My setup involves using a local wireless provider; the antenna is mounted on the roof, the router is on the first floor, and I’m down in the ground floor unit connecting via Wi-Fi. To put it bluntly, a reliable connection is absolutely vital to me, and I am more than willing to invest a significant amount of money just to ensure I don't run into these kinds of issues ever again.

It wasn't my choice to go with this specific provider—circumstances forced my hand—but once this year/summer is over, I'll do whatever I can to switch. So, I am completely open to any suggestions or recommendations you might have.

The DHCP pool can actually be quite large on almost any Layer 3 device, but the issue is that service providers usually hand out equipment that caps out at about 16 connected clients or devices.

If you are forced to rely on a radio link (via those antennas), your options aren't exactly endless. When it comes to better gear for your Wi-Fi, a MikroTik hAP lite is a total best buy. However, if you really have the budget to burn, you should definitely hire a networking professional to design and maintain the setup for you.
In short, a true networking expert (someone who at least holds a CCNP certification) will be able to build this out perfectly for you.

Do you know which license she's on—is it E1 or E3? And are you trying to tweak these settings via Outlook on the web? Which browsers have you tested this in? Also, do you have the Office extension installed in your browser?

I've been using Office 365 (specifically the E3 tier) for about a year now and haven't run into these issues. Honestly, she should just open a support ticket with her company's IT department; there's no need for you to stress yourself out over it.

Here is what we need to dig into next (feel free to just paste the results right here):
1. Run `ipconfig /all`—I need to see the output from when everything is running smoothly and again once the connection drops.
2. Try to ping your default gateway (that would be the IP address for your TP-Link device).
3. Ping 8.8.8.8 and then try to ping google.com; grab those results for both when the connection is active and when it fails.
4. Let's look at the settings on that TP-Link. What is the lease time set to? What does your DHCP pool look like? Also, how exactly is that TP-Link connected? Essentially, I’m trying to map out the entire path from your computer to the edge of the internet (your modem provided by your ISP).

The whole point of this post is to ask for a bit of leniency regarding my standing here in the US.

Look, I’ll be the first to admit I was intentionally stirring the pot with certain members, but I had my reasons. That isn't an excuse to say my behavior was right—it wasn't—but at that moment, I didn't see any other way to handle things. I want to sincerely apologize to everyone, especially the moderators, for making you waste your time cleaning up my messes.

So, what has changed? Well, I actually achieved exactly what I set out to do.

Why am I coming forward now? I dropped by the forum after a long hiatus and saw that things were heating up again in the US chat, with people even talking about shutting it down. The US chat was a lifeline for me when I was hitting rock bottom; it helped me find my footing again and rebuild my self-confidence. Because of that, I really want to help ensure this space stays alive (as much as my responsibilities allow). This chat is vital for people going through the toughest chapters of their lives. Even if my request doesn't go anywhere, I would strongly suggest doing everything possible to make sure the US chat remains a permanent fixture.

Why should you give me another shot? Up until now, I haven't asked for, nor have I been granted, a second chance. I promise that the quality of my posts will be, at the very least, on par with how they used to be back on Lies. Furthermore, I’m willing to accept a permanent ban for my first serious offense moving forward.

So, please, take my request into consideration. Also, I’d appreciate it if the voting statistics regarding my case could be posted here for transparency.

It seems like she’s been dropping posts just like this one quite frequently lately, and I noticed they’ve all been scrubbed from the board pretty systematically.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could do an internal check to see if these users are being officially banned. From where I’m sitting, this content is a direct violation of the rules laid out in the very first post of this thread. If there aren't any bans being handed out, then I have to speak up—it feels a bit lopsided when I get slapped with a red card just for venting about something trivial.
