I am going to take this directly to Nico and ask if Linda Moore51 and I are actually clones. If it turns out we are, then fine, I’ll take a permanent ban. But if we aren't, you are going to go into every single thread in the Alternative section and write an apology post for making that claim.

I'm all for it.
Ethan Brooks59 said:You’re going to shut down your clones and stop harassing both him and me, and you’re going to quit posting things that don't hold any water under actual scrutiny.
Does that sound fair?

Look, Brenda, you're overreaching here, because that’s just not going to happen, seeing as he doesn't even know how to construct a logical argument to begin with. His idea of "evidence" is just dropping links to random YouTube videos or some obscure corner of the internet, so there is no way that plan is going to fly.
The simple truth is, it's impossible because he lacks the ability.
And honestly, I'm surprised you haven't been put on an ignore list yourself yet.😁

I had almost completely forgotten about this thread, so let me just give a quick response to Brenda Gonzalez12.
I know exactly what Linda Moore51 is getting at because I have an incredible memory, and it’s precisely because of that that I can see the glaringly obvious connections between her writing style and yours... or is it just yours?
...

Elizabeth, the real issue here is that you simply don't grasp or understand what people are actually saying to you. That's your fundamental problem.

If you look at how things are currently playing out on the PDF alternative forums, it's blatantly obvious that everything is moving along quite smoothly even without heavy-handed moderation. In fact, by permanently banning Rory, things have finally settled down, which serves as a very clear indicator of who was actually responsible for all the chaos.

Here is yet another tragicomic post from a guy who clearly loves writing in technicolor. It honestly crossed my mind that maybe Elizabeth Jackson truly doesn't grasp what people are actually saying to him.
Personally, I couldn't care less about how someone chooses to eat, what their personal philosophy is, or whether they believe in pseudoscience or not, but it is absolutely wrong to write about medical recoveries and then use obscure websites, YouTube videos, and other absolute garbage as "proof."
And here we have Elizabeth Jackson advising people on exactly what and how they should eat to cure themselves of tumors. I’ve already linked his post where he recommends consuming about ten different types of raw seeds as a way to achieve cancer treatment in just a few months.
Furthermore, Elizabeth Jackson links to total nonsense that even elementary schoolers know isn't true. For instance, he links to and writes posts claiming that carrot juice is virtually identical to human blood at a molecular level.
I’m sorry, but to make a claim like that, you have to be either incredibly dim-witted or you simply live your life by linking to such trash.
These are just a few examples that illustrate the exact same pattern of behavior.
Whenever he is called out on this and cornered to the point where he can't refute such idiocy, he’ll just claim he's being persecuted. That’s exactly what Elizabeth Jackson did for a while when he wrote that biljka112 was persecuting him, which is obviously a lie.
Anyone who points out his mistakes is "persecuting" him. And if that tactic fails, Elizabeth Jackson just puts you on his ignore list, which only serves to prove how little actual argument he has to defend what he writes or links to.

I am not providing medical advice, I have never claimed to do so, and I can prove that easily enough.

So how exactly would you characterize this:
Quote : Abraham Lincoln said:...

Apple seeds and cancer. What are they hiding from us?
Laetrile (which some people also call vitamin B17) is an ingredient found in the pits of apples, apricots, peaches, plums, and similar fruits.
According to certain studies, eating about 10 raw seeds a day could lead to someone being cured of cancer within a few months. 😉

This is nothing more than straight-up leading people toward complete nonsense. There isn't a single link to any actual research cited anywhere, but if you take a decent look at the site, it becomes obvious that there are "plenty" of advertisements for "alternative products"😁.
To me, it’s incredibly telling when people link to sites where, alongside these "magical tips" for cancer treatment, you find constant ads for "miracle products."

I honestly think you need to sit down and get your own head straight first, Elizabeth Jackson. You really need to decide where you stand on this and figure out what’s actually acceptable and what isn't. Even the moderator... No worries at all! Look, you’re more than welcome to jump into the discussions and debate whatever you like—as long as we’re all playing by the house rules of the forum and its sub-sections, of course! If you’ve got an itch to argue, go right ahead and do it just like any other regular here, following the same guidelines everyone else does. Otherwise, we’re going to end up in that ridiculous situation where the judge is also the defendant, and that’s a mess nobody wants. Honestly, it feels like you’re just trying to clear out the entire sub-forum by shutting down anyone who dares to ask a sensible question or asks for actual proof to back up what you're saying. It seems like your whole goal is to sweep away anyone pointing out when you're being a bit nonsensical or just plain wrong! Listen, if you get to have your opinion, then everyone else gets to have theirs too. But here’s the kicker: if you’re going to take a stand, back it up with real evidence. Don't just toss out random YouTube videos or cite some "research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology" that sounds like something you made up on the spot!

