Is it just me, or does this whole situation feel a little... gross?
For context, I dealt with this thick, white discharge—and I mean completely white, like Greek yogurt—for ages. Nothing seemed to touch it. It wasn't until my doctor finally ran a swab test that they told me everything was perfectly normal. 😕 It’s almost as if being on birth control makes the discharge a bit thicker... 🙄 Anyway, it eventually cleared up on its own, though in my head, I'm still convinced it was some kind of yeast infection...
Carol Jackson45 said:What on earth are you talking about?! You’re being way too sweet, and honestly, a couple of those are straight-up nightmare fuel... You have about as much to do with them as I do with Sylvester Stallone's mother. 🙂
Honestly, I’m sitting here with tears welling up in my eyes... 😍 🙂

Honestly, the absolute worst part for me is when certain people (and there are quite a few of them) try to compare me to her!!!🙂 It’s always like: "Oh my god, Joe, you are just like Dorothy from that soap opera!!!" Or when they draw parallels between me and Tora Spelling... 😲
So, here we go with a brand new list—People I would much rather NOT be compared to...
My vision started failing me way back when I was still working with fax machines... And even now, after spending an entire day hunched over a computer screen at work, my eyes struggle to adjust to looking at anything far away. If someone isn't standing within two feet of me, I honestly can't recognize them—and it gets even worse once the sun goes down. I actually ended up buying glasses last year just so I could drive safely. It’s not like I have some massive prescription—it's only -0.75—but I have to admit, there is a world of difference between driving with them on versus driving without them... Apparently, they say that as you get older, your prescription tends to shift toward the positive side, so at this rate, I might actually find my way back to zero soon enough... 😁
I spent about seven years training in gymnastics, though unfortunately, I started just a little too late—around second grade—so I never really made much headway competitively...
It’s a stunningly beautiful sport, but honestly, if you don't start early (like 4 or 5 years old), there isn't much path forward... plus, kids at that age can barely figure out what they even want for lunch, let alone a career path.
It was actually my lifelong dream to be a gymnast, but like a total cliché, I got into a car accident. By the time I had fully recovered, I was already considered "too old" at seven... 😢 I think I'll be kicking myself over that one for the rest of my life.
My brother actually went through something similar. It wasn't anything life-threatening, but since it just wouldn't clear up on its own, his surgeon ended up having to go in and remove it...

And let me guess—when you actually do use one, does it still sting?
Elektra said:It honestly hits me hard when I see so many girls out and about nowadays walking around with their midriffs and backs completely exposed. Personally, I know all too well what it feels like to be stuck in bed with a 102-degree fever and kidney pains so intense you can't even roll over. 😢
+ Not to mention when your doctor casually drops that you might be looking at chronic kidney issues down the line or even the possibility of being unable to have kids later on. 😢
For me, there’s really no other choice but to play it safe. What good is a heavy sweater or a long-sleeved shirt if I'm not wearing a base layer underneath?
Exactly. That's precisely what I was getting at when I mentioned how I used to be totally reckless until some illness finally caught up with me. About two years ago, I got hit by this whole ordeal, and ever since then, I've been extremely cautious. Thank goodness I'm naturally sensitive to the cold, so I dress warmly; I honestly shudder whenever I see teenagers walking around in -5 degree weather wearing crop tops that end well above the waist...😲
I’ll be the first to admit that I’m one of those people who takes my health completely for granted—right up until the moment I actually get sick, at which point I spend most of my time kicking myself for being so reckless... 😁 By the way, what’s the deal with all this talk about milk? Is it supposed to be a superfood or a total toxin? There’s an entire thread going around about how detrimental dairy is, which is honestly devastating news for me because I physically cannot function without my daily fix of chocolate cereal.... 🙂

It goes something along the lines of "...in the land of the free, you can be what you wanna be..." It’s by the same group, too. Such an upbeat track—it was a massive hit back in my day!🤔
Michelle Chase3 said:What’s wrong with "Frankie Goes to Hollywood!"? 😲 Man, I remember listening to them when I was just a kid; they had that one massive hit! ... Oh, you youngsters really have no idea...😬
Good grief, it just came back to me...

I honestly didn't know whether to laugh or cry while watching that movie. It was an absolute train wreck; sometimes, you just have to stick to the comics and leave the screen alone.... As much as I hated the film, I have to admit Hellboy is such a killer character—those ruggedly handsome sideburns, those weathered horns, and that heavy-duty stone hand...😂
