A red card is a big deal; it's basically your sign that you're "real people" and rebels in the moderator world.
I've got two warnings on my record at work, so what? 🤷 It's not like I'm getting fired unless I actually screw up big time. But I went toe-to-toe with David Jones once, and I knew exactly what was coming next.
The forum works the exact same way.
I've even had a 500-point penalty for way less, and a permanent ban during break time for absolutely nothing. Nobody gives a damn. There were two threads about that situation, so what? 🤷
When it doesn't involve your own asses, nothing ever gets done. We can open thread after thread for all it matters.

Maybe you aren't "in the loop" because you're also just judging by what you see, but I'm certainly not against the moderators. In fact, I actually hang out with a few of them in real life.
What I take issue with is the lack of basic decency—regardless of whether it's coming from a moderator or a user (like Lyle-in)—and this double standard regarding the chat rules in the corner (like what happened with Steven Ruiz).

The whole situation with ZUD is pathetic because you don't have a single mod actually showing up to participate in those chats. Honestly, if you put in a little effort instead of making such a huge scene, they’d be back 😬

Lately, those chat rooms have just been small cliques of women hanging out. The topics have drifted away from anything related to ZUD and turned into general socializing, and frankly, having three separate chats for one sub-forum is just overkill.

It's becoming this annoying forum tradition where every year you try to migrate all the chats from a specific forum over to OFF topic. People are shocked, and honestly, they have every right to revolt 🤷
Let's be clear: on OFF topic, people are mostly starting their own threads. Nobody is being forced to be there. They end up there because they bonded on a different forum first. This whole move makes it look like OFF topic is some trash bin or a prison for "undesirables" 😁
