pretty intensely, I'm wondering what you all think—is this going to seriously limit my ability to stay active on the court?
Also, does anyone have recommendations on how to manage or recover from this kind of injury moving forward?
Thanks in advance!

A while back, I noticed that when I was looking at a PDF version of the forum, there was a list at the bottom of every thread showing which users were currently viewing that specific PDF.

So, I'm wondering if there's any way to get that feature back? It felt like a built-in setting for the forum software—maybe you guys updated the site's layout and accidentally disabled it? Is there any chance we can restore it?😁

Thanks! 🙂

but this isn't running on phpBB...😎

Well, she wasn't really into the idea before, but lately, she's actually started thinking about it.
As far as my size goes, I haven't noticed her complaining at all.
I mean, maybe I’d personally like to bulk it up a little just for the hell of it, but it’s honestly not a big deal to me—I’m perfectly happy with what I’ve got, and so is she.🙂
How often should I be washing my hair? in Health ·
nimblepanther23 said:I don't think washing your hair every single day actually makes it greasier. Personally, I wash mine daily and it doesn't feel overly oily at all..
In fact, whenever I tried using those specific shampoos meant for oily hair, my scalp just ended up producing even more oil. Now I stick to shampoos for normal hair and everything works fine for me.

But how long does it even take for your hair to get greasy in the first place?☕

Washing your hair every day can actually trigger your sebaceous glands to go into overdrive,
meaning the more often you wash, the faster it gets oily.
The same thing happens with harsh shampoos; if you're dealing with an oily scalp, those aggressive formulas are usually not the way to go.
In those cases, it's better to use shampoos that are stripped down—nothing fancy with extra shine, softness, or volume additives.
