Man, I’ve been exactly where you are. Constant high fevers, throat infections—it was relentless. I went through rounds upon rounds of antibiotics, and honestly? It just made me feel worse every single time. Eventually, they just ripped my Krajnik out, but even that didn't fix a damn thing. Back then, I didn't really have a say in what happened to my own body, either. Basically, doctors will just keep shoving pills down your throat until you're totally spent. Those antibiotics absolutely wreck your immune system, and you aren't going to see any real improvement until you finally break free from that cycle. For me, things only started looking up once I made some massive changes to my diet and how I live my life.
My daughter went through this same nightmare when she was two or three. Just constant colds and spiking temperatures. We were cycling her through endless courses of antibiotics. My wife and I eventually realized we couldn't keep doing this to her. So, the next time an infection hit, we skipped the meds entirely. We did that a few more times, and ever since, she’s been perfectly healthy. Maybe one cold every couple of years tops. Clearly, her immune system finally found its footing.
Look, if a doctor is prescribing antibiotics for a viral infection, I’d seriously start questioning their credentials. Honestly, I wouldn't even trust them. Tearing out your Krajnik is a super aggressive way to handle things—that should be nothing more than a last resort. Those things actually play a vital role in your immune defense, yet people toss them out like they're nothing.
As a starting point, I’d suggest cutting out all dairy, sugar, and processed flour. Just doing that usually makes a huge difference. If you want to dig deeper into anything specific, shoot me a DM.
Tuna and what's inside it in Health ·
driftinggull13 said:Which one? Atlantic, Pacific, Indian?

Look, tuna basically acts like a sponge for toxins compared to other fish. And honestly? You’ll never actually know where that specific catch was pulled from anyway. So, arguing about where it came from is just a massive waste of breath.
Tuna and what's inside it in Health ·
Tuna is basically one of the most polluted fish out there. Honestly, given how much junk is in them, I wouldn't even touch them if I were you.
Did I eat healthy yesterday? in Health ·
So, I'm looking for some feedback...
Breakfast: green tea with honey, 2 tablespoons of oats and 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds with Activia yogurt, a pear
Snack: half a large apple
Lunch: lentil, potato, and carrot stew, a slice of whole grain bread
Snack: decaf coffee with soy milk, 2 fiber granola bars
Dinner: a small can of tuna, mixed salad (tomato, bell pepper, onion, sunflower and sesame seeds, olive oil, apple cider vinegar), half a slice of whole grain bread[/QUOTE

The menu isn't terrible, but man, there’s definitely room to level up here:
1. Swap that honey for barley malt. Honestly, honey hits pretty much like white sugar does.
2. Throw some dried fruit in with those oats and flaxseeds. Also, ditch the dairy yogurt—cow's milk is kind of a junk food in my book. Try rice milk instead.
3. Eat your fresh fruit on its own. Don't just mix it into other meals; give it its own time.
4. Soy milk is fine, but don't go overboard with it.
5. If you're buying tomatoes and peppers out of season, skip it. No thanks.
6. Tuna is loaded with heavy metals. If you're going the canned fish route, grab some sardines instead. Much better move.

Bottom line? You're heading in the right direction! Good luck with everything!
Questions about water in Health ·
Man, I’d love to actually see those studies. So you're saying there was chlorine at the source, but none coming out of the tap? That's wild.
Questions about water in Health ·
Look, don't be naive—there is a massive difference between tap water and spring water. Sure, tap water is microbiologically "safe," but that's only because it’s been absolutely nuked with chlorine and heavy metals. Most of those metals just end up building up inside your pipes anyway. Honestly, you're better off sticking to bottled water, even if the quality of that can be pretty hit-or-miss depending on what you grab.
Bulking tips and advice? in Health ·
Maria Booth83 said:I'm about 5'8" or 5'9" and weighing in at maybe 140 lbs. I've been hitting the gym pretty hard lately, but honestly, what kind of food should I be slamming if I want to actually pack on some muscle and weight?
No pills or supplements, please. Just real food.
thanks

