Nico Rosberg clearly has a knack for cranking out those blistering practice session laps 😁 he was pulling off similar stuff back when he was driving for Williams Racing....🤣

who would have actually guessed last year that some underdog like Brawn would come out of nowhere and basically clinch the championship within the first seven races🤣
let alone that Force India would ever even be sniffing around a win, much less being a factor in 2009
nobody really expected Ferrari to walk away from those first three races with zero points while McLaren 9 was sitting on nine, but hey, you never know😬
anything can happen when things get this ridiculous🤣
including one of these three newcomers actually taking home the title😂

spent all last year just trying to stay inside the cockpit, he still managed to keep the current champ right on his tail during that first race.
If HRT actually had their act together, they could easily outpace Virgin, Lotus, or Renault, and honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if they did.
We won't know anything for sure until Sunday afternoon, and who knows how things will shake out, because it’s not entirely impossible that Virgin, Lotus, and HRT end up being the fastest ones on the track. 😂

Preseason is just a bunch of people pretending they actually know what they're doing, and honestly, I've seen enough hype cycles to know it's mostly noise. The only thing that actually matters is Sunday afternoon once the leader crosses the finish line, whether it's a Ferrari or a Lotus🙏

- that front wing setup featuring the McLaren-style hole
- cooling vanes positioned ahead of the exhaust
- completely redesigned front and rear wings
- new rims designed to mimic those covers that got banned this season
I just lifted that from some other forum

Given how much the FIA has messed things up in the past, I wouldn't be surprised if they suddenly decide that driver's limbs are illegal too. 😁

I managed to get here ten minutes faster than you
probably because I wasn't out drinking like you were😁
Anyway, I'm just itching for the season to start so we can finally see where everyone actually stands.
Let's go McLaren 👍

Joshua Newman2 said:Honestly, Jean Todt has probably been the most grating figure I've dealt with in my twenty years of following Formula 1, so what do you expect, Mika Salo?

Without getting caught up in biased fanboy nonsense, who among teammates can you actually say is objectively better than the other?
Sure, Alonso vs. Pickett is too obvious, but those are two completely different drivers with different skill sets and experiences and whatever else...
Back when we had Hamilton and Alonso, sure, Hamilton was the guy, but it doesn't matter how you slice it—you know deep down the gap wasn't massive...
And you already know my take on Kimi and Massa....
Kubica and Nick Heidfeld—in my book, Heidfeld is a totally underrated second driver who just wasn't in the same headspace as Kubica at the time...
Plus, you have physical predispositions where some drivers just fit a setup better than others...
There's a lot of variables in play, but I'll say it again, the actual differences are minor, nothing drastic....
Of course, if you're a die-hard fan, one looks miles ahead, but realistically, it's a tiny margin 🤷
