I’ve been a regular over at the CIA for more than two years now, and I stand by everything I’ve posted under this handle. I don't feel the need to hide behind a screen, because in person, I'm actually much more outspoken and open, but I find it quite fascinating when people decide to clone other users just to hurl insults. Then, the moment someone dares to fire back or remind them that verbal abuse isn't allowed, they come crawling back here to "complain about the injustice."

I’m not targeting anyone, nor have I ever intended to, and I certainly won't start now. To me, the CIA is easily the best section of this entire forum, mostly thanks to the community members who contribute there and the moderators who stay so patient, tolerant, and truly understand how to take a bit of friendly banter. 👍

Well, you could also try doing it this way:
if you happen to know the person using a specific username that you really like, all you have to do is get their password, log in under their name, head over to the settings, and change the password—then that handle is officially yours.☕

I honestly can't wrap my head around people who feel the need to insult everyone they encounter, especially when they're so quick to slap all sorts of negative labels on everyone else in the community 😕
Perhaps it would be more productive if they focused on some personal growth first, rather than trying to overhaul the people and circumstances in their immediate or distant surroundings 🤔

I’m reading this and I honestly can’t believe it 😲
Once I finish typing this out, I’m heading straight to my inbox just to make sure I haven't received a summons from a court for disrespecting some fictional character from Dove 😉

It’s not everyone, but most of the people posting here really remind me of my school days (it was a long time ago, but the memories are still vivid). You know those times when you get a grade that doesn't quite meet your parents' high expectations? It wasn't because they actually cared about the student's progress, but more because they were worried about having to cut back on allowance. In those moments, the teacher is always, without exception, the one to blame, while the student is completely innocent 🧐

But there is one thing I am curious about: how am I, or anyone else sitting behind a computer screen, supposed to know why someone has "left the topic"? There are so many different reasons for it. For instance, maybe their computer crashed (that’s definitely happened to me), or perhaps they are just lurking and reading, wanting to engage but not knowing what to say, or maybe they’ve simply had their fill of the series... or perhaps, in short, 🙂

And once again, you have my full support, all the moderators over at Dove and every single forum member, no matter what your opinion might be 👍

I honestly find it hard to believe that the thread was locked on the grounds of supposedly inciting violence. If you ask me, it was shut down because of this massive uproar and the whole "witch hunt" vibe—it felt more like an Inquisition being carried out by a few self-righteous forum members.

There are definitely households where one parent refuses to discipline, which usually results in the other parent becoming the "designated enforcer" to balance things out.
In my case, my child received a punishment because they were being abusive toward me, even though I was never treated that way myself.

I first discovered this forum about a year ago and have read through a massive amount of threads. To be honest, I couldn't make heads or tails of most of the debates, mostly because the long-time users with hundreds of posts tend to act like they belong to some elite club, often "jumping" on any newcomer who tries to join in.
Because of that, I've set aside most of the pdf-ov, but my favorite topics remain the occasional TV jokes, health discussions, and MK.
For me, this forum is a place to relax, have some fun, and pick up interesting tidbits, and MK really is a standout favorite.
I actually managed to convince my son last night that the crew over at MK is fantastic and that the debates move as fast as a halftime show during an NFL game; now here I am reading and wondering just how far "human stupidity" can go (there's that saying, "the universe and human stupidity are infinite, but I'm not quite sure about the universe"—that quote by AE makes perfect sense to me right now).

If we truly want to get anything meaningful written or read here on this forum, we’re going to have to approach it like little infants learning the ropes—basically, we'll need to completely flip day and night on their heads just to make sense of it all.
Oh man, I honestly can't find that slower-paced forum anywhere—did I miss the link? 🤣 🤣

Honestly, this slow loading speed is a total test of my patience,
if I have to wait until midnight just to get things moving,
I won't be able to get anything done during the day because I'll be stuck moving at a snail's pace, just like this sluggish forum.

I am really holding onto the hope that his condition will see some significant improvement following the hyposensitization process.

I honestly don't know who worked on this, but they did an incredible job, seriously props to them 👍

My son is 20 years old, and his doctor over at the Holy Spirit hospital in New York City is actually quite optimistic about his outlook
He mentioned that the spirometry results look solid, so the prognosis in his case seems pretty positive overall
The plan is for him to undergo hyposensitization, which should take somewhere between three to five years to fully resolve
On top of everything else, he’s been dealing with some atopic dermatitis (neurodermatitis) on his skin, but the doctor believes it's directly linked
We’re really holding out hope that if we can clear up this allergy, those skin issues might just vanish along with it

Looking back through some of the previous posts here, I see there have been plenty of success stories, so we’re staying hopeful that things will turn out okay for him too
He’s dreaming of finally finishing up his studies and getting rid of this allergy once and for all—that would honestly be the greatest thing ever, and as his mom, I couldn't wish for anything more

If anyone here has some recent experience with this,
does anyone have any advice or perhaps a few observations they could share right here?
I am genuinely curious to hear from people who have actually gone through desensitization therapy.
