Can anyone recommend a good sauna in Washington, D.C.? I'm not really looking for anything fancy or high-end design-wise. For my first time, I just need a solid, functional setup—either Turkish or Finnish style—with friendly staff. So far, I’ve narrowed my options down to Verizon, SpaFinder, and Sensa Spa. Has anyone here actually been to any of those? If not, I'd love to hear your own suggestions. 🙂
Also, how long should a beginner stay in the sauna? Even though I'm new to this, I stay pretty active and have good physical stamina. I can handle a decent amount of fatigue and discomfort.

Lewis Hamilton made the move because he knew the Bear was going to get the best engine. 😁 It wasn't about bravery.
The Bears will probably find themselves two tenths behind when they head Down Under, because that’s just how things usually go for them.
Both the consensus and the drivers themselves are well aware that the Bears are the fastest on track, which Valtteri Bottas confirmed right after the race simulation. He stated plainly that they are the quickest, and he even added a little smirk while shutting down those rumors that they were somehow a full second faster than everyone else—basically telling us to calm down. I appreciate his honesty.

Like, maybe if her Noah Baumbach was calling the shots, he could have actually turned this into something decent—but she just isn't quite there as a director yet. To be totally real with you, I can barely remember anything about the Film itself; it was just super forgettable and honestly felt like it was hitting way too many clichés.
That’s because it’s a teen drama that only manages to rise above the usual low-budget student projects thanks to the acting. If you swapped out Saoirse and Laurie Metcalf for some unknown actresses you'd see on a local cable channel at 2 PM, this would feel exactly like that—just another cheap afternoon movie.
Reading what Allison said, it looks like we're heading into a pretty dull season. 😁 https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/13...th-025-seconds It’s pretty rare to see bosses openly bragging about exactly where they've found speed or how many tenths they've shaved off the lap time. Allison sounds intimidatingly confident here. He didn't say it outright in the article, but reading between the lines, you get the sense they think they've left everyone else in the dust.

McLaren is going to be flying in Australia. Mark my words. The car looks absolutely lethal on track—that's what the insiders are saying, specifically Anderson, who clearly has some sort of inside track.
Besides, we won't really see the true picture until the next test session when they start simulating race stints and all that.
Regardless of the fuel load or whatever engine mode they were running, it doesn't change the fact that they set those fastest laps on Hard tires. Mercedes was on mediums. Do you honestly think they were running full tanks and lifting through half the corners on the softest compound? I highly doubt it. By the way, if we're following any kind of logic—and I'll use yours here about them saving tires and being a fast car—wouldn't it make more sense for them to use medium tires? Longer stints, easier to hide their true pace. You don't need to chase lap times on Hards to know how fast your car is. The guys in the pit box aren't stupid. They can see the correlation against the rest of the field even while running on mediums.
I get what you're saying, but he's bringing up those fastest sectors like they mean something. To me, he was just tearing it up at Sonoma. It still doesn't change the fact that the overall performance was underwhelming.

And what’s your point? During previous testing sessions, Ferrari had days where they were absolutely crushing lap times, right through to the Australian Grand Prix. McLaren fans should probably pray they were running with full tanks, otherwise, this is looking pretty grim. Even Haas managed to clock a time half a second faster today on the exact same tires.
Of all people, it had to be McLaren out there on the track. They’ve turned into a total circus lately. Since they clearly don't have the pace anymore, I guess the least they can do is provide some entertainment for the crowd.

Seriously, what an absolute joke. If they had even a single functioning brain cell, they’d live-stream these pre-season tests. Just charge $30 or $40 for a month-long pass on the F1 Access app or the LT app... They’d rake in a massive pile of cash and win over fans for life.
Honestly, I would’ve happily paid to watch the testing sessions rather than the actual races (which I can just find for free wherever I want anyway 😬). But instead, they miss out on a huge marketing opportunity and a mountain of easy money.
The streamers' union probably got involved. That's why we don't have it.
McLaren feels pretty basic, honestly—kind of uninspiring. Prodromou mentioned that while the initial design looks a lot like last year's, they're aiming to roll out as many changes as possible for the season opener.
Hi there, I'm looking for a laptop within the price range mentioned above. Maybe some of you have better insight into current sales or know about a retailer I might have missed. I realize I'm asking a lot here, but is it actually possible to find a laptop with an Intel HQ series CPU at this price point? It would be perfect for my needs. 😁 I occasionally run into AMD quad-core options, like the A12, but I’d really rather avoid those. I need more per-core performance since I do a lot of 3D modeling. I've been browsing online, and honestly, all the talk about the i5-7200u is giving me a headache. Though, I suppose that's just the reality when you're looking at laptops in the $750 range. Please let me know if you can help out.
So, has it really come to this? We’ve reached a point where movies featuring 300-foot monsters and creatures big enough to eat the Eiffel Tower for breakfast are actually being classified as kids' movies? 🤣
If there’s one movie you should steer clear of, it’s this one—mostly because it features Olivia Spencer, who easily ranks in my top three most pathetic characters ever put on screen.
Do you guys train with shin guards? Right before impact, you want to throw your knee out—basically driving the whole leg forward, but letting the knee lead the way in a diagonal motion. It works sometimes, but with certain people, it’s a gamble; some strikers hit so hard that even if you block it, you're going to be feeling the pain for a while.
