So, you think "freedom" just means having the right to post whatever absolute nonsense you want? Yeah, no. Lowe's is finally being moderated properly, which is good because it isn't just some trash heap full of endless chat spam anymore.
If you're that desperate to just talk trash and chat all day, go hit up Chatroulette or something. It's never boring there.
Same goes for everything else—Reddit isn't a chat service. That’s not what it’s for; the whole point of a forum is the opposite of a constant chat stream. We allow chat threads, we even have a specific sub-forum for it, but the rest of the site wasn't built for that. Your average user doesn't want to wade through mountains of stupidity, bickering, and garbage just to find one useful piece of info.
And anyone who starts calling the mods fascists is gonna end up on the wrong side of the ban hammer.