Honestly, where do you get the nerve to sit there and accuse someone of labeling people, hurling insults, or trying to gatekeep what counts as a valid opinion? It’s all about the right to have a stance and participate in a democracy, isn't it? Seriously, Elizabeth Jackson, have some shame! You basically just handed yourself over on a silver platter and let yourself look foolish.

It sounds like you’re totally missing the point regarding what moderators actually do and why they’re here in the first place! Honestly, it feels like you might have been raised in some sort of strict, old-school regime or an Inquisition where you weren't allowed to say a single thing out of line. This is an online forum, buddy—it's the 21st century! On a site like this, you should be able to talk about anything you want, as long as you stay on topic and follow the community guidelines. A moderator doesn't need to be an expert on every single niche subject; their only job is to make sure everyone plays by the rules. But you? You seem to be pushing for something much more extreme and dangerous... you're basically advocating for stripping people of their right to express themselves, and you're saying it out loud!

I can only imagine how you view yourself! Honestly, I’d bet money you see yourself sitting right there in that moderator chair, ready to swoop in and scrub away any posts that don't fit your "perfect" little vision. You really think you're some kind of enlightened genius, don't you, Elizabeth Jackson? Well, thank goodness the moderation team actually picks people based on merit rather than ego... at least the community will actually stick around to talk about the real topics!

So, you actually agree with this, yet you’re still out here preaching about everyone having a right to their own opinion? Honestly, Gregory Ramirez2, I have to hand it to you—you’re being incredibly consistent! Especially considering all those times you used to vent and complain about how much better of a moderator you would be at a site like Reddit compared to the current staff, and all your grand plans for how you’d run the show? Remember that? Well, newsflash: the internet never forgets, Gregory Ramirez2, and some of us who’ve been hanging around here long enough certainly haven't...
It’s honestly wild seeing such petty, small-minded interests at play... but hey, I guess it’s good to have threads like this where people finally show their true colors.

bingo 👍, that is exactly what he's aiming for. It isn't the first time someone has tried to shove him into a moderator role.
Last time, Rory was the one singing his praises and trying to push him forward, but it didn't work out.
We simply cannot have moderators who go around posting links to scams and potentially profiting from them.

Regarding this whole issue with deleted posts, I’m sticking to my guns: either Michelle Robinson isn't actually reading the threads, or she just lacks the basic ability to connect the dots. Every single one of my posts that you wiped away was a direct response to someone else's claims. If you're going to delete my post, then logically, you should be deleting the original post that triggered my reaction in the first place.
Just look at what you've done here, taking the post I wrote under the thread
"Improving the Forum" which reads
"My suggestion for improving this forum is that certain moderators should start reading a few posts back before they go on a deleting spree, so they can actually grasp cause and effect."
Instead, you just shunt me over to the "Appeals" sub-forum 😁.
Furthermore, I already complained to you once about a deleted post, and when I pointed out that you hadn't even bothered to delete the root cause of my comment—to which you basically replied, "Sorry, I was just skimming because I'm at the beach"—well, I'd say that "I was just skimming" excuse is becoming your personal trademark.
Moving on, here is
Michelle Robinson said:My explanations are what they are. How anyone else perceives them isn't my problem.

It's an absolute disaster, honestly, because it just highlights how incredibly arrogant you are. What is that supposed to imply? That being a moderator makes you some kind of untouchable boss?
I could easily turn that logic back on you: "Look, I write this way, and if you don't like it, that's not my problem, so stop quoting me."
Michelle Robinson said:And I'll be so incredibly generous that I'll give both you and Jerry White a chance to edit your last posts in the chemtrail thread (specifically the parts where you're critiquing the moderation) before I delete them. 🙂 If you can't edit them, just copy and paste them without the problematic sections.

😁, oh please, just be so kind...
And where exactly am I criticizing the moderation? A sentence where I mention that our posts might get deleted isn't "criticizing the moderation." Actually criticizing the moderation would be me writing that you are a terrible moderator who doesn't understand the job. Do you understand the difference? I simply stated the possibility that our posts might be removed.

Here’s my suggestion if we actually want to improve this forum: I think some of the moderators need to start reading back through the threads a little further before they go on a deleting spree, because they really ought to try and figure out what the actual cause is versus what the consequence is.

Also, over on the Alternative-On the edge of natural science subforum, whenever someone asks who built the pyramids, it's just a pack of trolls posting solely to get a rise out of Elizabeth Cruz.
Ryan Gomez4 actually warned them about this a few months back, but for these trolls, their only source of mental stimulation is mocking Elizabeth Cruz in the most disrespectful ways possible.
Since we're dealing with someone in the later stages of life, using terms like "old man, you have no clue" or "gramps" is definitely out of line.

