I’ve actually been handed a warning a couple of times when I didn't deserve it—which led to my points being docked by the mods later on. Honestly, there's no need to hold such a grudge against the admin team or the moderators. Sure, they mess up sometimes—we all do!—but if you file a solid, well-reasoned appeal, those bans or warnings will be cleared. ______________ Edit: Just went back and checked my record. Well, the moderator made a logical call here. I took a look at the thread—maybe two or three posts were actually decent, but everything else was just mockery and insults. It was quickly spiraling into yet another heated debate about homosexuality. This is, well, a standard Reddit community, and on a platform like this, gay-related topics tend to get attacked immediately—I mean, why should anyone be forced to read about someone's sexual orientation? It’s their business, not ours. I do feel bad that the conversation went south so fast and turned into blatant discrimination instead of someone giving the guy some actual, helpful advice. But honestly? It’s better that it was shut down. He probably wouldn't have gotten anything useful out of it anyway—after all, Freud suggested that homosexuality is essentially a developmental stall in sexuality.

Look, Bu Bu, that was exactly my point with this little experiment—I wanted to see what things would look like on this forum if we just paused all the atheist posts for a while. I figured since theists are constantly complaining about the atheists here, I might as well test out what the vibe would be if it were strictly a space for believers. If it turns out the board actually runs smoother without any atheists around, then maybe it’s worth considering making it official. It would certainly settle the debate once and for all on whether atheists are truly such massive provocateurs. Or, we could just go ahead and rename the subforum entirely.
I’m not entirely sure if I’ve picked the right thread for this—my apologies if I have!—but I’m having some real trouble with my images. Lately, whenever I drop in links that are supposed to, well, turn into actual pictures (you know, so the image actually shows up in the post), nothing happens. Instead of the photo, I just get a plain old dead link staring back at me. I can't tell if the issue lies with the hosting sites like Imgur or others, or if there's something glitchy going on with the forum itself. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Any insight would be much appreciated!

Alright, look, rowdyhawk10—if you’re going to take a stand, then go ahead and ban the folks who constantly complain about non-religious people posting in the Religion section. They’re always demanding that those users be silenced forever just because they don't share the faith. It’s happened so many times before—people asking why atheists are even allowed to post in a dedicated religious forum—yet nobody ever gets penalized for it. I only started this thread because I was genuinely curious to see what the sub would actually look like if it were strictly for believers. To me, there wasn't any provocation intended here at all. It was only seven days, after all. And yeah, thanks for finally (hopefully!) lifting my suspension.
