Any idea when we might actually be allowed to drive from one county to the next? I really need to head over to the bike shop to check out some gear—hopefully soon!
Man, looking at this LC Power thing, it honestly looks almost identical to my current stock cooler... I mean, I have no clue if it actually performs any better than what I've got right now, to be honest
I figured I'd just ask here instead of cluttering things up with a whole new thread. So, I'm running an FX 6300 with the stock cooler... and honestly, if it doesn't sound like a washing machine going through a heavy spin cycle while I'm playing GTA 5, I'm not happy—but even then, my temps hit about 65-70c. That’s not exactly ideal, right?
Looking at these options, which one is the best pick from $33? I don't need anything crazy or high-end—just something that can shave off maybe 10 degrees and won't sound like a jet engine compared to this stock http://www.amazon.com/cpu-coolers
So, I noticed this tiny little bump right on the opening of my right nostril—just a small little corner there—and I was wondering if that's actually totally normal?
I might try to post some photos later today or maybe tomorrow, if anyone's actually interested in seeing them!
I’m not going to write a whole novel here—just feeling a bit lazy today. Anyway, I am beyond thrilled with how everything turned out; honestly, I can barely recognize my own nose. Huge shoutout and high recommendations for Dr. Dick Tončić and his entire team! 👍
So, I do have a few quick questions.
1. Now that the cast is off, can I go back to my regular skincare routine just like before the surgery? 2. Since my skin broke out quite a bit because it couldn't breathe for eight days, what would you suggest is the best way to clear that up? 3. When I laugh, I get this sensation where my upper lip and the tip of my nose feel totally numb... is it okay to laugh and talk normally without worrying that I'll mess up the results or anything?
Uff, I just realized this! I honestly thought my nose was just congested or something—but then I went to scratch a little bit earlier and realized my nose is LITERALLY full of crusties!
I’m headed in tomorrow to get my dental molds taken, but how on earth am I going to fix this? Is some basic saline solution enough to clear it all out?
Taking the bandages off today—man, it is such a relief to finally breathe again! I’m really hoping I can actually get some sleep tonight! 🙂👋
No issues with any swelling or anything, everything went super smoothly.
I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror for the first time—looking at the tip of my new nose (the bottom part, the tip, the bridge)—and honestly, I barely recognize the guy staring back! 😍 I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
So, it looks like I'll be all wrapped up in about two days... honestly, I'm still feeling pretty great—the only weird thing is that it's turned a little blueish right under both my eyes! But hey, I'm told that's totally normal
It wasn't really about him bragging about his work or anything—it was more that since my nose was a bit crooked to begin with (the left side was always a little off), he told me during the consultation that he couldn't give a 100% guarantee that the nostrils would be perfectly symmetrical... but emphasizing that specific part of the surgery, he did say it turned out really well 😁
I'm just resting up and watching movies on my tablet—don't you worry about me, haha!! I don't have ANY side effects at all, aside from the obvious stuff like a stuffed-up nose, which I can easily deal with I look like Hannibal with all these bandages on :O
Hey everyone—just lying here in bed getting some much-needed rest before I head out to my hostel around 3:30 PM. Everything went perfectly smoothly—Tony and the entire staff were amazing (especially that blonde receptionist/nurse, she was an absolute queen!) 🙂
I’m feeling great, honestly... no nausea or anything at all... just feeling a little bit of pressure in my nose from the jelly mold they used.
Once the surgery wrapped up, the anesthesiologist actually said, "WOW, what a cute little nose," and the doctor told me it turned out awesome!! 😁
Who's going to be around next Monday? I'd love to catch up and see you guys then!