Jason, you're getting it wrong again. My signature follows every single forum rule and doesn't offend anyone. My signature is simply a reflection of what that person actually stated; it's just a record of what they wrote.

Wrong again. If someone claims mushrooms are growing on Mars without providing a shred of evidence, it's ridiculous and stupid. Similarly, if someone tries to claim the proof that water is alive is found in the sound of water screaming through radiator pipes, that's also just absurd. What happens to the water in the summer then? Does it suddenly feel great sitting in the radiators?

Jason, I strongly suggest you actually read what this person writes and pay attention to how they write; maybe you'll finally see the pattern.
But look, Jason, if you aren't aware of it, you are essentially trolling or spamming this thread right now because we aren't discussing the topics you were rambling about in your last few posts. We are talking about something else entirely. Hint: just look at the title of the thread.
That said, I'll join you in that sentiment. I've told you before: the biggest issue with the Alternative crowd is the blatant lying in their posts. As you know, I've caught you lying three times myself. Furthermore, using "one man said..." and a link to Matrixworld as proof is 😁.
As for BAT kolo and the moderation there, it's fine. Honestly, it couldn't be any better given the absolute chaos being written here, as I've mentioned before.
By the way, my thanks to BAT kolo for the warning shot they gave me the other day. 😁

So, that's why, Listen, I’ve got a message for the supermoderators here, and I mean it: I am formally proposing that we remove Carol Lopez23 from her current position immediately, and instead, we should put Elizabeth Jackson in that spot.

🤦
And let me tell you something else: if anyone out there has the nerve to go on a rant about how meat-eaters are nothing more than bottom-feeding scavengers, or if they start typing away about how we’re all being sprayed daily by Chemtrails—regardless of who’s doing it, why they're doing it, or what the motive is—they’re getting an immediate partial ban. Elizabeth Jackson said:...and the continuation...

Just to clarify, I’ve been an active participant in this thread for years now, and I have reported these kinds of inflammatory posts more times than I can count.
Carol Lopez23 didn't get banned. I don't think I've ever actually had a single post of mine reported. I mean, they didn't even bother to give a member like that a warning.
It seems I’m not the only one who has run into this; several other members on Reddit have shared the exact same experience.
If I recall correctly, the only person who ever actually stepped up to hand out a red card for such blatant rule-breaking was Ryan Gomez4.
There were plenty of instances where she didn't actually issue any formal warnings, but after enduring endless trolling, she did step in to caution the more problematic members. I can't help but wonder—wouldn't it be better if we could just get the discussion back to a civilized level?

