Chrome doesn't work that way. All the tools are tucked under the key icon (on the right, just below the X)...

To be honest, if you're doing CAD, a larger 17" screen would definitely be better. But then there's the mobility factor... it really comes down to how often you plan on lugging it around. You won't get anything done with Adobe Reader because, well, like the name suggests, it’s just a reader..

Since you already have Smallpdf, check out this link to see how it's done..

You can edit PDFs using certain tools, but honestly, it's easier to just keep the original in Word and regenerate the PDF from scratch every time..

Either the router supports bandwidth testing—similar to what Jacob Foster11 uses—or you need a dedicated PC acting as a gateway for everyone's connection to measure traffic locally...
