RN vs. MD: What's the real difference? in Health ·
silverpuma542 said:Complexes? Please—the guy was just asking what their salaries look like. 😂

Nah, he’s just straight-up clueless.😲

Honestly, this whole thing was probably just bait anyway...🤣🤣

Jacob Foster11 said:You talking about those emojis that aren't built into this forum—the ones you have to grab from somewhere else?

It’s easy. Just sign up for an image hosting site (like Imgur). Once you’ve got an account, you can make your own albums. Make one specifically just for emojis and load it up with your favorites. Then, just bookmark that album link in your browser. Boom. It takes a tiny bit of setup, but once it's done, all your go-to emojis are just one click away.

Thanks. 😍That would actually be awesome!🤣🤣

Quick question about emojis.🙂 Is there any way to grab all my favorite ones and keep them in one spot? I'm tired of acting like an idiot—clicking through half a dozen different pages just to find one specific smiley, then copying and pasting it over and over again...🙄 There’s gotta be a better way, right?😛
Does Salmonella infection have anything to do with your overall health? Basically—are people with weaker immune systems more likely to catch it, or does that even matter at all?
Does a draft actually cause illness? in Health ·
Look, I don't even call it a draft—it’s more like a summer breeze. 🤷It makes total sense that you won't get sick from just a little air movement. But cold air? Yeah, obviously, that'll mess you up.

I mean, what do I know? Seems totally normal to me!

That’s why I’m asking—what's so unhealthy about it?

Seriously, some people are just born jerks. If this keeps up, I'm gonna turn into a total psycho! But they're all so small, like tiny little pests. I don't have the $6667energy to take them all out!

Just go see a doctor, God bless you!🙏

Ugh, women!🙏🙏🙏
Are you actually serious right now?😲 🤷
I can't stop peeing! in Health ·
It’s not like I’m dealing with a massive issue or anything, but I definitely feel like I’m running to the bathroom way more often than everyone else.🤣 I don't even drink that much water—it's mostly just constant coffee. And as far as I know, caffeine is a diuretic.🤷
What could this be? in Health ·
Honestly, stress can do some seriously weird stuff to your body. It happened to me—I was dealing with nausea and a low-grade fever too. Not sure if that’s what you’re feeling, but man, you wouldn't believe how much stress can actually wreck you.

Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
Carl Flores9 said:Don't worry the girl too much.😢 You can start taking them on the fifth day, though I believe they don't provide contraceptive protection during the first month or the first seven days, I'm not entirely certain. For all pills, the instructions specify when to start and how much protection you get depending on which day of the cycle you begin. And if you are taking them for another medical indication rather than contraception, I believe it really doesn't matter whether it's the first or the fifth day...

Look, I already said I'm an extreme case. 🤣
I've seriously never heard of anyone going through what happened to me.🤷 Total disaster.
Guess I'm just a special case.🙄
Hormonal Contraception: The Pill [General Discussion] in Women's Health ·
I had a absolutely horrific, nightmare experience with that kind of birth control. I was 14—taking some pills (can’t even remember which ones) because my bleeding was totally out of control. I almost ended up needing a blood transfusion. Took three pills and landed straight in the ER.😢I couldn't even stay on my feet from how weak I felt—I was passing out even while lying in bed!!! Like, seriously, I was losing consciousness while just lying there!🙏🙏

Never in a million years would I ever consider taking anything from that group again.
Obviously, I'm an extreme case, but trust me—that day, I genuinely thought I was dying.☕God forbid I ever need that stuff again, because what I went through is just impossible to put into words. It was terrifying. 👎
Women with masculine physical traits in Health ·
Look, as a woman who’s into women myself🤣, I can tell you—if I met a girl I actually liked, the last thing on my mind would be checking her hormone levels to see if she was "worthy."
So, if this guy dumps you or decides you're "too hairy" for his specific taste, just know you didn't lose a thing. He clearly wasn't into the real you.☕

Susan Wilson56 said:I’m super hairy too—honestly, hair everywhere except my eyelids and behind my ears. My hormones were fine about 9 months ago, but then I started on birth control, and after I stopped (for 6 months), the facial hair became really obvious, along with other spots on my body. I don't think it's a hormone thing because my period has been perfectly regular, so I guess I'm just built this way. I've been in a relationship for over a year now, and I never actually told my boyfriend, "Hey, just so you know, I plucked my face today," but he definitely notices. I mean, honestly, who wouldn't?! He’s looking at me from like 6 inches away—I can't lie to myself and pretend it isn't visible. Even when I look at my friend who's also hairy, I notice it on her face, and I'm not getting in her personal space like he does with me. Truth is, I find myself checking more often lately to see if anyone else deals with this. My confidence took a huge hit, which obviously affected my relationship, but he tells me I look hotter and prettier every single day. I deal with legs using a razor and everything else with an epilator. I don't have the cash for permanent solutions right now, so for the face, I'm planning to try some Bioxet cream and see if it helps. Until I can get rid of them for good, I just have to accept myself as I am.
hang in there😉

Wait, you're saying that was caused by the pills?! And now it's just... permanent?!😲😲
Isn't increased hair growth usually treated *with* hormones?😕
It actually happened. No clue how, either. Just went down out of nowhere.🤷

God, I hate hypocrisy.🙄
I’d love to see those people who act like being hit by a bus is some minor inconvenience—if they actually had to deal with the fallout themselves—how they'd react.☕

To the author: maybe try being a little more persistent with the recovery efforts. 🙂
NuvaRing: Experiences and reviews? in Women's Health ·
I’ve got zero experience, and honestly? I don't want any.
Might as well just get the uterus out of the equation—then we won't have to deal with these headaches anymore.☕

It’s honestly pathetic how much women do just for a bit of temporary relief. Now, even taking an Advil feels wrong.🤷
I’m not really a pill person myself. That’s also just a quick fix, but whatever—that's totally off topic.
I just can't bring myself to get angry at anyone in Psychology & Therapy ·
That’s just how people act when they refuse to catch feelings for anyone—people who've basically given up on expecting anything from others besides a massive letdown.
Or maybe they just think they don't deserve better. Personally? I think if you actually have an ounce of self-respect, you're gonna get pissed off about certain things. If you truly don't give a damn about anything, something's definitely broken in your head.☕
Best antacids for a sensitive stomach? in Health ·
Just take 2 mg of Nomabel. But honestly? Check how those pills hit you before the big day—you don't want to be totally wiped out right in the middle of your exam.
And stick to the usual bland diet when your stomach's acting up.
Dealing with difficult people? in Psychology ·
Yeah, totally. I get why people feel normal doing this. They play the victim card because they actually love the attention—it’s a total ego trip when they have maniacs running around them like 🙄
.
That said, there are definitely some genuinely insufferable people out there...☕
