...I am genuinely curious about why women used to think they weren't allowed to wash their hair?..How did they even justify that logic to themselves?🤷 ..The only thing I ever heard was my grandmother claiming it wasn't a good idea to bathe while on your period because you'd end up with joint inflammation..but hey, grandmas will be grandmas, I guess. ..And now I'm supposed to believe this theory about hair dye too..hmm...no way, I just don't see how that would have anything to do with how the color takes...sure, hormones exist, but still, I'm not buying it.

If that's the case, you’re probably gonna need an antibiotic. But hey, if it’s just the flu, then I’m sending good vibes your way—hope you feel better and get over this quick! 🙂
...I think they both are... I'm heading to the doctor today... my fever hit 104.😢
Man, I’ve been hit by the worst flu ever. Every single inch of my body aches; I can barely even get out of bed. My lymph nodes in my neck are swollen and super sore, swallowing anything is pure torture, my fever is sitting around 101.3, I'm dizzy, and I keep waking up in the middle of the night from shivering and back pain....🤷..so, what actually counts as a "severe" case of the flu? I usually pick up a flu bug every winter, but it's never felt this intense... especially the throat pain, which feels like someone is literally ripping my tonsils out..🤷...that doesn't feel quite typical for the flu to me... How many of you have managed to catch the flu? Do you guys go to the doctor for it?.. I usually don't, but now I'm seriously considering it because of how bad my throat is... What are you all doing to treat yourselves?
..you aren't alone here... I'm dealing with the exact same thing. I don't usually hit the pillow until 4 or 5 in the morning, and then I'm dragging myself out of bed somewhere between noon and 2 PM. I try to force myself to wake up earlier so I'm actually tired by nighttime, but it’s a losing battle. Once I finally drift off, I’m dead to the world—no amount of noise can pull me out of bed. Honestly, if anyone tries to mess with me while I'm out, I might actually lose it. 😁..I’m thinking about just staying awake for one full night straight to see what happens..

Look, it’s probably better if we just tell her the truth so she doesn't end up disappointed... though honestly, I don't see how he even managed to get her attention in the first place.😵

I mean, we're already dealing with junk food, hormone disruptors, toxic cosmetics—we're drinking water from plastic bottles and basically rubbing bacteria onto our faces that have been killing soldiers since the plague just to get skin as tight as a Lombardo drum. What difference does sitting near someone smoking five packs of cigarettes in a couple of hours actually make? It's all part of the same mess.
That's true... but you're really overthinking it. If you're just occasionally around smokers, you'd honestly be better off worrying about all those other things you mentioned. It would be a different story if you were forced to spend several hours with them every single day against your will...

😂 Since the heart pumps blood into the aorta in rhythmic surges (roughly 70 beats per minute at 70 mL each), the blood flow through your arteries naturally pulses. Because arterial walls are elastic, they expand and contract with every surge of blood passing through them. This creates a pulse that you can actually feel, especially in areas where the vessels are closer to the surface. By checking that pulse, we can essentially count your heart rate. ....🙂
I feel like I’m freezing constantly... which is exactly why summer is my absolute favorite season.😍 ...just imagine living with someone who thinks it's too hot all year round.😲 ...it's a total disaster. I'm over here cranking up the thermostat while they're busy throwing the windows wide open. We've even had guests come over who practically passed out from the heat, while I'm just sitting there shivering in the corner.🤣

I just can't do it... I was on them for three and a half years... Diane35, Yasmin, and Cilest all ended up dealing with high cholesterol😲 ...honestly, ladies: please keep an eye on your cholesterol levels if you're using birth control pills... I actually found out by accident during some other tests... my gynecologists don't really emphasize it, and then we end up facing serious issues in our 40s from a "sudden" stroke.
Hannah Lopez40 said:Ladies... what about PMS? Does it hit you guys hard, or do you barely feel anything at all?
I mean, I honestly don't know what it feels like😁 ...in my twelve years, I had cramps once that were so bad I couldn't even get out of bed... and that was it. I don't really get moody or anything—people around me would tell you that too.
I get super irritable, I can't stop snacking, and I just feel really down and end up crying all the time...!! 😁 😁 🙂
...Yeah, me too... though for me, it’s usually not even PMS, it’s just people driving me absolutely crazy.

Yeah, I probably should... but honestly, the guy 🙏 ...told me I’d be getting hairier if that were the case😂... is it even possible that isn't it? Like, maybe my body is just doing its own thing... because besides having a weird cycle, I don't really have any other symptoms, actually...
I was really thinking about this today... over the last year, my cycle has been anywhere from 25 to 36 days😕. I'm 23, and even though I started my period at 11, things still haven't quite settled into a predictable pattern😲(my periods usually last about 4, maybe 5 days). To be honest, I don't even really know what PMS 🤣 feels like... I actually asked my doctor if I could get an ovarian ultrasound (I've never had one before), but he told me there's no reason to worry about PCOS because, if he may say so, I "look very healthy"🙄... he said that during the exam. He insisted an ultrasound wasn't necessary, so okay, I guess he knows best, right? But then I end up spending every single month terrified of being pregnant because I genuinely have no idea if or when my period is going to show up. Today is day 30, and still nothing