Here are a few examples like that:
I suppose there’s a certain logic to how people approach this, though I find myself questioning if we’re even looking at the same map. It seems like everyone is trying to connect dots that might not actually be part of the same picture. Maybe I’m being too skeptical, or maybe I’m just seeing the gaps where others see solid lines. When you look at the way these theories circulate on platforms like Reddit, there's this sense of inevitable momentum. People grab onto a single thread and pull until the whole fabric unravels. It’s fascinating, in a way—this collective drive to find an underlying pattern behind everything. But I can't help but wonder if we aren't sometimes just projecting our own need for order onto what is essentially chaos. It’s easy to get swept up in the fervor, especially when the arguments feel so visceral. You see someone posting something that feels like a smoking gun, and suddenly, the entire consensus starts to shift. But I guess it’s worth pausing to ask: are we following the evidence, or are we just following the loudest voice in the room? I don't have all the answers, of course, but I do think we should be careful about how quickly we embrace a narrative just because it feels satisfyingly complete.
I’ve been thinking about this lately, and I honestly feel like we might be overlooking something pretty fundamental here. It seems to me that when people start throwing around these heavy-duty theories, there’s often a grain of truth buried under all the noise—even if the way it’s being presented feels a bit extreme. I was looking back at some of the points raised by Elizabeth Jackson, and while her perspective is certainly intense, it makes you wonder if we aren't just scratching the surface of what's actually happening. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it feels like there’s a disconnect between what the mainstream media tells us and what a lot of people are seeing with their own eyes. It’s easy to dismiss these ideas as pure speculation, but if you look at the patterns, they don't always align perfectly with the official narrative. Then you have the arguments coming from briskbison55, which are even more provocative. It’s almost as if we're living in two different realities: one where everything is controlled and predictable, and another where things are much more chaotic and potentially manipulated. I guess it depends on how much you trust the institutions that are supposed to be keeping us safe and informed. Personally, I tend to lean toward a healthy dose of skepticism. It’s probably safer to assume that nothing is ever quite as simple as they want us to believe. Perhaps the real issue isn't whether these specific theories are true, but rather why they gain so much traction in the first place. When people feel unheard or misled by the powers that be, they naturally start looking for answers in places that others might call "fringe." It’s a bit of a cycle, really. The more the establishment pushes a single narrative, the more people will push back with something entirely different. I suppose we're all just trying to make sense of a world that feels increasingly unpredictable.
I honestly think we need to take a step back and look at this more objectively. It feels like we’re all getting caught up in the heat of the moment, but if you really sit down and parse through the arguments being made, there’s a significant amount of noise drowning out the actual substance. I guess what I’m trying to say is that we shouldn't be so quick to accept every claim as absolute truth without looking at the underlying data. Maybe I'm being too cautious, but I tend to feel that when everyone starts shouting at once, the nuance gets lost. It’s easy to fall into these echo chambers where we just validate each other's biases, rather than actually challenging them. I mean, if we want to get anywhere meaningful, we have to be willing to question even our own side. It’s a bit uncomfortable, sure, but isn't that the whole point of having these discussions? I was reading some stuff on Reddit the other day about similar debates happening over in Europe, and it struck me how universal this pattern is. People get passionate, emotions run high, and suddenly the logic becomes secondary to the feeling of being right. It’s a fascinating, if somewhat frustrating, human tendency. I suppose we could try to steer the conversation toward more empirical evidence, though I realize how difficult that can be once people have already dug their heels in. Just a thought.
I’ve been thinking about this conversation quite a bit lately, and I feel like we need to take a step back to look at the bigger picture. It seems like there's a fundamental misunderstanding of how these systems actually function, which leads people to jump to conclusions that don't quite hold up under scrutiny. When you look at the data—really dig into it rather than just skimming the headlines—you start to see the cracks in the mainstream narrative. I mean, I guess it’s easy to get swept up in the immediate reaction, but if we apply a bit of logic, the whole thing starts to look a little different. Maybe I'm being too cautious, but I tend to believe that things are rarely as simple as they are presented on the evening news. It’s interesting, really. You have one group of people insisting on a specific outcome, while another group, much like what we see discussed over on Reddit, is pointing out the inconsistencies. I find myself leaning toward the latter. There’s a certain level of skepticism required when dealing with large-scale institutions; otherwise, you risk missing the subtle shifts happening right under your nose. I’m not saying I have all the answers—far from it—but I do think we should be asking more pointed questions. If we aren't questioning the underlying assumptions, then we aren't really participating in a meaningful dialogue, are we? It feels like we're often just reacting to the symptoms rather than addressing the actual cause. Perhaps if we approached this with a bit more nuance, we wouldn't feel so polarized. Just a thought.
I’ve been sitting here thinking about this whole situation, and I honestly find myself wondering if we’re all just missing the forest for the trees. It feels like there’s this constant, heavy tension in our discussions lately, almost as if everyone is bracing for an impact that hasn't quite arrived yet. When you look at what people like Elizabeth Jackson are saying, or even follow the threads started by briskbison55, there seems to be this deep-seated suspicion regarding the information being fed to us through mainstream channels. I guess it’s understandable. In an era where trust in major institutions—whether it’s the federal government or big tech companies like Google—is at an all-time low, people naturally start looking for alternative explanations. Maybe that’s just how we’re wired now. I was reading some older arguments on Reddit recently, and it struck me how much of our discourse relies on whether or not we believe certain scientific consensus. If you lean toward the views shared by someone like Mercola, you start seeing patterns everywhere. You begin to question the very air we breathe or the food on our plates. It’s a rabbit hole, really. Once you start questioning the validity of standard medical advice or the motives behind large-scale environmental policies, it’s hard to go back to that simple, unquestioning way of living. Then you have the more intense theories floating around, like the ones concerning Chemtrails or the various agendas discussed by proponents of PROchemtrails. There’s a certain subset of the population that looks up at the sky and doesn't see weather patterns, but rather a coordinated effort of atmospheric manipulation. While I tend to approach these ideas with a fair amount of skepticism, I can't deny that the sheer scale of the anxiety they produce is real. It isn't just "nonsense," as some might dismissively call it; for many, it's a fundamental distrust of power itself. It’s a bit of a mess, isn't it? We’re caught between a desire for empirical, peer-reviewed certainty and a growing feeling that the "experts" might be hiding something significant. I don't have the answers, and I certainly don't want to claim I do. I think we just need to be careful about which voices we choose to amplify. Whether we're discussing politics in Washington, D.C., or debating the merits of raw food diets, the underlying issue remains the same: who do we actually trust when everything feels so uncertain?