And why even bother trying to bulk up? Your weight is literally perfect. Half the guys in this country would kill to have your build.
I wouldn't touch that with a ten-foot pole.
Honestly, are you even low on protein? I highly doubt it. Based on some recent studies coming out, slamming too much protein can actually spike your risk for things like cancer, heart attacks, diabetes, and osteoporosis. Animal proteins are the real heavy hitters when it comes to danger, but honestly, don't go overboard with the plant-based stuff either. Just keep it balanced.
Tylenol dosage and effectiveness in Health ·
When we're talking about tackling acute pain, chronic aches, or running a fever, everyone points to acetaminophen-based stuff—think Tylenol, Advil, or even Percocet—as the "safe" bet. People toss them to toddlers without a second thought because you can just grab them off any drugstore shelf without a prescription. They’ve become a permanent fixture in every American household's medicine cabinet. Honestly, most people are popping these things on a regular basis. Sometimes even daily. Let’s be real: the massive advertising campaigns worked. But what everyone conveniently forgets is that this is actual MEDICINE, and nothing that powerful is truly harmless.
Look, it's common knowledge that acetaminophen is TOXIC TO THE LIVER. WE'RE TALKING SYMPTOMS THAT LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRONIC ALCOHOLISM, and it can straight-up lead to organ failure. Using it on kids is an even bigger gamble since their little bodies just can't detoxify like adults can. (Don't get me wrong, most of the damage comes from using it way too often over a long period.) On top of that, PARACETAMOL PERMANENTLY DEPLETES YOUR LIVER ENZYME RESERVES—the very ones meant to break down other toxins you might run into. And yeah, the toxic side effects can also mess with your kidneys, though maybe slightly less intensely.
Let's look at this from a practical standpoint. Why are you even taking it? If something hurts, the logical move is to figure out *why* it hurts and actually ADDRESS THE ROOT CAUSE. Not just mask the symptoms. BECAUSE MASKING SYMPTOMS HAS NEVER ACTUALLY CURED ANYONE. It’s even more idiotic when people treat these pills like candy, popping them even when they aren't really sick. Just out of pure habit. You'd be shocked, but there are plenty of people like that.
As for using it to bring down a fever, that's even more questionable. You probably already know that a fever is actually a normal defense mechanism for your body, BECAUSE IT HELPS FLUSH OUT TOXINS AND SIGNIFICANTLY SLOWS DOWN THE REPRODUCTION OF PATHOGENIC BACTERIA. I really hope you don't want to stay sick longer, because that's exactly what happens when you rely on acetaminophen. Basically, UNCOMFORTABLE CONDITIONS CAN GET WAY MORE COMPLICATED IF YOU DEACTIVATE YOUR BODY'S DEFENSE FORCES WITH DRUGS. Sure, if you hit an extreme high fever (which is super rare), you need to bring it down, but you can do that easily enough with just some cold water. You shouldn't even be intervening unless it hits 104 degrees. (Some natural medicine folks say even a bit higher than that.) For most people, that kind of fever never even happens.
One more thing: acetaminophen isn't a sedative, even though people use it like one. It’s true that babies and small kids seem calmer at night after taking it. But THAT'S JUST A RESULT OF THE TOXIC EFFECT. (It's like how chronic alcoholics find it easier to pass out after a decent amount of "drinking.") It’s a fake sense of peace. In the long run, sleep issues are definitely going to get worse, or you'll develop real insomnia that becomes a nightmare to fix. There's even suspicion that long-term use leads to dependency. All in all, "safe" drugs only exist in someone's imagination.
HPV vaccine discussion in Women's Health ·
Total bombshell news. We might actually be looking at wiping out cervical cancer! Apparently, EVERY SINGLE GIRL AROUND 11 OR 12 YEARS OLD SHOULD GET THIS NEW VACCINE TO PREVENT HPV INFECTION. Everyone says HPV is the main culprit behind cervical cancer. (Estimates say there are 6 million infected people right here in the US alone.) Since it spreads through sexual contact, getting protected before things even kick off seems like common sense. (Changing partners frequently carries its own set of risks, obviously.) So, the shot is called Gardasil, and those three doses will run you about $360 total. That's insanely expensive—TEN TIMES WHAT OTHER VACCINES COST. Is it actually worth it? Approval is super fresh, so I don't even know if this thing is going to become mandatory. Look, preventing cancer is huge. NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT. But let's try to push the emotions aside for a second and look at this with a cold, hard logic. The manufacturer, Merck, is desperate for a blockbuster hit. They need something with a massive user base where nobody's gonna haggle over the price tag. Remember how Vioxx and Fosamax were supposed to fill their coffers? Well, massive lawsuits over catastrophic side effects ended up draining billions. Vioxx killed thousands, maybe tens of thousands of people. And we see the fallout from Fosamax every single day. Even so, Fosamax is still easy enough to get your hands on. Once you slap the "best drug" label on osteoporosis treatment, it’s hard to erase. You gotta fix the bones first, then worry about the PR later. And that US advisory board that decided whether to register Gardasil? It's basically a nest of conflicts of interest. It's an open secret that the list is packed with either Merck employees or people who are way too close to them. "GUIDED THINKING" is definitely in play here. Some might argue, "Okay, sure, the interests are obvious, but aren't three shots—even pricey ones—better than cancer?" Yeah, that's exactly how they spin it in medical circles. I'm worried the whole question is being framed wrong.

