Drew Sanchez82, it all comes down to the math because it makes sense within that price bracket. Besides, the guy was asking if stepping up to a slightly pricier GTX1070 is actually worth it. So, if $167 isn't going to break the bank, then yeah, go for it. If it's going to blow a hole in his wallet, he doesn't even have a choice.
The GT 710 isn't meant for actual gaming. An NVIDIA GT 1030 is plenty even for some light 1080p stuff. If you can swing it, try to stretch your budget for one of those, or maybe find a used GTX 750(Ti), though I doubt you'll find a decent deal on them lately.
GT 1030s usually sit under $200, and the card won't lose much value over time.

Why wouldn't I want my RAM running at a lower frequency than what's printed on the stick?
PCI Express should be fine. A GeForce GTX 1080 isn't going to pull enough juice through the motherboard to cause issues, but the real question is whether that PSU can actually handle the card at all.
Look, first you need to figure out what kind of performance you're actually getting with that new CPU—specifically, which games are actually hitting a bottleneck because your GPU can't keep up.
That should work fine for an AMD FX-8300 or the 8370E. Both are solid picks, though the 8300 is a bit easier on the wallet based on that link Timothy Kim60 posted. You’ll definitely want to grab a decent Cooler if you don't have one already. If you manage to overclock it to around 4GHz, you can pretty much pair it with whatever you want.
The tracking is tripping me up. It says Arriver received it on August 3rd, but the shipping date was August 14th. That makes zero sense. How can it arrive before they even ship it? Anyway, I'll let you know when it actually shows up.

Honestly, it's fifty-fifty.
It says shipping takes about 14 days, but that's just their wide window for international shipping. In reality, it usually goes much faster. Now, whether they'll actually get it out the door within 14 days? That's anyone's guess.