I honestly can't help but wonder if we're all just missing something fundamental here. I was looking back at some of the discussions on Reddit, and it feels like there’s this massive gap between what people are actually experiencing and the official narrative being pushed. It’s almost like we’re living in two different realities. Maybe I’m being too cynical, but when you look at the sheer scale of what’s being discussed regarding things like Chemtrails ii, it seems wild to think that everyone is just collectively oblivious. I mean, I guess it’s possible that most people are just too busy with their own lives to notice, but for those of us who are paying attention, the patterns are becoming harder to ignore. It’s not even about wanting to find conspiracies; it’s more about trying to make sense of the data that's right in front of our eyes. I remember reading an argument from Elizabeth Jackson once where she pointed out how often these "outlier" observations get dismissed as mere coincidence. And while I agree that we have to be careful not to jump to conclusions without evidence, there comes a point where the coincidences start feeling a bit too choreographed, doesn't it? It's a delicate balance—trying to stay grounded in reality while acknowledging that reality might be much stranger than the news anchors would have us believe. I suppose the real question is: at what point does a series of anomalies stop being a fluke and start being a pattern? I don't have all the answers, of course, but I do think we need to keep asking the questions. Otherwise, we're just drifting along, accepting whatever version of the truth is handed to us.
I’ve been thinking quite a bit about the recent discussions regarding the intersection of scientific consensus and the various theories circulating online. It seems like we're constantly navigating this strange gray area where established academic institutions—the kind you'd find at Harvard or Stanford—clash with what people are seeing with their own eyes on platforms like YouTube. It’s an interesting tension, isn't it? On one hand, you have the official narrative provided by mainstream medical bodies, and on the other, you have voices like Mercola or even the controversial findings associated with Wakefield that continue to spark intense debate. I suppose it’s easy to feel like there's a massive disconnect between what the government tells us and the lived experiences of individuals who are looking deeper into things like Chemtrails or environmental shifts. Maybe I’m being too cautious, but I often find myself wondering if we're truly getting the full picture. There’s a certain level of skepticism that feels almost necessary nowadays. When you look at how information is filtered through major media conglomerates, it makes sense why people would turn to alternative perspectives to find what they consider the truth. It’s not necessarily about rejecting science, but perhaps about questioning who controls the lens through which we view it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the line between "fringe" and "fact" is much more porous than most people care to admit. It's a messy, complicated landscape, and I don't think there are any simple answers.

Unlike her, Carol Lopez23 seemed more interested in keeping the argument going.

Or perhaps he would only bother to react once someone with a different perspective finally posted something that didn't fit neatly into his established patterns of thought.

There were times when he even found himself siding with those who went out of their way to insult anyone with a different opinion:
I was looking back through some of the older discussions on Reddit, and I stumbled upon this particular thread. It’s interesting how certain topics just refuse to stay buried, isn't it? Looking at the points being made here, I feel like we need to take a step back and look at the broader implications. It’s easy to get caught up in the immediate back-and-forth, but if you really dig into the underlying logic—or lack thereof—there’s a much larger pattern emerging. I guess what I’m trying to say is that we shouldn't just take these claims at face value. There seems to be a significant amount of nuance being missed by most of the people jumping into the fray. Maybe I'm being too cautious, but I suspect there's more to the story than what's being presented on the surface. It feels like we're circling the same arguments without ever actually addressing the core issue. It's almost as if everyone is talking past one another rather than engaging with the actual substance of the debate. I find myself wondering if anyone is truly listening, or if we're all just waiting for our turn to speak. Regardless, it's worth keeping an eye on how this evolves.

It’s happened quite often that even some of our most regular and active contributors have stepped up to make it crystal clear: the situation surrounding this topic has officially spiraled completely out of control.

Here is how Carol Lopez23 reacted:
I’ve been following this thread for a while now, and I have to say, some of the arguments being thrown around here are truly mind-boggling. It feels like we’re drifting further and further away from any kind of grounded reality. I was reading through some of the points made by Elizabeth Jackson, and honestly, I find myself questioning how we even get to this point of discourse. It seems like there’s a massive disconnect between what people claim to know and the actual evidence available to us. Maybe I’m just being overly cynical, but it feels like a lot of these theories are built on incredibly shaky foundations. Then you look at the comments from briskbison55, and it’s almost like we're speaking different languages. There’s this tendency to jump to these wild conclusions without stopping to ask if there's a simpler explanation right in front of our eyes. I guess it’s easy to get swept up in a narrative when it feels like everything is connected, but that doesn't necessarily make it true. Even looking at what Carol Lopez23 mentioned—it really makes me wonder about the influence of certain echo chambers online. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to separate genuine inquiry from what feels like organized misinformation. I mean, I try to keep an open mind, I really do, but at some point, you have to draw a line between curiosity and pure speculation. It’s a strange time to be searching for truth, isn't it? It feels like every time you think you've found a solid footing, someone comes along and pulls the rug out from under you with a new, even more outlandish theory. I suppose we'll just have to see which way the wind blows.

