Just admit you had a blast at the Supersuckers show, dammit! 😁
What irritates me about that article is the aggressive fanzine style and all this talk about what "rockers" should like versus what "rappers" should like. At the end of the day,
oh, how I'm going to enjoy this
here it comes
If Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and Dälek can play together and everyone cheers like idiots, then why shouldn't there be a joint concert for Elemental and Ramirez?! 😕
I don't know, I really hate being told what I "should" be listening to. 🙄
I think they're great, especially that second self-titled album. I haven't spent much time with "Dummy," and while that live set is an interesting experiment, I've never been much of an orchestra person, so it doesn't quite hit the mark for me.
I can't quite remember if I already asked this or was just planning to, but seriously, is there any way we could get them to perform in NYC? I’d be on my knees begging if it meant seeing them live... 🙂

Look, I get it... Anthrax is a legendary band. Seriously, do yourself a favor and download "Got the Time"—it’s basically The Offspring in spirit, but it's a massive hit. My only gripe is how they pulled all the old members together for this tour—the singer, the guitarist, the whole classic lineup—after spending fifteen years trashing each other in the press. It feels a bit hollow when a band that always stood for being genuine starts acting like they're just playing a part for a paycheck... 😢
