I power up my PC, let it run for maybe three or four minutes, and then it just restarts itself without warning.
It starts the boot process, but then it gets stuck right at the beginning.
So, I try to restart it manually.
All I get is a black screen—nothing at all.
I try another restart.
Then this pops up: View on imgur
I’ve tried hitting F1 or F2, but there's absolutely no response.
Another restart, and it's back to a completely black screen.
What on earth could have gone wrong here?

The trolls can be quite bothersome, though I make a sincere effort to steer clear of them.

A few months ago, I went to pick up a background check from a local government office. A woman and I both handed over our paperwork and prepared to wait. Suddenly, the clerk looks at us and says, "I see neither of you are locals, so let me hand this to my colleague right now to expedite the process so you don't have to sit around."
I ended up receiving my clearance in just a few minutes, even though I could have easily been waiting for over three hours.

Watching this video really got me thinking about the last meaningful thing I did for someone else and how long ago that actually was.

It eventually occurred to me that a few weeks back, I picked up a kid who had pulled over on the side of the road and gave him a ride to school. It was pouring rain, and he didn't have a jacket or an umbrella; I just couldn't bear the thought of him getting soaked.

In my experience, I’ve had similar episodes—I actually think there were two instances in a single night, though I can't recall the exact timing.
It happens while I'm asleep; I suddenly feel this intense weight on my chest, a crushing pressure that feels like it's suffocating me. The strangest part is that I remain fully conscious of everything, yet I find myself unable to wake up. I know deep down that I am sleeping, and I try so hard to break free. The first attempt fails, the second fails, and it’s only on the third try that I finally manage to pull myself back to consciousness.

Everything felt fine after that was over. 🙂