KLEOPATRA is back at it again, making comments about how rules should be bent:

I’m Marec, and I’ve been a dedicated member here for quite some time, bringing years of actual, hands-on experience with this kind of diet to the table:

I am fairly certain—and I can say this with a high degree of confidence regarding many others as well—that these specific members have just walked away from this thread because of exactly this kind of moderation.

If the recent wave of trolling, insults, and off-topic nonsense has truly spiraled out of control and crossed every reasonable line, I suppose this recent incident serves as the perfect evidence. Ryan Gomez4's statement It’s pretty obvious she really gets what’s going on here. You can tell she’s fully aware of how this topic is constantly being shut down and obstructed. Honestly, you can almost feel her desperation—that sense of feeling completely powerless to actually change anything, like she's just reached her absolute limit with all of it.

After seeing that, I felt compelled to step in and offer my own take on the situation. Ideas for improving how this forum functions..
Carol Lopez23 used some pretty vulgar and uncivil language to make it crystal clear that they're essentially trying to strip away the rights of anyone who doesn't see eye to eye with them.

I am well aware of how things work around here on Reddit. I fully recognize that everyone has every right to express their own perspective. Furthermore, I believe a moderator’s role isn't to act as a judge—it shouldn't be their job to decide from their own personal standpoint whether someone else's opinion is nonsense, foolishness, or just plain stupidity. Their actual responsibility is simply to moderate according to the established community guidelines.

The controversial posts I’ve listed here... In the meantime, I’ve been consistently filing reports over and over again.
Even though quite a few days have passed since these were originally posted—and even though I’ve personally reported them several times, along with many other users who I’m certain have done the same—there has been absolutely zero response. No sanctions, no warnings, no deleted posts... nothing at all. It honestly feels as if there isn't even a moderator on duty here.

However, there certainly was one present back when I was assigned a card to be placed in post 2. Those photos featuring the sheep....

There was also that instance where Jason Grant was unfairly handed a red card. Just some fabricated trolling..

Given everything that’s been laid out and explained here, it seems pretty obvious that the moderation by Carol Lopez23 is biased and totally subjective, which flies right in the face of many of the standard rules we have here on Reddit.
Because of all this, I’m actually looking into requesting an exemption from the Carol Lopez23 moderator to see if we can finally get this discussion back to a civilized level. My hope is that by doing so, we might steer things toward a more productive path, allowing those who are just here to troll or push fringe theories to either move on or finally find their way back to the actual heart of the topic.

Thanks, and all the best!

Elizabeth Jackson

I’ve mentioned a few times now how the moderators over on the alternative sites are actually pretty decent, even though they’ve slapped me with warnings before for stuff I didn't think was fair. Why do I say they’re good? It's because they manage to keep a balance among all the posts being thrown around here, and there are plenty of them 😁.
Take, for instance, the ridiculous argument that water is sentient, claiming things like "water absorbs heat from the sun" or "when you walk into a building and hear the pipes screeching, it just means the water is unhappy"...
What Elizabeth Jackson is saying here is really just one side of the coin. It’s pretty interesting how she didn't bother linking to the posts of her like-minded friend who just got banned. If anyone wants proof, I would be more than happy to drop links to every single nonsensical rambling and insult posted by that currently banned user.😁

But honestly, even that isn't the main point; people just get carried away in the heat of an "argument" and end up typing all sorts of nonsense.
To me, the bottom line is that we shouldn't be spreading lies. Look, Elizabeth Jackson, I’ve personally caught at least three of these "alternative" types in a blatant lie, and more than once at that. One of them was even that friend of yours who just got banned. Of course, the second you call them out on their lies, the whole thing devolves into a barrage of insults and them reporting you to the mods for "harassment."
See, Elizabeth Jackson, just posting a picture of the sky covered in contrails and claiming it's definitive proof of Chemtrails is 😁. You can try to explain it away using fluid mechanics like your recently banned buddy did, but it’s just not going to fly 😁, because there are actual people here who understand how fluid mechanics works.
The moderators are fine; as long as people don't lie when defending their stances, everything will stay on track. Even if you get a warning or a ban, so what? It’s not like the world is ending.

Larry Sanchez30 said:Once again, you're hiding behind medical diagnoses just to throw insults!

Go back and actually read what you wrote in that reported post.

If you think a post is off-topic or if you just don't like someone, report it and let the moderator decide if there should be any penalties.

Look, unlike you, I’m actually here to express my own views, and these posts belong to me. I stand by every single word I’ve directed at you, so I have absolutely no reason to go running or hiding.

As far as reporting goes, if I started reporting everything you did, I'd end up flagging every single one of your posts, and honestly, that's just a massive waste of time.
But here's an interesting little fact for you: you aren't even addressing the statements I made that are right there in my sig. Do you want me to drop the links for you? Or are you going to try and claim you didn't write them?
I can provide a link to the entire "discussion" leading up to your comments about the Sun, and I could do the same for the blue stone stuff too.