Our bodies aren't built that way. Real cancer prevention isn't found in a syringe; it's about your natural immune status. Emotional balance, eating right, avoiding toxins, getting enough sleep, and staying active. Everything else is just a total illusion.

About thirty years ago, everyone thought herpes simplex was the cause of cervical cancer. Then, the blame shifted entirely to HPV because they realized its DNA is often (BUT NOT ALWAYS) integrated into the genetic structure of cervical cancer. In reality, "HPV" is just a catch-all term for over 100 different viruses, and only about thirty of them are linked to cancer. Gardasil ONLY WORKS AGAINST SOME OF THEM, so the preventive effect is thought to top out at 70%. WHICH IS BARELY MORE EFFECTIVE THAN USING A CONDOM.

Lately, there's been more and more debate about the link between HPV and cancer. The real drivers of abnormal cell growth usually stem from an unhealthy lifestyle. SINCE RAPIDLY GROWING CANCER CELLS ARE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO INFECTIONS THAN OTHER CELLS, VIRUSES ARE LIKELY JUST INDICATORS, NOT THE ACTUAL CAUSE OF THE DISEASE. The National Cancer Institute pushes the connection between HPV and cancer, even though they simultaneously ADMIT THAT A DIRECT CAUSAL RELATIONSHIP HAS NEVER BEEN PROVEN.

Time will tell. The dark side of every vaccine always comes to light eventually. (Remember the whole autism explosion?) Honestly, maybe one day we'll just eat some genetically engineered plant that has a vaccine integrated into it. One or a hundred of them. PROTECTION FROM DISEASE THAT PERFECTLY COUNTERACTS A LIFESTYLE OF UNHEALTHY HABITS. Just like those diet pills that claim to melt fat away regardless of how much junk food you eat.
Do vaccines actually work? in Health ·
Mass immunization is basically the holy grail of our healthcare system's agenda. They’re so obsessed with it that the list of diseases they want to jab us against just keeps growing and growing. It's an absolute gamble, honestly, and the actual protection against infectious stuff? Questionable at best. Especially when you look at those common childhood illnesses. BIG PHARMA HAS ATTACHED SOME HORRIFIC DOOMSDAY SCENARIO TO EVERY SINGLE ONE JUST TO JUSTIFY POKING HOLES IN A KID'S IMMUNE SYSTEM. Basically, they think nothing should be left to nature. BECAUSE NATURE IS "BAD." Take rubella, for example. It’s a perfect case study.

