I’m looking for some solid rehab exercises to help with my hips and knees—they’ve been acting up ever since I broke them about four years ago. I’m also curious about whether electrical stimulation or magnetic therapy actually does anything? On top of that, my back is driving me absolutely insane; it hurts so much I could lose it, and honestly, even the doctors can't pin down why. I definitely need some neck exercises too, given that old C7 fracture. And if I get lucky... maybe even some massage therapy? Fingers crossed! Since this is all covered by my insurance, hopefully, I can get the full works. Thanks a million! Much appreciated!👋

From what I’ve seen, a huge chunk of people don't end up feeling much better even after they go through with the surgery.
Going for a bike ride but just super slow just enough to keep things moving so the knees stay active without taking too much strain
Besides Palm Springs, where else can I go for rehab? Are there any other good centers out there (maybe Scottsdale or Asheville?) Which ones are actually worth it when it comes to the quality of care and having a solid medical staff on hand? Please, I really need some advice... I'm dealing with some major health issues right now and the pain is just constant. If anyone has gone through something similar or has recommendations, please reach out. Thanks! :W
If you're still hanging out on this forum, I'd love to get your take on an article I just stumbled upon online. Looking back at some of the older posts here, it seems like people are pretty horrified by the idea of using asbestos cement pipes in water supply systems... but from what I can gather, it looks like about 60% of all drinking water installations actually use these types of pipes.
I jumped on here about half an hour ago, but I really wanted to take a moment to wish a very happy 50th birthday to the American general and hero, Ante Gotovina! 🙂
I’ve been messing around with Windows Movie Maker lately. I transferred a movie from my camera over to my PC and everything looks fantastic—the quality is top-notch. But the second I try to burn it as a video DVD, the software converts it and I lose all that clarity. Once I play the actual burned disc, the quality is just pathetic. Does anyone have any clue what’s causing this, or can anyone recommend some software that won't tank the quality when moving footage from a camera to a DVD?

The soundtrack was actually composed by Clint Mansell
You might find this funny, but I honestly don't see the joke.
Whenever it’s freezing outside and I step back into a heated room, the sudden temperature jump makes me feel like I'm catching a fever, and my skin turns bright red instantly.
Does anyone else deal with this? If you do, I’d love to hear how you handle it.🙂
Zyprexa is an antipsychotic medication typically prescribed for various types of psychosis, schizophrenia, and depression. At lower doses, it can also act as a sedative—sort of like taking a few mild tranquilizers without necessarily making you feel completely wiped out or drowsy. It’s usually not the first line of defense for depression, but it definitely provides some support.
Also, honestly, I don't think 15 months is nearly enough time to even consider tapering off an antidepressant. Here's why: once you finally start feeling like yourself again, you HAVE to keep up the treatment to maintain that period of remission. It's absolutely vital if you want to prevent those depressive symptoms from crashing back down on you. It's much better to stay on the medication longer than to mess around and end up in a bad spot later on.😉
Hey everyone, I'm checking in. Joining the conversation. 😢 Headaches, numbness, trouble sleeping, nausea... honestly, I have zero motivation, my blood pressure is low, and my focus is completely shot. I've found that coffee helps just enough to get me upright, so maybe give it a shot—it might actually work for you too. 😉
I also wanted to ask a quick question; when I traveled out to the coast, my period was about a week late—probably due to the change in weather/climate. Now, it's running about five days late again (and since I haven't been sexually active, there's no reason to worry about pregnancy). Is it actually possible for weather changes to mess with my cycle like this?
I’ve dealt with those exact same issues myself. It’s true that getting out into nature can really help ease symptoms when the weather starts shifting. But I actually have something else to share. If anyone is interested, I’m happy to send over some more details. It’s about this new wellness product that is entirely plant-based. Look, I’m not trying to be a salesperson or anything like that. I just genuinely want to help because I know exactly what you're going through. I was in the same boat. Since this product truly helped me feel like a new person, I wanted to pass it along to anyone who takes this seriously—if you're actually looking to get your health back on track, I'm here for you.
You can grab all the info right here or shoot me an email dajmi@net.hr kinotakaracroatia@net.hr or just call me at 555-019-8233 Reach out, you won't regret it.
This is great. If you're interested, I can send over some more details about this wellness product that just hit the market here in the States—it's specifically designed for detoxing. I've been using it myself and honestly, I feel like a new person. Just to be clear, I’m not a distributor or anything; a friend of mine works with it, and I decided to give it a shot on his recommendation. It was totally worth it.