Larry Sanchez30 said:Go back and actually read the post you reported!

Take a good look at what you just said.

🤦
Let’s go through this one more time.
You just copied and pasted this exact post:

And I’m not even going to dignify that little opening outburst where you try to vent all your frustrations just because you lack any formal education.
First off, the very post you just quoted is talking about some so-called "scientist" you're trying to lean on, which is incredibly hypocritical considering how much you despise actual science.
Then, Ethan Brooks59 spent an hour and a half proving you weren't paying attention, pointing out right here in this post:

exactly who this "scientist" is and why his credibility is non-existent.
So, that is precisely why I wrote what I wrote.
Larry Sanchez30 said:And take a look at your own signature.

Fine, let's look at my signature then. Can you tell me exactly what part of it is untrue? Are you going to claim you didn't say those things? Don't even try to lie to me, because I will happily drop links to your own statements.
Larry Sanchez30 said:What exactly are you trying to achieve?

Are you feeling a bit paranoid? What kind of motive am I supposed to have, and why would I need one?
Maybe my only intention is to expose the liars and the thieves.😁

Larry Sanchez30 said:That doesn't make the reported post any less of an issue.

🤦 🤦
For crying out loud, try using your brain for once before you start typing.
So, let me get this straight: stealing other people's work—which, let's be honest, is mostly just garbage anyway—and lying about it is perfectly fine, but suddenly it’s a problem when someone calls you out for being unrefined, ignorant, and a total fraud???
I mean, seriously, do you even have a shred of a moral compass left?

If you’re looking for someone to vent to, start by complaining about your own pathetic behavior and the garbage you write on this board. It’s all right there on the table: you’ve been caught lying, faking facts, and intentionally stirring up drama more than a few times. You bailed for three days and now you think you can just drift back in with a fresh batch of nonsense.
And now you’re sitting here whining and playing the victim. Besides, the stuff you're crying about is just some PDF titled "fringe science." We're talking Tolkien, elves, witches, giants, orcs, flying rocks—all of that is light-years beyond the definition of science. Even if you call it alternative science, it's still total bunk.
Moderation over at NRZ is actually way more relaxed than it is on most of these other forums, mostly because the topics themselves are so wild that you have to expect a certain level of chaos. Honestly, if we strictly enforced every single rule, half the posts on those boards would be wiped out instantly. But there is a massive difference between posting an opinion and engaging in a heated debate using actual arguments, and then there's the issue of dumping absolute gibberish that you claim as your own, only for it to turn out to be copy-pasted crap from God-knows-where. Other people's thoughts, other people's comments, other people's writing. That isn't a discussion; it's just a way to provoke more fighting.
...

👍
I agree with everything that’s been said here, but I want to pull out the one part that really hits the nail on the head. Basically, our "victim" here is someone who clearly can't string a coherent sentence together on his own, so he just resorts to stealing everyone else's work. To be honest, I don't even care that most of these stolen texts are incredibly stupid; what bothers me is the blatant theft. On top of that, besides the constant stealing of these (mostly moronic) texts, there's a systematic pattern of lying, which is probably just a tactic to cover up the fact that he's ripping off other people's ideas. And of course, the second anyone tries to correct him on these stolen pieces of junk, our dear victim starts frantically clicking the report button.

As for the moderation on that forum, it's actually quite good—honestly, it couldn't be any better given the caliber of people whining on there. I've been penalized by both moderators myself before, but it never once crossed my mind to go running to them claiming they were wrong or asking for protection from being insulted by our "victim's" collection of stolen stupidity.
Look, excuse me if I say this, but when someone in the 21st century writes to you claiming there are floating rocks jumping out of earth or that there are forests on Mars, you know exactly what you're dealing with. That isn't a "worldview," it's just...

Then you look at a guy like this. Go ahead, tell me in your own words—do you honestly think this qualifies as "trolling and spamming" too?

Larry Sanchez30 said:You only have to take one look at that entire pack of trolls hanging out on this same sub-forum and everything becomes crystal clear, especially when you consider they’re all operating under the "blessing" of the moderator.
If you think this thread isn't worth anyone's time, then just shut it down already instead of using it as some kind of platform to look down on the people actually participating in this forum.