Rubella is one of those "harmless" childhood rashes. Medical intervention is pretty much overkill. Except for one tiny detail... apparently, catching it during the first trimester of pregnancy CAN mess up the fetus. That's the big selling point for mass vaccination. The other reason? Convenience. IT’S BETTER NOT TO GET SICK THAN TO GET SICK. Sure, sounds totally logical if you don't think about it too hard.

But let's be real: the odds of actually getting sick during that specific first trimester window are slim. (Most people catch it when they're little kids anyway.) And as for the vaccines themselves? Studies show that JUST A FEW YEARS AFTER THE RUBELLA SHOT, ANY TRACE OF THAT ARTIFICIAL IMMUNITY VANISHES, and this happens to about a third of people who got it. Nobody can tell you for sure how long this fake "protection" lasts. Or if it even works at all. Not to mention the mutated virus strains popping up everywhere—which the vaccine doesn't even touch.

Still, they say young women and future moms need special protection. Even though artificial immunity CANNOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO NATURAL IMMUNITY. And here's the kicker: we end up doing exactly what we were trying to avoid. We strip these women of the chance to build up natural defenses, which means rubella just shows up later in life when the symptoms hit way harder. WHICH MEANS THE RISK OF GETTING SICK DURING PREGNANCY ACTUALLY GOES UP. In other words, we might see more fetal damage IF THE MOTHER WAS VACCINATED. (If you're still living in the fantasy that vaccinated people are invincible, reality is going to hit you hard. All because they think YOU CAN'T COPY NATURE WHEN IT COMES TO IMMUNITY.)

Then there’s the whole "is the vaccine itself toxic?" question. Spoiler alert: things aren't looking great there either. Arthritis symptoms pop up in at least 4% of those "protected" folks. SOME AUTHORS EVEN CLAIM IT'S AS HIGH AS 26%. There's actual proof of the virus hanging out in joints after the shot. The pain can be intense enough to stop you from walking normally. These symptoms can drag on for months, sometimes even FOR YEARS. AND JUST BECAUSE THE PAIN STOPS DOESN'T MEAN IT WON'T COME BACK. We've even seen serious complications like rheumatoid arthritis being logged.

If we accept the medical claim that rubella is the main threat to unborn babies, then pregnant women should be able to trust that their OB-GYNs won't pass the disease to them. You'd expect a doctor not to be a walking infection source. But get this: according to a study out of California, 90% OF OB-GYNS REFUSED THE RUBELLA VACCINE. The healthcare system doesn't really slap any restrictions on medical staff who aren't fully covered by shots. Kind of a paradox, right? If the doctors themselves are spooked, why on earth are they pushing this on our kids?

The body has its own built-in ways to handle sickness. Childhood infections are A CRITICAL LINK IN STRENGTHENING THAT ENTIRE SYSTEM. They're a vital part of growing up. Obviously, nobody is going to go out and intentionally infect a child. But running away screaming from a harmless infection by using tools with unpredictable side effects? I don't know what to call it. Irrational fear. Fanaticism. Mental torture. Pure stupidity. Rubella is just one example. Is this protecting fetuses, or is it just violence against them?
The kid lost a leg, and honestly, he might lose his mind too.
Look, I’ve seen enough of these cases to know they happen way more often than the news lets on. Most of the time, they just sweep it under the rug. Some medical board holds a meeting, decides everything was "standard procedure," and suddenly, nothing ever comes of it.
There are independent studies out there suggesting medical malpractice is actually one of the top five leading causes of death. But usually, those deaths get filed under something else entirely. I personally know people who went through an absolute nightmare in American hospitals. They walked out in much worse shape than when they checked in.
It’s pathetic. In this country, patient rights exist perfectly fine on paper, but in the real world? Forget about it. And the arrogance of these doctors is just off the charts.

