PDF Policy - PARTIAL in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Thanks so much for having my back, colleague... Honestly, it feels like I’m just tilting at windmills here because nobody cares about actual logic when defending the current administration; they just care about banning anyone who doesn't kiss their ring, and there's zero accountability for them when they do.

Would your hand have fallen off if you’d just said YES?

It’s been a few days since I filed my grievance about that PARTIAL ban on the New York Times site, and obviously, I got shot down for all those predictable reasons we all know too well, but whatever, let's move past that...

Basically, I'm just asking if you guys could please let me back in this time, so I can actually comment and say what's on my mind without the filter... you've basically stripped away the best part of my day, which is usually spent obsessing over politics right here on this forum... Look, I'm practically begging you on my knees here; I'll do whatever it takes just to get this PARTIAL lifted.

So, with all due humility, I'm hoping for some mercy.

You guys are being brutal... if you actually knew why I deserved this, you'd probably think it was fair.

Honestly, nothing else really grabs my attention quite like politics—that’s pretty much the only reason I even bothered signing up here... just do me this one favor since nobody gave me a heads-up about the PARTIAL.

Six months??? Who even knows if they'll still be breathing by then...

Here’s my pitch: just drop the partial ban on me, and I swear on everything I'll never lodge another appeal—justified or otherwise. If I break this promise, feel free to permaban me for good.

Why?

I guess it would’ve been polite if someone called me out on that little blunder I made regarding politics earlier.

Not that I actually expect anyone to chime in, since this thread is basically a ghost town anyway.

Then again, maybe I’m just being biased because I gave the administration a big fat zero.

I gave you guys more than 24 hours to look things over, so I’m really hoping we’re looking at a positive outcome soon.

I'm down with opening this PDF, but let's not drag politics into it because that’s just not relevant here. It belongs under 'lifestyle' instead.

So, I’m officially filing an appeal regarding my unfortunate situation where I ended up with a PARTIAL ban on the one PDF I actually care about here in the politics section.

Since this basically dictates my entire future on this forum, I’m suggesting that—just like in some courtroom drama—I should have the right to defend myself on this thread, leaving it up to you guys to prove that this PARTIAL was even justified in the first place.

It would be great if all the politics moderators could jump in here and actually walk me through their reasoning.

I’m asking once more for a little leniency; just lift the PARTIAL so we can all get back to hanging out in this digital space together.

Hoping for a better, higher-quality forum experience for everyone moving forward.

Mexican woman murdered in Close to Politics ·
We all know how this whole tragedy went down, ending with the disappearance of Selene Macedo and her family—which, honestly, hits home for us too since their journey ended right here in one of our major tourist hubs.
How much damage do you think this does to our reputation as a travel destination, even if we don't know who the monster behind this crime actually is?

I mean, sure, murders happen every single day on every corner of the planet, but alongside the Australka B. L. case, it’s pretty rare for tourists to get targeted like this in our neck of the woods.

So, here’s how the whole debate went down:

Since I’m pretty sure the moderation team is out to get me, I wanted to run something by you guys—did I really deserve that penalty Aunt Elsa slapped on me? It cost me 35 points, which was basically a one-way ticket to being banned.

The quote in question is...

"What's your problem with the facts?
And yeah, it's absolutely relevant to this administration since they're just the successors to a criminal organization."

Thanks,

Stumbled onto this thread where some guy is venting about a (hopefully) unjustified ban at this link

www.forum.hr/showthread.php?t=734620

So, basically, the user was just sharing his take that coming in second place is actually a failure—I won't get into whether he's right or wrong because, honestly, who cares—but apparently, having a different opinion than the mod earned him a strike.

If you ask me, this looks like a straight-up conflict of interest. It’d be pretty interesting to see if the admin actually weighs in on whether that's what's really going on here.

Sorry for hijacking your time,

best,

What are you even pinning this on? Is a ban actually coming because of this?

"Don't get worked up, Vojky is out here defending the law, even if that law happens to be anti-American—straight up treasonous."

I mean, I was just getting into the spirit of the debate... but seriously, when are you gonna clear both those strikes off my account?

It’s not spam, just how things are.

So, if you could just do me a favor and delete that ridiculous ban notice, that would be great.
Resonator in Feedback & Suggestions ·
You’ve completely lost it, man; I wasn't asking you to punish me, just explain why I got the red card.

"The real issue is how innocent people get dragged onto these shame lists while the politicians—who are basically the biggest crooks in the business—get rewarded with new terms,
all while supporting these anti-American tactics. TOTAL TREASON."

What part of that doesn't fit the topic?

Did you seriously delete my post about the pregnant woman on the treadmill where I was trying to show everyone how much the government hates Americans? And why?

Look, I’d appreciate it if you didn't spam this thread, since we've already got plenty of deep dives on this topic over here:

Since I've been called out for "cheating the system," I figure I owe it to everyone to lay out the actual facts.

Back in '97, I took out a loan from the Federal Reserve, putting up my parents' house as collateral to get a manufacturing business off the ground—a venture that officially employed 12 people.

The business actually ran pretty smoothly for about a year, right up until those utility surcharges kicked in, making my product about 58% more expensive than the imports right out of the gate. Things just went downhill from there every single year because the tax code is such a mess.

In my eyes, once you realize how broken that tax system really is, accusing me of screwing over the government feels a bit backwards; it’s more like the government screwed over me and everyone else in my shoes, contributing to the millions of unemployed folks we see today.

Best,

I really think we should start cracking down on users who push for shutting down small businesses just because they aren't hitting some massive profit margin. The folks running those shops—even if things are just moving along okay—rely on that income to keep their heads above water, so saying they’re "unprofitable" is a joke when people are actually making a living from them. To me, this kind of talk is pure malice, and honestly, the only real fix is some kind of disciplinary action, a warning, or whatever else the mods decide is appropriate to shut that negativity down.

Why call for punishment? Because attacking these livelihoods is a direct hit on everyday Americans.

Specifically, I'm talking about this thread

Thanks
