I’ve actually been through this a bunch of times before (mostly without even realizing it)

But lately, I’ve been working on this specific technique where I can just make my whole body go completely numb, like I can't feel a single thing
I just slowly let go, and at that exact moment when I feel myself disconnect from my brain—boom—that’s when I can totally float right out of my body

And you’re probably right about digging into the subconscious; the sensation is honestly like hitting a "master reset" button on your soul
The thing is, though, I still haven't figured out how to actually fix or rewire the stuff I find down there in the deep end.

Man, if I could just find a decent tutorial for it.

brighttiger41, how much of a stretch is it to think I could actually get close to Rebecca Morris2?

I suppose you all are quite lucky. 😁
Quavo:
I suppose I should probably mention that I’ve finally managed to find what we were looking for—though, given my luck, it likely won't stay found for long. It was tucked away quite unexpectedly. I suppose this particular term is the crux of the whole matter—the absolute key to understanding the topic at hand. 🙂
Well, I suppose it comes down to this—whoever is actually looking for it will eventually find it. It’s all a matter of effort, I guess. 😉

Quavo:
Wait—which woman are we talking about?
I suppose I really don't know—this one, anyway.
I suppose I should probably weigh in here—if only to offer a bit of perspective. It seems like everyone is getting quite worked up about this, though I can’t say I entirely follow the logic behind some of these heated arguments. Looking at what brighttiger41 mentioned earlier, I think there might be a slight misunderstanding of how the market actually functions. It isn't quite as straightforward as people seem to believe—not by a long shot. Even if we consider the points raised by Elizabeth Bishop4, I suspect the reality is a bit more nuanced—perhaps even a little more complicated—than that. Maybe it’s just me, but I find the current tone of this discussion a bit much. It feels like we’re jumping to conclusions without really looking at the underlying data—which, as we know, is usually where the real story lies. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how things unfold.
I suppose you have more life in you than I do. 🙄
Quavo:
During my breaks, I’d usually wander over to a nearby coffee shop—just one of those local spots—to grab a drink. I’d sit there among people I recognize from passing by, though, in truth, I don't even know their names.
Well, perhaps you might have found some clarity if you had simply asked them for their names first—I guess. 🤷
You know—by their very definition, people communicate through dialogue and conversation—they don't exactly reach an understanding via telepathy, I suppose.
I realize this might be news to you, but—if I'm being honest—I suspect there's more to the story than what's currently on the table. 😛

Quavo:
No.
Yes. 😁

Do you actually think a relationship works like that? 😁 Like, can you even stay in a relationship with that kind of dynamic? Come on, man, get real.

And we're right back at square one.

So, even if I actually meet someone, what am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to maintain anything when I'm basically a total social cripple?

When you actually take a step back and look at the current landscape—and I mean really weigh the options—which phone am I actually going to end up with?
I wonder—who exactly is calling me or sending these messages?
Who am I even supposed to be reaching out to—or better yet, who should I be corresponding with? I mean, who is actually available here? 🙂
Perhaps someone might actually bother to call you.
If you have him. 🙂
How does one even go about using a fax machine without being forced to leave a mobile number? It seems like a bit much—I guess they're just looking for more ways to track us these days. The enrollment forms—if you can even call them that—are finally being processed. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see how the registration settles. Every year—or perhaps just a set number of times—it seems we find ourselves back at this same point. 😕

The elderly couple is home all day—retired, I suppose—and they spend most of their time just sitting there watching cable.

Well, when you have two successful sisters and a married brother all heading to the same place—it’s bound to be absolute chaos. He isn't lonely by any means, I suppose. It's just that he tends to be... rather inert.
Perhaps you should try finding people who aren't quite so... stagnant—to start with. 😁

I might even consider making the trip to see someone—though I suppose driving all the way to a place like St. Louis just for a cup of coffee feels a bit unrealistic, doesn't it?
So, what have you been up to during this time of year—you know, while classes are still in session? 🤷

Quavo:
But then again, I suppose I don't really know.
I suppose you’re trying to get under my skin—or perhaps you feel I am attempting to mess with your head. I guess it's a possibility. 😁

Look, I wouldn't normally put it quite like this, but I stand by it. I really do. This whole situation gets under my skin so much that just thinking about it right now makes me want to grab a lasso, throw it around someone's neck, and drag them straight down to the basement 🤣

Everything I just said isn't directed at you specifically; I'm just speaking generally. How many times have I seen those older people on the news or on CNN, or maybe you've seen them too, acting like they should just be tossed aside? It’s infuriating. Seriously, how can people be like that? Ugh, it just drives me crazy. 😠

I totally get where you're coming from.
But have you actually ever seen someone act or talk like that in real life?

Like, what, am I supposed to just fall head over heels for "your" car? 😁

If it belonged to some random person—doesn't matter if you own a ride or not—they would absolutely lose their mind on you... they'd make your entire life a living hell for even suggesting it...
.. that I'd go out and wreck their BlackRock-tier Mercedes.

I don't know, man... should I just throw myself out there and try to get close to people? I'm honestly not so sure about it.
Man, when you’ve got two successful sisters and a brother who’s already hitched, things get absolutely wild once everyone shows up at the house—it’s pure chaos, I love it! He’s definitely not lonely by any means, but he just sits there totally motionless like he’s stuck in neutral.
