That’s the truth 😉

I was just wondering, who actually qualifies to become a paid beta tester?

You can also include Outlook and everything else in that package via the web installer here: http://download.live.com/

By the way, would you be able to add your own email credentials (like from AT&T) into that Outlook app?

Thanks!

I probably won't be making the jump to Windows 7, mainly because I'm quite lost without Outlook—it's just one of those things I rely on heavily. Plus, the taskbar feels a bit off to me; if I'm being completely honest, I find the interface in Vista much more aesthetically pleasing... I spent some time testing it out, but I ran into a few hiccups, like how you can't currently install MSN Messenger on it, among other little things.

I was wondering, where exactly did they hide Outlook in Windows 7?

It’s probably best just to check online and see if anyone else is running into the same hiccups. Generally speaking, Windows 7 is going to be more of a polished, visually refined version of Vista. And let's face it, after Vista launched, everyone was hyping it up as this massive, revolutionary leap for Windows 🙄

So, does that mean there's actually no reason to jump from Vista to Windows 7 if my current Vista setup is running smoothly?

I honestly think Intel should just implement an option to hide hardware that's out of stock... (especially regarding those Microsoft spots)

But then again, about 60% of the hardware listed would vanish... which might make things look a little too sparse at first glance😁
Thanks so much for all the help!!!
Thanks so much!!

I'm looking to pick up a new graphics card from Silicon Valley for roughly $250-$100. I mostly want to play some lighter games... What would you say is the absolute best bang-for-your-buck option for a build featuring an Intel Core i7 black edition, an ASUS ROG Maximus motherboard (which I'll be giving to my brother, while I'm sticking with my Ma-770-DS3 😁), and 2 GB of DDR2 RAM? My power supply is a 400 w EVGA.

Thanks again!
I was wondering if it would be worth my while to pick up a used PCI-E NVIDIA GTX 760 $83? I'm not entirely certain if it's the GT or GS version at this point, but I do know it has 256 MB of DDR3 memory...

Thanks so much!
Thanks everyone for the response 😉
I was just wondering, what would my current Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS 320 MB even compare to these days? Which HD...
urbanotter4 said:Why don't you just try transcoding the video using an external program and then burn it as a standard DVD-Video? 😕

Well, everything seems to be running quite smoothly on my end... Does anyone know of a shop in Chicago that actually carries that?
I certainly am
Thanks so much!

But then I started experiencing some strange symptoms, like really intense breast pain—they felt so heavy—and I've been feeling quite nauseous. I ended up taking a test and found out I am pregnant... and yesterday, I bought Triquinol and accidentally took the whole package all at once... is that extremely dangerous???

😂😂 Oh my goodness, what on earth happened here...😂😂 I feel faint just reading this. Are you fourteen years old?😂 😂
urbanotter4 said:Why don't you walk me through exactly what you're trying to achieve? If your main goal is just burning a DVD, I honestly think there might be some more efficient ways to go about it than buying Nero 8-ice.

So, my process is usually: open NERO 8 -> CREATE AND EDIT -> AUTHOR, EDIT, and CAPTURE VIDEO -> MAKE DVD -> then I hit ADD VIDEO FILES and import my MPEG file. From there, it’s supposed to add the menu and burn (transcode) everything onto the DVD media. It was working perfectly fine for a month, but now, for some reason, it's just stopped responding... I even tried a full uninstall and reinstall of Nero, but I'm still stuck in the same spot. I'm at a bit of a loss—I'm not sure what else I need to wipe from my system to get that initial one-month trial period running smoothly again.

Thanks so much!

Well, here I am... right back where I started. It feels like I'm just spinning my wheels again.
urbanotter4 said:Exactly. My only concern is if there’s an underlying issue preventing MAKE DVD from functioning properly, rather than just a software glitch. Personally, I’d feel quite foolish paying $17 for a feature that isn't even working right. If you’re truly set on getting that official Nero skin directly from their website, then by all means, go ahead and pay for it.

Just look for the "Third-party patent activation" setting. If that isn't toggled on, the rest of the Nero features simply won't kick in... though basic functions like copying a DVD or CD should still work perfectly fine.
