Nicholas Mendoza60 said:You aren't the only one But what kind of symptoms are we talking about? People have actually started discussing this more lately Doctors didn't even realize this was a thing before
I don't think there are any specific symptoms, really Because of some hemorrhoid issues I had, I've been checking my stool constantly, and I haven't seen anything unusual since Mind you, it's been 25 years now Maybe they just vanished—kind of like how earwax disappeared once we all started using modern bathrooms regularly
Though, I do deal with plenty of other stuff—everything from exhaustion and lethargy to a massive bloated stomach😁 Not that it’s anything major or anything... I mean, I'm living a pretty normal life, I guess😁
Man, this thread just brings back a memory I’ve been suppressing for a long time—the fact that I
back when I was a kid living in a refugee camp during the war, I actually pulled two white worms out of my own ass—they were maybe 5 cm thin
I never bothered going to a doctor about it, either so, realistically, what are the odds that I’m still carrying around some kind of colony in my gut 25 years later?
I basically eat garlic like it’s an apple😁 so I'm really hoping that did the trick and wiped them all out.
Either just ignore it or file a private lawsuit—if you go that route, the forum will eventually be forced to hand over the IP address to track them down once an official request for information is submitted
I feel a little bad about this, and honestly, I'm not thrilled to be saying it, but it’s actually a good thing that minorities occasionally get a taste of what it feels like when they're hit with slurs—even if you're just pointing out something that’s blatantly obvious and widely accepted by everyone else.
Man, watching this at the AMC theater was such a trip 😁 since nobody else seemed to care... I can actually still picture the whole plot it’s like those old-school directors don't even make movies like this anymore
Look, Smith, I wasn't talking about that—I told you I’m done diving into that specific topic. That was just my response to some other guy on the forum who was just rambling on about nothing...
What I was actually getting at was the whole concept of occupation zones... I’m sitting here looking out my window at this military base that’s flying a foreign flag, staffed by foreign soldiers, and we aren't even allowed near it. We have to detour two miles just to get around it, even though there’s a direct path through there that’s maybe only 500 yards... and then you miss the point entirely and hand out a ban.
Seriously, I don't know how you manage to stay so incredibly intense—I honestly don't know how you find the time to sanction everyone or how you even deal with all of this.
I used to moderate on other forums myself, and let me tell you, it's no walk in the park when you're dealing with constant threats... people seem to think you're getting a paycheck for this kind of thing. Give the atmosphere a break, will you? History has its funny moments too—it isn't always just blood, tears, and misery.
Just loosen up a little. Obviously, I’m not saying you should lie or peddle falsehoods.
So, anyway, why did Mr. Smith go absolutely insane? Almost a perfect 10/10 for me. And he actually thought about throwing in the towel... honestly, life is just pure garbage sometimes. There are really two types of women out there: The ones who talk too much, and the ones who never, ever shut up—hahahaha.
I’ve pretty much written off movies like those Mike flicks and his stuff you just can't find any real quality when everything is being hyper-produced just look at Kubrick—that guy spent five years obsessing over a single script this guy should just grab a crew, hand out some unfinished scripts, and let them ramble on. Anyway, peace out.
I've got 19 titles on my list and I've managed to get through 17
My absolute favorite is probably Sunset Boulevard (1982) though Psycho (1975) Scarlett O'Hara (1979) The Godfather (1972) (this one is actually solid—maybe even the most "grounded" of the bunch, if that makes sense, the characters feel like actual people lol) All About Eve (1972)—now that is what I call a truly human film Marilyn Monroe (1981)
I couldn't quite finish
The Trilogy (1975) Natural Born Killers (1979) Ali: Fear Eats Soul (1974) (man, the subtitles here were a mess, and honestly, the whole plot about the old lady and the immigrant is just a complete turn-off for me, haha) Charlie Chaplin (1969)—they literally just SIT there and CHATTER... thanks for nothing, I guess The Graduate (1970)—I can't even get this thing to play unless I use my tablet, so watching this is going to be a bit of a delay Still left to watch: Lady Madonna
Nancy Booth2 said:I have New York City on my watchlist, but I just can't bring myself to start it.
Is this actually a 15-hour movie that was just chopped up into a 14-episode miniseries for TV?
I've had it sitting there for 15 years... man, I completely misunderstood what it was about. I started watching it and then just gave up... the visuals were weird and honestly, it wasn't really my thing.
Yeah... you watch two or three and you've basically seen them all Last night I finally gave up on Ali: Fear Eats Soul Grandma dating an immigrant who's half her age... haha, wow Hahaha, man, seeing the same actors over and over really gets under my skin His crew... honestly, too many political headlines wasted their prime... every era has its own mess to deal with... I mean, he was probably a little bit out of his mind
Just finished watching The Devil and Daniel Webster The guy was acting a little strange, if you ask me 😁 The whole movie is basically just a bunch of crazies all in one place

Priests love money—hey, it doesn't cost you anything to try, right? BUT—and this is a big "but"—you actually need to be part of some parish community where the Priest knows you, or at least knows your parents or your grandpa... you have to be able to drop a name if he sees you in the parish office for the first time... you can't just wander in off the street, being a complete stranger, and start making demands.
Around here, we're talking about $20... you just nicely mention the name of the person whose soul is being prayed for that day, or maybe a few last names... or just keep it simple for the deceased and their families... Usually, you have to book it a year in advance, so—well, good luck with that.
Larry Walker24 said:Why isn't there any respect for the Partisans?
Because none of them bothered to show up to church regularly for forty-five years—so, naturally, the whole family lost any sense of belonging to the parish... and once you lose that connection, you lose the urge to pay for masses for your fallen, not to mention the general lack of belief in the afterlife.
placidorca16 said:What "failed Monsignor"? What are you even talking about?😲 Since when is an Austrian diocese not in charge of the Catholic Church in Austria?😒
The CEO just doesn't have that much staying power—their authority is pretty limited, really. And then ABK gets the final word. And then there's Egidije Zivkovic.
