So, I just got back from the doctor, and they ordered a urine culture for me. The results came back totally sterile. Now, they’ve gone ahead and prescribed Sinersul Forte, 800 mg every 12 hours for 10 days. Honestly? I have no clue if there's even any point in me taking this stuff.

What was the whole point of even running this test in the first place?

I've been peeing way more often lately, and the urine smells gross, plus there's a lot of mucus. Everything seems fine on the OBGYN side, so my doctor told me I should probably get my urine checked out again.

So, I just got my urinalysis results back. Since my doctor won't be able to see me for my annual checkup until way later, can anyone tell me what's actually going on here? My white blood cell count is elevated.
