I've been taking Celest for a few months now and haven't noticed any side effects. However, I'm stuck on one thing: the instructions mention that having a period doesn't necessarily mean you aren't pregnant. So, how can I actually be sure if the pills are working or not?
Honey, if I didn't have this retake exam hanging over my head, I'd be at the Maidene show in a heartbeat, but... man, life just gets messy sometimes (and honestly, sometimes you just gotta shave off the bullshit).... As for Therion, I already told you what I thought via text, 😉 because I really don't want to clutter up this thread with blue-haired nonsense🙂 🤮
What kind of edema are we talking about? Does it go down if you keep your legs elevated?
How long has this been going on, and can you link it to anything specific?
If it were a heart issue (like heart failure), you’d probably be dealing with other symptoms too, like fatigue or getting winded easily during exertion...
Maybe some kind of metabolic imbalance?
Or is it just simple idiopathic static edema? You mentioned you aren't moving around much lately, so that might be the culprit.
Whatever the case may be, go see a doctor—it’s not like they're going to bite you 😁. Just a few basic tests should be enough to start with. 😉
This is something I’ve been wrestling with for a long time. I think the answer is both yes and no.
If you're looking strictly at the statistics, then sure, it counts. But if we're diving deep into psychology—specifically Analytical Psychology—it doesn't quite qualify as a pure science. As far as I know, things like dreams and visions haven't gained official scientific recognition yet.
It’s strange, though, considering how much they actually contribute to mental health.
Carl Jung was almost like a shaman—blending medicine, psychology, mythology, and even extrasensory stuff... but I won't go there.
One thing I am curious about, though, is psychological testing. There is no way these tests can be 100% accurate; honestly, they aren't even 70% reliable because a human being isn't a machine where you can just plug in specific measurements and parameters. So, should we even trust these tests or base any kind of statistical data on them?
In math, 2+2 always equals 4. If you tried to apply that same logic to psychology, 2+2 could be 3, or 10, or 9, or 7.8, or 10,000... anything goes.
Come on, let's get a real discussion going. Give me some explanations.
👍
Based on what Bradley Fisher20 is saying, Carl Jung would never have been considered a psychologist in the modern sense. Psychology is defined as a science, "unlike theology," whereas Carl Jung inextricably linked psychology to the human Soul, the Spirit, and our inherent need or dependency on the Divine—essentially religion.

And then BAM, total chaos and a wild ride through all the different sessions??😁 😁 👍 sorry, I just couldn't resist replying to this... honestly, I know a lot of people think all of this is perfectly fine, but if we're acting like chewing gum builds up "toxins" in your brain, then we might as well carry gas masks everywhere we go or stay indoors when the summer sun hits... that's how I see it. No need to freak out too much. Everything is fine in moderation. You can't eat an entire bag of candy and expect not to get sick or deal with whatever fallout comes your way... come on, people. 🙂
Isn't this movie just incredible? Most people have never even heard of it, and if I try to explain the plot, they think I've completely lost my mind—but hey, whatever, it's their loss. It's such a shame the haters didn't give it a chance back when there was a B. Wilder marathon on. They clearly don't have a clue.
If a girl explicitly asks for a female gynecologist, I honestly don't get why anyone would make a snide comment about it. Especially if it’s coming from another woman. But seriously, it makes no sense to me. 👎 👎
- Greta Garbo: Ninočka, Anna Karenina, Queen Christina, Lady with the Camellias, What Makes a Woman Run... - Clark Gable—do I even need to go there? - Vivien Leigh... - Humphrey Bogart..... - Gregory Peck..... - John Wayne - Maureen O'Hara - Audrey Hepburn - Grace Kelly - James Dean - B.B. - Elizabeth Taylor - Paul Newman - Ava Gardner - Ava Gardner - Jack Lemmon - Natalie Wood . . . . Or maybe some epic historical spectacles: Ben-Hur, Cleopatra, Moses, Quo Vadis, Rome, Alhambra... Or perhaps something adapted from the plays of Ernest Hemingway or Tennessee Williams... . . . ............................... What else am I missing? 😲 😁 🙂

If you can have sex, you can get undressed in front of a doctor—it’s not about shame, it’s about health. Health matters more than embarrassment, right? If you're looking for a female gynecologist, go ahead, you "polite little vixens."
This isn't actually about whether someone is a "polite little vixen," it's about having basic class. First off, nobody should be addressing me with that kind of language, especially not a gynecologist from whom you'd expect at least a baseline level of professionalism. I am a human being, not some livestock ready for breeding, and I don't "fuck"—I engage in sexual intercourse. That's point number one.
Second, if my dentist can just leave me lying there while they work on a filling, I expect the same level of professional detachment from a gynecologist, regardless of whether they are male or female. The way certain gynecologists (and I mean *certain* ones, not all!) treat their patients is absolutely disgraceful. If that ever happened to me, I’d grab my things and head straight to the hospital administrator's office immediately, even if everyone thought I was being dramatic.
Thankfully, we live in an era where there are plenty of other doctors to choose from. I shouldn't be forced to seek treatment from some primitive, uneducated hillbilly.
What a pathetic display from a "lady." And all because someone prefers a female doctor over a male one? It’s hypocrites like you who make this whole country look xenophobic. Just drop dead, you idiot—you're the reason we can't seem to join the rest of the developed world.