Benjamin Murphy2, those "brilliant" insights of yours definitely need a reality check. Honestly, you might have missed a few things here, and I’m pretty sure you pulled that "a few thousand times rarer" bit straight out of thin air.
Estimates suggest encephalitis, as a side effect of measles, pops up at a rate of about 1 in 10,000, though some authors put it closer to 1 in 100,000. You mostly see it happening in malnourished kids living in extreme poverty.
Looking at US data, back in 1900, there were 13.3 measles deaths per 100,000 people, but by 1955, that number plummeted to just 0.03. And get this—the vaccine wasn't even introduced until AFTER that drop. In other words, mortality rates tanked by over 97% BEFORE the vaccine ever hit the scene. Medicine loves to conveniently forget that part. By the time we look at 1978 data, more than half of the people catching measles had actually been vaccinated.
Lately, there's also way more chatter about potential long-term fallout from the measles vaccine, including how it might play into cancer development later in life.
One doctor over in Los Angeles put it this way: "As a father, I chose NOT to vaccinate my child. As a physician, I HAVE to follow the recommendations of health organizations, even if I don't agree with them." So, what do you think? Does he know something you don't?
Do vaccines actually work? in Health ·
"Vaccines are safe and they protect us from getting sick. If there are any risks at all, they're way smaller than the disease itself." That’s the big line you hear everywhere, right? Blasting through the news cycles. It’s also what "official" medicine tells you. But honestly? The history of vaccination isn't exactly sunshine and rainbows. Maybe we wouldn't see so many tragedies if people actually had the WILL TO RE-EXAMINE THE "ETERNAL TRUTH." People hate talking about it, but I'm gonna pull back the curtain on some of those dark pages for you...
Back in the day, Robert Mendelsohn, one of the heavy hitters in pediatrics, actually said: "Using live or killed vaccines actually INCREASES, RATHER THAN REDUCES, the chance of your child getting sick. For instance, the best way to protect your kid from polio is NOT GETTING VACCINATED. Sounds crazy, but it's painfully true."
Did you know the mumps vaccine carries a RISK OF MENINGITIS? Or that the measles shot can trigger ENCEPHALITIS, along with a kind of brain swelling that ALMOST ALWAYS ENDS FATALLY? Look, defending yourself against measles isn't some harmless little procedure. On top of that, side effects can include mental disabilities, seizures, paralysis, and blindness. Seriously, AREN'T MEASLES ACTUALLY LESS DANGEROUS ANYWAY?
According to science, as much as 26% of American kids vaccinated against rubella DEVELOPED SOME FORM OF ARTHRITIS. Some cases were bad enough to land them in the hospital. THE VIRUS CAN BE ISOLATED IN THE AFFECTED JOINTS FOR YEARS AFTER THE SHOT. Since rubella is most dangerous for unborn babies, it would make sense for hospital staff and every single OB-GYN to be vaccinated against it. But get this: 90% of them refuse. MAYBE THEY KNOW SOMETHING WE DON'T. And damn, wouldn't we love to know.
According to American sources, the combined DPT vaccine (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus) CAUSES AT LEAST 1,000 DEATHS ANNUALLY among American infants.
And don't even get me started on the massive explosion of autistic children who got sick SHORTLY AFTER CERTAIN VACCINATIONS. The trend is too obvious to be just some coincidence. You really want to gamble on, say, diphtheria—which isn't even around anymore—or something much, much worse?
In a normal world, hitting a microorganism and getting an infection follows a very specific path. It's how nature intended it. THE INVADERS ARE IDENTIFIED, LOGGED, AND STORED IN MEMORY, so the next time they try anything, the body shuts them down immediately. That's how immunity works. This happens with every childhood infectious disease. Since it's a natural, normal immune response, only a tiny slice of the body's immune system (maybe 3-7%) gets busy. The rest stays ready for other fights.
Artificial immunization is a whole different ballgame. TOXIC INGREDIENTS ARE INJECTED DIRECTLY INTO THE BLOODSTREAM. That isn't how a normal infection flows, so the usual control mechanisms don't even kick in. Long story short: it's not a normal situation. UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, THE IMMUNE SYSTEM GETS OVERWHELMED BY UP TO 70%. That's a huge problem because the body ends up being left vulnerable to other infections. Allergies and multiple sclerosis rates shoot up, too. There are probably more consequences, but they haven't studied them enough yet.
It's also common knowledge that mortality from most infectious diseases HAD ALREADY DROPPED BY ABOUT 90% BEFORE SPECIFIC VACCINES WERE INTRODUCED. And get this: after the polio vaccine came out, MORTALITY IN CERTAIN AREAS ROSE BY MORE THAN 100%. But back then, they just played with the statistics—they'd relabel polio cases as aseptic meningitis. Doctors probably couldn't wrap their heads around seeing the very disease they supposedly had such a powerful weapon against. That would mean the whole idea was a failure, and they couldn't let that happen. Not then, and not now.

