That one from the 😁 isn't really any good. There are plenty of much stronger options for roughly the same price. They mostly just throw laptop components in there, so speed shouldn't be an issue, I guess.
You’ll probably have to make do with integrated graphics for a bit with this setup, though I guess if you tune the RAM and overclock the GPU, you might get some decent performance out of older titles or esports games. You could potentially pivot to an i5-10400F paired with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 DDR6, but then you'd likely be looking at just 8GB of RAM and a 250GB SSD.
The second one’s probably going to pull way more FPS since it has a noticeably faster GPU (an RTX 2060) and quicker RAM. I guess the first build has a slightly better motherboard, an extra cooler, and a 1TB drive instead of 500GB, but honestly, that doesn't really matter for gaming...
By the way, you can grab an RTX 2060 at Best Buy for about $600.
I guess it might be smarter to hold off for a bit; GPU prices are finally starting to trend downward. Right now, everything seems to be priced at nearly double what it should be. You’ll probably be able to snag an RTX 3060 for what people are currently paying for a 2060 before you know it.
It looks like an AMD Ryzen CPU with 6 cores and 12 threads—specifically the 1600 model running at 3.2 to 3.6GHz. It comes with that standard Wraith Stealth cooler in the box, I guess. Crucial 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3000MHz NON-ECC UDIMM Ballistix Sport LT Gray Maybe an ASRock B450M-PRO4-F on an AM4 socket? I guess.
All in all: $691 I guess I'm just going to stick with Centro.