So, I was just sitting here thinking about how much of a mess things can get when you have a local archaeologist trying to be "creative" with their findings, and honestly, it’s enough to make my blood boil. You see it all the time in small-town America—someone thinks they’ve stumbled upon something groundbreaking, but really, they’re just rearranging the furniture of history to fit their own little narrative. It’s one thing to follow the science, but it’s another thing entirely to start treating historical sites like your own personal sandbox for "artistic interpretation." These so-called creative contributions from local digs are usually nothing more than a desperate attempt to make a boring patch of dirt look like the next big discovery, and frankly, it undermines everything serious researchers are actually doing out there in the field.
Larry Sanchez30 said:Psychology does a hell of a job explaining exactly how an individual’s moral compass just completely evaporates once they become part of a "herd." It’s actually a pretty simple conclusion if you bother to look at it—once you fall in line with a group, you stop acting on your own principles and start following whatever mindless set of rules that crowd has cooked up for itself.

Larry Sanchez30 said:Look, if a person refuses to ever change their mind, you’re looking at one of two extremes: they are either an absolute genius who has already figured out the fundamental truths of the universe, or they are a complete and utter moron. There isn't really any middle ground here.

I’ve been thinking about this lately, and honestly, it’s a simple mathematical truth applied to the human condition: a person is essentially nothing more than a fraction. You take who you actually are—your true character, your real actions, your actual substance—and that’s your numerator. Then you take how much you think of yourself, that massive, bloated ego, and that becomes your denominator. It’s basic arithmetic, really. The bigger that denominator gets, the smaller the actual value of the person becomes. If you walk around thinking you're the greatest thing since sliced bread, you're just shrinking your own worth until you're practically zero.

Larry Sanchez30 said:What is even the point of dragging out an argument over a theory you clearly don't believe in to begin with? Is this just some desperate attempt to play the intellectual heavyweight, or are you actually trying to prove something to us? It feels like you're just talking in circles for the sake of hearing your own voice.

Look, I’ve still got plenty more where that came from if anyone actually wants to see it, so if you need me to drop some links, just say the word and I'll get them posted. 😁

Are the rules of this forum just completely meaningless now?

The topic is Pyramids!

😁 😁
Look, if you’re actually trying to get me banned, then go ahead and find something in my post that isn't just a reaction to his insults. Honestly, I don't think you even grasp what I'm telling you.
Just click that link you posted and look at what's written in that little box—assuming you know what a box is—where the local scientist's username is mentioned.
Now read what he wrote... do you see it yet?
If not, let's try explaining it more simply for you. The post you reported is directly referencing the post by the local scientist, which is why his name appears in that quote box.
Do you finally get it now?
And hey, "Gramps," did you bother to report yourself for this post of yours that has absolutely nothing to do with pyramids?

Gramps, you're a real piece of work.😁

I honestly don't even know where to start with this whole mess because it feels like we're just circling the drain at this point. It’s one thing to deal with minor inconveniences, but when you look at the sheer scale of how things are being handled lately, it becomes impossible to stay quiet about it. I’ve been sitting here thinking about it for hours, trying to make sense of the logic—or lack thereof—behind these recent decisions, and frankly, it’s infuriating. Everything seems to be moving toward total chaos, and yet everyone acts like everything is perfectly normal. It isn't normal. We see the cracks forming everywhere, from the way local institutions are failing to meet basic standards to the absolute lack of accountability from people who should know better, and instead of fixing the foundation, they just keep slapping on more cheap paint to hide the decay. It’s exhausting to watch, and it’s even more exhausting to feel like you're the only one actually paying attention while everyone else just shrugs their shoulders and moves on. There has to be a standard, some kind of baseline for how things should function in a country like ours, but that baseline is being treated like an optional suggestion rather than a requirement. It’s maddening. kaže:
Honestly, this kind of behavior from the moderators—where they just sit there and tolerate you constantly breaking the forum rules—is exactly what you deserve.

Are you actually serious with this "advice" of yours? Seriously, take a look at what you just posted.
Are you actually a moderator or an admin around here?

I’m asking the admins to take a serious look at this user's posts and pay close attention to the specific kind of language they’re using to insult people and tear others down.

If you take one look at their signature, it becomes blindingly obvious exactly how much respect they have for this forum's rules and, more importantly, what their true motives actually are.

Does the rulebook actually apply to everyone, or am I just imagining things? It feels like there's one set of standards for most people and a completely different, much more relaxed version for everyone else.

Look, Lun, you really need to watch your step here because you seem to have completely forgotten that just a few months back, you dropped a racist post—one we actually gave you a warning for instead of reporting you immediately. Then, just two days ago, you started picking a fight with someone over whether they were using proper American English, even though that person isn't even from this country. If we start strictly enforcing the rulebook, things are going to get very unpleasant for you very quickly.

Are you seriously trying to tell me that you didn't explicitly state that the Sun is made of crystal? Because I know for a fact that’s what was said.
Don't even try to lie to me; you know perfectly well how easy it is to dig up that statement of yours.
And don't you dare go dragging the moderators into this mess either; they aren't the ones at fault here just because you insist on peddling nothing but blatant lies and absolute nonsense.