Finding and using polio vaccines basically wiped out polio in the Americas. Back in 1960, we had 2,525 cases of paralytic polio in the US. Fast forward to 1965, and that number dropped to 61. Between 1980 and 1990, we were looking at an average of just 8 cases a year—and get this—most of those were actually triggered by the vaccine itself! We haven't seen a single case of polio caused by the wild virus since 1979, aside from the occasional person traveling into the country carrying it. By 1994, the whole thing was declared eradicated across the Americas.
http://www.accessexcellence.org/AE/AEC/CC/polio.html

So, you're telling me we went from 2,525 sick people before the shot to just 8 a year, and those 8 got sick because they took the shot.
Nah, vaccines don't protect you. The vaccinated ones actually end up getting sick more often than the unvaccinated.

Vaccination is just a violation of nature..

Look, the numbers might be right, but the logic is totally broken.
Mass vaccination against polio in the US really kicked off around 1956. Case numbers actually spiked by 50% between 1957 and 1958, and jumped another 80% between 1958 and 1959 (check the analysis from Dr. Greenberg over at the University of North Carolina).
If you ask me, polio stats have been heavily doctored just to make the Salk vaccine look like a miracle. Basically, after the vaccine rolled out, they changed the definition of the disease. To be labeled as "paralytic polio," symptoms had to last at least 60 days—used to be just 24 hours. And back then, you didn't even need lab confirmation. Once the vaccine arrived, they started separating coxsackie virus and aseptic meningitis from "paralytic polio." Without a doubt, tons of those cases used to be lumped in under polio. No wonder the incidence of aseptic meningitis shot through the roof during the sixties.
Back in 1958, Israel dealt with a real polio epidemic right after they started mass vaccination. People were getting sick regardless of whether they were jabbed or not. Even that massive outbreak in Massachusetts in 1961 hit those who had been vaccinated three times way harder than the unvaccinated crowd.
Dr. Mendelsohn, a top-tier pediatrician, points out that polio wasn't even a thing in Europe during the 40s and 50s, even though the vaccine wasn't available yet. Even today, 40% of Americans haven't been vaccinated. So why aren't they getting sick without it? It’s gotta be that permanent, natural immunity—which is lightyears better than anything you get from a shot.
Polio tends to move in cycles anyway. When they "wipe it out" with vaccines, but then the exact same symptoms pop up again, doctors start hunting for a "new" virus because they know the old one is gone. Then they just slap a new label on it and add it to the list of things needing a vaccine... it's a never-ending loop...

Look, I know talking about shots is still basically a social death sentence, but the tide is finally turning. IN SOME COUNTRIES, MANDATORY VACCINATION ISN'T EVEN A THING ANYMORE. You realize what that implies? It means the whole underlying philosophy might be total garbage. I’m dropping a piece I wrote recently here to get the gears turning.

Trying to argue against people who have their minds totally set in stone is a losing game. Every time I’ve written about this, I feel like I’m just throwing pebbles at a tank—people react with shock or straight-up disbelief. Sure, you get pushback from the medical establishment, but it’s always just noise. LOUD NOISE, but zero substance. I kept asking for actual facts, but I never got them. Not once. Maybe because those facts simply DON'T EXIST. I’m more convinced than ever that vaccination is one of medicine's biggest scams. Honestly? It feels like we're just messing with nature. Here are 11 points that people rarely talk about, even though they're huge for understanding the mess we're in.
1. Most of the microbes that cause "serious" illness actually LIVE INSIDE HEALTHY PEOPLE without causing any trouble at all. They can hang out your whole life and never lift a finger against you. So why the panic?
2. No vaccine containing nothing but "PURE" microbes would even trigger an immune response. THE BODY ONLY REACTS BECAUSE OF THE ASSORTMENT OF POISONS MIXED INTO THE FORMULA.
3. Seeing antibodies in your blood after a shot ISN'T a guarantee of immunity. That’s just a TINY sliver of how the immune system works. It’s not the same thing.
4. Official stats show that mortality rates from ALL infectious diseases were already cratering BEFORE specific vaccines were introduced. Vaccines ARE NEVER INTRODUCED DURING AN UPWARD SPIKE IN DEATH RATES. Never. Does that mean these diseases would have vanished ANYWAY just because living conditions improved?
5. An unvaccinated kid isn't some defenseless target. Every human being possesses their own NATURAL immunity.
6. There was an analysis in The Lancet showing that the tuberculosis vaccine actually DOESN'T PROVIDE ANY REAL PROTECTION. In fact, infection rates among the vaccinated were HIGHER than among the unvaccinated. This is the ONLY published study that actually followed the rules and used strict criteria. The only one.
7. Microbes—bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites—DON'T CAUSE DISEASE. They are essential tools the body uses to clean itself out and heal.
8. Natural immunity isn't a collection of a hundred different little immunities for a hundred different bugs. (If you live healthy, you build a solid defense and stay well.) You don't need to be poked with every single disease via a needle to build resistance. Given where things are headed, they're going to keep vaccinating us more and more, and honestly, there's no end in sight.
9. ALL INFECTIOUS DISEASES ARE THE RESULT OF A TOXIC STATE WITHIN A SPECIFIC ORGAN OR THE WHOLE BODY. Symptoms are actually just the body's way of trying to flush out toxins.
10. Being susceptible to sickness depends entirely on your current health status, NOT ON EXPOSURE TO MICROBES.
11. If you truly believe a shot gives you total protection, then YOU SHOULDN'T CARE IF OTHER PEOPLE GET VACCINATED OR NOT. It should be a matter of personal choice—or parental choice. I’m terrified we’re nowhere near having that kind of freedom.
According to a 10-year study tracking polio cases in the US (1973-1983), a quarter of all paralytic cases happened IMMEDIATELY AFTER VACCINATION. On top of that, 36% of those sick were in direct contact with kids who had just taken their first dose of the oral vaccine. Throughout 1982 and 1983, EVERY SINGLE CASE of childhood paralysis in the US was linked back to vaccination in one way or another. Just a little intro to the reality of "safety."

If you didn't have anything actually intelligent to add, you probably should’ve just kept your mouth shut. You clearly think you’re some kind of genius compared to everyone else on this board. Truth is, you just *think* you have all the answers. How much of a freak you actually turned into? Who knows. Maybe you'll never find out.
Computer Viruses in Health ·
From what I’ve gathered, the official word is that viruses are stuck in this weird limbo between being alive and just... dead matter. They don't move, they don't eat, and they don't have a metabolism. Basically, THEY FAIL THE VITALITY TEST. You look at them under an electron microscope and there’s zero activity to speak of. Just nothing.
There’s this newer theory floating around suggesting viruses aren't actually invaders coming from the outside. Instead, they're just cellular junk created right inside your own body. Think of it like the body wrapping up its own trash in a little envelope and then trying to kick it out. When the trash pile gets too high, that's when we call it a "disease." Honestly? It sounds pretty logical to me.
